I will be going back to get hearing aids next week. Just trying to come up with the money. My kids are helping me out and I love them for that. Sara was great she did everything she could to help me but my credit isnt good and my insurance doesnt pay for the whole cost of the hearing aids. Although not exactly a fun fact of life, getting older and having to get hearing aids, Sara at Beltone made the experience a lot more easy and comfortable. It was good having someone so experienced and knowledgeable there to help me in the process. Highly recommended.

Love my new hearing aids! Very discrete and the sound is wonderful. I can hear things that Ive never heard before or at least, they were very muffled. The service has been really good, Ryan is very personable and Heather is extremely efficient. Great place to visit and the coffee is always hot. Im glad I chose Beltone instead of one of the others.

Informative and helpful

I had an appointment 1/9/20 at 9:15 AM when I arrived I found the door open and no one in the office. A gentlemen came in and told me they would not be open until after lunch per his phone call about his appointment. Bryan Bean was in charge when I bought my hearing aids and he was always very helpful and always there for appointments. Not the same now. I am very disappointed in the lack of scheduling and keeping appointments.AMENDED REVIEW 3/10/20 After an appointment with the new owner things are a lot better at Beltone in Fort Oglethrope, GA. Easy to get an appointment and have earing aids cleaned.

Ryan and staff are very kind and helpful. I have always felt like they were going out of their way to help me. Ryan is very knowledgeable about perfecting your hearing to the best of his ability. I wouldnt go anywhere else!!!
