Big Lots was great. Heather was the person I dealt with and she was very helpful and polite and knowledgeable. I bought a fireplace and she was able to get it in stock and in store held it for me for a few days. Great experience Thank you very much.

I was out hunting a baby doll bed. This is what I found. They also have a bunch of trees ranging from $20.00 and up. The one in the picture is 4ft. They have all the was up to 6ft. Lots of kids toys too. Im very happy with this store. Very friendly in the store.

They are friendly the store is neat and clean. You can find most of everything in this store. I love the store also I love the furniture. The bathroom are clean, I buy there spices, olive oil, coffee, name brand things Like mayonnaise

Good visit. I was rather impressed they did not have many tools. But the ones they did have was too quality! Found a nice Irwin screw driver set under $20.

Everyone was so very nice. I went in to buy a c table to go beside my bed. The lady not only had one she carried it to the front for me. I found many more lovely items that I wanted to take home with me. People were very helpful throughout the store. I got to the front only to discover I didnt have my Big Lots credit card with me. They had no trouble to look up my information and charged all of my items right away. When I return home I realized I hadnt taken the c table with me. They held it for me until that night. I went back and picked it up and they had no problem finding my information again to make the charge. Everything went very smoothly. They were especially helpful. I like going to that store.

Found a bargain. A dinning room table that has expansion leaf became. a perfect craft table. I never knew Big Lots had real wood furniture! Staff was very helpful.🤩

We ordered a table online (paid for it) and it said they had it in stock and ready for pick up at that location, I called customer service to make sure the table came with 4 chairs and they said yes. Next thing we know they canceled the chairs because they didn’t have them available. We call the store and they told us we could go to different stores to pick up the chairs! A hold of 640 dlls still on our cc. They told us that if it said online they had it, didn’t mean they had it available!! Bad customer service. Little disappointed

Very clean store. Employees were awesome. Heather & Teresa helped us out tremendously. We had no idea as to how the leasing program, layaway or credit line went. They helped us out big time by going above and beyond. They were very patient with us and very kind. Thanks to them, we have a fireplace heater and new dinette set. This Big Lots is going to move to a larger location. I shop here because it is close to Tennessee, but since it in Georgia, taxes are lower. The staff has always been helpful. Sometimes I find some good food deals on products one would find at Trader Joes or Aldi.They used to have some great markdowns, but recently markdown items are not discounted as much as in the past.

Found lots of deals on seasonal items. Also they have cloth reusable mask for $3 With limit of 2. That is a deal in our area!

Love it when we need anything that Big Lots sells. All our furniture purchases have worked out great.Heather took care of us on our recent purchase of living room furniture and a dinette set. Friendly and courteous always goes the extra mile. Theyre furniture is solid and very reasonable, will always check Big Lots first when buying furniture.

So many sales do many good deals I must say what a bargain on everything from food to household items and even furniture

This is a great store! They seem to have a little of everything from furniture to groceries. The staff is extremely kind and helpful, too.

This location is under renovations theyre actually moving to a new location but other than that the service was okay.

Love the food section but other parts are getting more expensive than it used to be. Like furniture, home decor/needs, and electronics

Most of the people who work at this location have for years. Most are kind of quiet but always friendly and helpful. The deals are not quite as good as 10+ years ago but I still love Big Lots!

I love this store. It is kind of hit or miss with what you find. I have gotten great deals on craft supplies, outdoor seasonal items, laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, gourmet foods, beauty products and decorative home items. You need to buy when you see something as you may not see it next time you visit. I can spend 2 hours easily in this store looking for deals!

Great deals going on right now...got a few leftover Halloween decorations for 90% off the original prices (I spent a bit over $2 for some fun little things😀). Also theyre gearing up for Thanksgiving & Black Fridays sales that are coming up this next week, so lots of merchandise priced to entice 😉

Apparently Big Lots has not figured out that there are tons of stores just like them out there. Their prices on many items are no better than Walmart or Dollar General or Ollies or Roses... You get the point.

Its Big Lots so you know what to expect. The parking lot is in need of attention for sure. I helped someone pick up some furniture which they load out of the back of the building which is clearly marked. They staff was efficient and very helpful in getting the furniture out and helping load it.

The womens handicap stall is to small! You cant shut the door with a wheelchair in there. No privacy ♿

Theres a large selection here, but thats part of the problem. They have so much merchandise squeezed into the floorplan theres very little room to move in some areas of the store with a shopping cart. I like the location though!

The ladies in the furniture section were awesome! Fun and we all shared some laughs. They both were down to earth and awesome with their emblems

Ft. O store has always been a wonderful experience. We remodeled a few rooms and have bought several different furniture here. We have mostly dealt with the lady as tonight sure wished I knew her name.. It Was her BDay !! She has always been so helpful and curtious !

Well stocked good store. Prices are not as competative as they once were. You can however find little odds and ends you dont see in other stores. This makes them a pretty good place to stop and shop.

Been shopping at this big lots from the first day they opened it. Love it here however prices are rising as they up date their store and merchandise. Friendly employees! Great place to shop or just browse.

Its an older store so its a little run down but the people are nice and you can find good deals!

The CSR on duty on Saturday morning, December 29th smiled, & welcomed us upon entry. (Wish there were more people like her at the Big Lots locations in Southern California.) When we checked out, she was equally as friendly, smiled, and bid us to come back, & I WILL return, before my return to Los Angeles. Thank you!

I have never been caught shoplifting from Big Lots, or anywhere else for that matter, but around 8pm @ this Big Lots location I was literally talked about in very loud whispers or talking in another employees ear hidden by their hand, but loud enough to where I could still hear it. Constant stares & gawking while being circled by employees like they were a bunch of piranhas. I got so angry & offended by this that I didnt even purchase a single item that I had in my basket. When I left the store I stood right there by the door waiting for anybody to come up to me & say anything! They were more than welcome to check my purse, my coat, my pants, or whatever it is they do just so that way they can make an even bigger fool of themselves! Not 1 person approached me. Im calling corporate 1st thing come Monday morning!
