The Fort Payne Sally beauty is way more better than the Scottsboro. I recently got married and I was looking for a hair dye to cover my roots. I never buy hair dye from Sally beauty since it was for my wedding I wanted to get something better for my hair. I went to the scottsboro cause it was closer. The manager there was very rude and didnt want to help me. So I went to fort Payne. The best customer service I ever had please ask for Morgan she really took the time to match up my roots and was so sweet about everything thank you because of her I will definitely come back for more beauty supplies what an amazing experience

Great!!!!!!! Very courtious, and help quickly and efficiently. Great sales at great prices!!!!! Fort Payne Alabama prices are higher than Scottsboro Alabama so I prefer Scottsboro but live closer to Ft. Payne. Most are VERY knowledgeable about most any questions u may have and if they dont know they WILL find out for you, just like the general friendly atmosphere!!!!!!!
