One of the guys at the Brainard location sold me a holster for my judge. Even after me asking 2 and 3 times if it would fit my polymer frame. He acted as if I were stupid to be asking so much. Well when I got home to try it, it did not fit. So apon returning it, this same guy was more than willing to refund my money, however he would not refund me the taxes i had paid on this purchase. Im pretty sure that is not the way it works. I know Im not their only costumer. But if this is how they do business. This is not someone I will continue to do business with .

The place seemed like a good spot at first, the store was organized pretty well, and had a decent selection but customer service just wasn’t up to par here. The guys working the counters were short, not very friendly. Me and a buddy of mine proceeded to shop around anyway until we overheard the guys talking about a women who was just in there shopping but didn’t by anything ( I guess they were offended ) so we put what we had back and left

Im disappointed, after purchasing a new hand gun I requested a 100 rounds. I was given a box of loose ammo, when I got to the range to practice, I realized I was sold a box of reloads. In my first 2 mags had 2 misfires. Dont think I will go back, after spending several hundred dollars I dont think I should have been duped! The individual who tended to me was far from what I would expect as customer service professional. Beware should you shop at this location.

This Covid scamdemic has been tough on small businesses and this one was no exception. I had to wait a few months on a particular item to come in, but when it did, I received a call telling me to come get it. I’m thankful and glad we have good businesses around here still! Repeat customer for sure.

The place itsself is OK but the customer service is just bland. If you call or go inthe guys just arent very friendly or helpful, they act like you are getting on their nerves and are just not very helpful. I suggest Shooters Depot or the Gun Trader place in Ringgold. I am not affiliated with either lol I just do business with them every year they are both very helpful and very nice.

My day has been going here for a while to get his ammo and he’s never said anything out of the way but my dad is very naïve and don’t realize when people are treating him a certain way I went in today no one greeted me they act like I wasn’t there I wanted to purchase one of their guns but every time I asked to see a gun the man that was helping me acted like I was inconveniencing him so I just sat there looking at guns with no one to help me but he’s right beside me doing what he’s doing the first thing is the customer making sure the customer is comfortable and satisfied and I wasn’t at all it’s a shame when you want to spend your money somewhere and you just can’t oh and I was the only person in there

We couldn’t have asked for a better time finding the perfect guns! Jake made us feel extremely comfortable through the process. My Fiancée isn’t use to a pistol or revolver. Jake was more than welcome to pull out a selection for both of us to choose from and be comfortable with. We both went for revolvers after all was said and done. We both learned some useful knowledge while there. Thank you!! Highly recommended, whether you are a rookie or an experienced shooter.

Friendly and knowledge staff, prices very reasonable and just a nice family owned business atmosphere to do business with. Much better experience than dealing with the big stores or even some of the other local gun stores. These guys are a pleasure to work with. I sincerely hope they are able to get a shooting range in the near future.

Terrible unfriendly, uneducated staff. I miss the days, of when you could walk into a pawn shop, and the owner knew the value of every gun in the place without looking it up. They proceed to tell me after fifteen minutes, off looking up the wrong gun, and trying to tell me that it doesn’t matter, (I am not your average person walks into your store) then you proceed to tell me my gun is at 80 percent when it is in fact at 95 percent or better. Tell me you can only give me 400 dollars for a gun that cost 800 bnib. Well then when they’re looking at “my” gun it’s the wrong one. They’re crooks, theives, and swindlers. Don’t go to this store. The last time I ever step foot in that place. I’m that person who is a walking encyclopedia of gun values, who don’t take kindly to thieves, and liars, all around general crooks, who take advantage of the ill informed. I’d give no stars if I could.

Always very helpful. I have bought ammo new and reloads from them for about a year and I have never had an issue. Great group of guys working here and awesome customer service. I tell everyone that I talk to about this place. If you have never been here before I suggest going and checking them out.

I usually go to every gun show in Miami/Ft Lauderdale mainly to buy ammo from them, and secondarily just look at all the guns for future consideration. The ammo price is impossible to beat, and even though it is reload- Ive never had a single issue with squib loads or malfunction whatsoever when using their ammo. I buy 9mm, .223 and 5.56 and fire from a multitude of platforms with zero issues over thousands of rounds. Highly recommend. I just placed my first online order since I am out of ammo and no gun shows in the very near future, hopefully shipping is fast!

Garbage ammo, stay away! I brought their new NATO L.A.P. 62 grain 5.56 at a gun show. The primer on the ammo kept breaking apart from the cartridge and damaged my new AR 15. I emailed them, no answer from them! Dont buy this cheap ammo and damage your firearm!

I have typically had great luck with all of there ammo, but i picked up a box of .308 from them at a local show and about 15 rounds out of 100 looked something like the pictures, emailed them to see if made they had some issues with the .308 ammo recently reloaded, never heard back from them. that was about a month ago. poor customer support. just wanted some answers. now i found a primer in backwards yesterday, after taking one bullet apart after having issues. all the other ammo i have bought from them has been perfect, i could have gotten a bad box of .308 i dont know. food for thought

Took one of the first reloading classes today and it was very informative. All of the staff there are knowledgeable and friendly. I have had good luck with thier ammunition. I will definitely go back for more of thier classes.

If you need ammunition, this is a great place to find a variety of rounds. They dont have large selection of firearms, but they have all the supplies you need to reload your own or buy their reload products.

I got a box of 556 nato 62 grain 500 count and i have put about 100 rounds maybe through my ar and i had about 15 of them miss fire and another 15 jam up now im stuck with the rest of it. I have put countless many rounds of other ammo through my gun no problems. I will not put that ammo through my gun anymore
