Great place to get item embroidered

Their work is great, service not so much. On 3 different occasions they have taken a month to get our order. I understand delays within the holidays, but if you send a text saying you are almost finished and it will be done by weeks end, thats when I expect it. Every time I have to go in and complain only to have them feel bad and hurry it up.

The service and staff here were AWESOME! Im never doing anything online again. Very patient and willing to work with. The price was lower than anything I would have ever expected and so was the time to completion. Very fine establishment for sure!

My wife uses them quiet often. They do good work and staff is very helpful.
