I was in need of a storage unit I stopped by and was very pleased with the service i got from a very nice man Named Wesley. Wesley and Carrie are awesome! They were very professional and helpful. The property was clean and well lit. They put a lot of effort in keeping the property well maintained and the customer service is excellent!!! I will definitely store here again and I highly recommend this storage facility!!! They also have a moving van you can rent which makes life easier!!!

Donna really saved our bacon! We moved here from Ca, with a 26 uhaul truck and 6x12 trailer full of family goodies. Had some storage reserved elsewhere, but they said they were full when we got there to unload! Not only did Life Storage get us all the storage room we needed, she did it quickly and efficiently. The young lady on the phone was fantastic when I called with questions and Donna, the facility manager was friendly, attentive, informative, knowledgeable and very helpful. The facility as a whole was the cleanest I have looked at and the 10x30 unit I rented was as well. Lots of security cameras, wide isles, controlled access and seems to be very well maintained. I highly recommend this facility for those looking to securely store their stuff in a nice facility.

Great service. UHaul booked storage with our cross-country move, just to say they had nothing available at any of their businesses when we arrived. The lady from the call center was extremely helpful, and Donna who works at the storage facility was amazing!!

Absolutely the most professional & flawless storage rental Ive ever experienced. Stopped in at just before closing time on a week night & Donna was kind enough to not only explain choices & options to me, but she stayed after closing to show me around the place & took me inside the unit she recommended for my needs. I went on Saturday to secure the space, & Laura guided me through the paperwork & back to my unit to assure it would work for me & that I was comfortable with entry/exit procedures. . I am totally impressed with the cleanliness & security at the Ft Oglethorpe location. Kudos to Donna & Laura -- as they both clearly take pride in their jobs & show respect for Life Storage, as well as the customer.

Laura at Life Storage in Fort Oglethorpe Ga was GREAT! She helped me with all of my questions and gave me suggestions on unit sizes that I would need. She also shared with me how I could save money with each unit and how to move in where I wouldnt lose money from my other unit with them. I was looking to change storage companys, as we were redoing our budget, BUT Laura and Life Storage of FO solved all my issues and I dont even have to move. I highly recommend using this location! They have been most helpful!

The staff at this location are great to do business with. They are patient, friendly, and professional. Laura helped me secure a new room today, and she went out of her way to make sure it was what I needed. The buildings are kept very clean. I highly recommend Life Storage in Fort Oglethorpe.

I just closed out my storage at this location. Had my things in non-climate controlled for right at 2 years. The bad first, the cost is too high. The non-climate controlled areas are susceptible to mice, I had a big problem with this in my unit, and a good bit of my stuff was ruined as a result. Now the good, Laura and Donna are the greatest. They are the nicest ladies Ive ever dealt with at a storage facility. I know that they do not control the pricing, therefore, they cannot be held responsible. Would I use them again? The short answer is YES, but there would have to be better rodent protection provided. This is essential, especially with such premium pricing for the facilities.

The manager here, Laura, is amazing! She is patient, friendly, conversational, and extremely helpful! All the staff Ive dealt with here has been great, and the facilities are excellent.I had a ridiculous situation with my moving company; they made a bunch of stupid mistakes, and I basically got locked out of access to everything I own. Even though the space was filled with my property, I wasnt given the correct information to gain access to it. Even though I know she believed me, she wouldnt budge about letting me into the space. She totally stuck to her guns. She apologized, but I told her that I was glad someone like her was guarding my stuff!Laura also went WAY out of her way to help me try to get in contact with the moving company, all the while being sure to protect their information and privacy. She even stayed late to give me an opportunity to get into the space when I finally got the info I needed.While I will never deal with Scenic City Movers again, I will certainly continue to do business with this Life Storage location, and with Laura!

Great place, very clean facility. Laura was very nice and gave us a great tour. The climate control storage I used appeared to be very clean and well maintained. I hope when I go to retrieve my items next month I have a good report for everyone on how well my items were maintained. The price was great and this facility requires rental insurance, but its very affordable.

This place is great to use when you need storage. It is gated and secure. The rental rates are reasonable, and the ladies in the office are super nice, going out of their way to be helpful.

We have been using life storage for 4 months now and have been really happy with their service. My husband visited our storage and left the lock unlocked one evening and they called me the next morning to let us know. I was glad to know they check the grounds daily to ensure that your stuff is safe. 5 stars!

I cant speak for all locations, but this one, while out of the way, is pretty awesome. Very chill staff, ready to set up, truck available (16 I think), hand carts, both climate controlled and regular units. Very easy to work with.They dont have 24/7 access, but can grant it in request when needed. Pretty sweet spot.

I had thought renting and maintaining a storage space would be a difficult experience. But with Life Storage its all been easy as pie. During my move I have dealt a lot with Donna and Laura. Both of these ladies have been most helpful and easy to get along with. I highly recommend Life Storage.
