Tractor supply is always been my go-to spot for certain items which are always readily available. This time I needed some mouse poison and they had a really good deal on suet for the woodpeckers. Cant beat the price on the suet and they always have the exact best poison on the market and stock. Now if they just sold beer in the store would be a perfect place!

Finally figured out for myself asked her to retrieve them and she walks up to counter and gets on the phone leaving me just up there with no product another lasy(only reason this is 2 stars instead of one) helps ring me up and is very sweetHead home to give vaccine to kitten and it the cap explodes offCalled to explain no answerArrive next day to explain and was told I didn’t tighten it up enough so no refund no new vaccineWill not return

They need to work on attitudes. I hate having to go Home Depot. I’ve tried giving them my business. Ace is the place.

Store seemed clean.No one was wearing masks or gloves.Only one register was open.About 5 or 6 buggies were in front of us.There was a self serve register only if paying w/ 💳 cc.But since we were buying a gift🎁 card then we had to ✋ wait.

Ive traded regular with TSC for a long time all over the southeast but this last time I visited the Fort Oglethorpe location there was a short-haired lady possibly a manager who made me feel extremely uncomfortable the WHOLE TIME I was in the store repeatedly asking me if I need some help when I had already told her I didnt, i kept feeling her Stare at me and at times she would seem to be blocking the islesIn front of my buggy for no apparent reason... I was so unnerved i had to stop shopping, check out and leave.

No issues with this Tractor Itself. Clean store, friendly employees. They’re just always out of the dog food I need. Literally almost every single time. Supply vs demand could be better.

I typically trust tractor supply, but not this stores inventory levels or a couple of its employees. We had a well emergency, needed 300 ft of 1” black flex pipe, their site said they had it in stock, we drove +30 mins there and when we asked the guy at the register, he said he didn’t know what it was and then said they didn’t have it (if you don’t know what it is, don’t tell me you don’t have it). We then drove around the back side to see if it was there, we saw multiple rolls inside the fenced in area and saw employees out back talking around a lift, so we rolled down the window and asked about and once again were told (by Dustin) that they didn’t have any... well we just saw it Dustin, so you just lied to our faces.We left angry and went to Home Depot to get pex (3 times the price and had to get 3 x 100’ with couples in it). My wife was upset how we were treated and how the employees were so willing to claim inventory levels were wrong so she ordered the online listing and then called them saying we were on our way to pick it up, so they had to remove it from the site. The lady on the phone was really helpful... only reason you get 2 *’s, vs 1*...

They always have the dog food I want but the curbside and calls no was not good. I called and for five minutes I listened to customers being checked out while they had me in the phone and never acknowledged me. I even talked loudly and pushed buttons in the phone to see if they would here me, the second time I called they hung up after I heard them talking to another customer. The third time I called they finally answered and said they would bring someone out to me.

Great store just not enough help on the sales floor plus need more employees stocking shelves its ridiculous when the product you need is on a stocking cart and in order for me to purchase I gotta down stack product to get what I need crazy. Just hire some folks.

They closed the store at least 30 minutes early and caused me to not be able to get my dogs any food after they ran out on Christmas Day. I went the day after Christmas around 8:30 is when I got there and there wasn’t a soul in sight. No list of changed hours. Nothing. They are supposed to stay open until time to close via policy. We had no snow, ice, or conditions which would’ve permitted them to leave. It’s like 50° here. No excuse for this. I work long shifts and extensive hours and live a good 20 minutes away, drove all that way and they can’t even stay open to meet their schedule.I’ve been in there to pick up a placed order for dog food a few hours after I placed it and was picking up in store and they sat there telling me for around 30 minutes they didn’t have my dogs food at the time, only for me to walk over and find it without looking much. I’ve went to pick up another order and the lady made me hunt it down and pick it myself.Just do better. Some of the associates are really nice and know what they’re doing. Others, not so much.

Never been in the Fort O TSC before. All I can say is if I didnt live so far away, I would make this store my TSC store. They carry the Blue Seal Hutch that I have to special order at more closer TSCs.My wife is the #1 Holland Lop rabbit dealer in the South East and we really depend on this food.The assistant Mgr was very help. Sorry I didnt get her name. Short with short dark hair.

For my 1st visit at this location I was very impressed how clean and organized this store was. All employees that I can in contact with was very helpful.

I always use curbside pickup, which is very convenient. Service is fast, and employees are very helpful and polite. The only downside is I have to continually change the canned dogfood, as they are usually out of the kind I want. I get the 4health brand, try for Salmon and Potatoes, never in stock, 2nd choice is Lamb and Rice, this time no where to be found, unless I want to drive 25 miles to another store or pay $19 for delvery. This time, Im trying the Senior kind, just hope my senior pup will take to it. By the way, the 4health Salmon and Potatoes dry food was recommended by a local vet tech, and Im very pleased with it.

I have 3 dogs, so a place like this is helpful in selling the very large bags of dog food

My only concern was not being able to find pricing on the cattle panels and fencing materials in the gated area, outside. Otherwise, we love our TSC store. Often have products that we cant find in other stores.

Used to be a very well store but the last couple times I have went recently the employees have been very rude.I called yesterday 02/15/21 to see if they had any product for my dogs paw because she cut it; so I was looking for a wound spray to put on it. The lady I spoke I with was extremely rude and WAS NOT helpful at all.

Staff is always helpful and store is always stocked of things I need.

I shop at this tractor supply regular due to knowing exactly where the product is located and all the staff are super friendly and always helpful. Even if a product isnt on the shelf they go over and beyond to check shock in the back and let you know when that product will be coming back in

Not a lot of city stuff but plenty of home on the range gear and supplies. Really helpful and friendly employees.

I like the bright marks at the checkout to show people how far apart they should be.I just lowered my stars because I went into TSC and NONE of the employees were wearing masks. This is unacceptable. Now, everything stocked in that store could be contaminated. The cleanliness at checkout has also declined, the numbers on the credit card machine are never cleaned. This is a disappointing downturn. 😞

Anything you need for your farm (everything but tractors) or just your kitty cat. They have it. usually have the most competitive pricing too. I bought nuts and bolts there. much cheaper by the lbthan by the box at the big box stores.

To be honest, I would just go for the smell.Leather, feed and seed, and many other priducts whose eminations (scent) when combined with the others present a variable potpourri of pleasentness. The folks are courteous and knowledgeable. The prices are lower than some and higher in other places. Hey, dont forget to check out the clearance section in the back.

Great place to buy everything you need for all of your animals. We got dog food, cat food, cat litter, pig feed, rabbit feed, pine shavings, dog toys and cat toys. I love it here and they are the only place to have comfortable hats!

Messy, everytime I go in there it seems freight is laying all over the aisle needing put away. Sometimes blocking where I need to go. Its also very unorganized and stuff is sometimes strewn across the shelves or not marked for prices in places. Also store employees seem to conversate alot over the loud speaker which is at high volume (more of an annoyance when on the phone trying to get the right parts) I started going to the Cleveland store because I know they have what I need in stock and the store is clean and organized! 30 min drive vs a 5 min drive. Speaks volumes to me.

I loved going there this morning. Bought my boyfriend a lot of Carhartt stuff for Christmas. I only wish I would have went a day earlier. They were a lot cheaper on everything than Sports Academy was. I could have saved some money. And they had so much more stuff than any place else Ive checked. I will go back again before Christmas and get some more things. And I got all my pet supplies as well cheaper. 🐈 and 🐕 food. 🐦 seed.

They advertise curbside pickup but it didn’t work for us. Ordered and paid for item in the morning. Attempted curbside pickup at 2:00. Waited 20 minutes. Finally went in and got it myself. Staff not busy...just hanging around.

I need to go here more often. Besides farming equipment, they have a great selection of pet products and equipment. If you havent been, you probably should consider going to check it out. Prices are great too.

I typically spend around $125 per visit here. They always have what I need for my pets. Courteous and helpful but they seem understaffed.

This is a good place to get a lot of your farm and outdoor supplies. They have food for your pet you cant find in some places. Service is very friendly. Store is neat and well organized. You can probably find what you need for your next farm or outside project.

What? No Zero Star? Tried to return a defective barrel fan. Cashier and store manager refused. The yellow tag on it said only Price Reduced. Once I got it home, found that the blades were hitting front grill. Upon questioning, found out BACK of yellow card said as is bearings are bad. Well, bearings were fine. Person who put it together, bless his heart, didnt align the two sets of bearings. So last customer bent blades to make it run. Now it wobbles and shakes and is virtually unusable. Arrogant store manager didnt want to talk about it or make it right. Really poor customer service. Reminds me of Sears a few years ago. Where are they now? Can only hope TSC goes the way of Sears. I will never step foot in the place again.

Good store to buy maintenance and supply goods. I buy cat food and litter here just about every other week. Not spotless floors however, but thats to be expected.

Its hard to find anyone when you need help. Other than that the people are nice enough. The prices are too high, could stand to lower those.
