The store was so organized and well placed. To have such a large selection their store is quite spacious.

It was great going there! I was in and out without any complications. The employees there was very nice and answered any question that I had. And the parking was easy and great to get to. The only problem that I had with that store was the increase of prices on the meat that was available there, other than that no problems at all.

My wife enjoys shopping here. Usually has some good deals.

I dont come often because I dont live close by, so was taken back to see the changes. I dont like the way the store is organized now and how small it is, but I found a buggy full of food at decent prices, you just have to make sure stuff is in date.

I stopped by here the first time the other day as soon as I entered one of the employees shouted at me and said not to cut through the middle section. Ok thats understandable but the layout of how they have the arrows pointing is very confusing. They are pointing every direction. Also there is raw meat sitting out in a kiosk unrefrigerated and there are flys swarming it like a dead animal. Everything is dirty. But they have good prices.

Best place ever for groceries. We go here once a month spend about $340 I have everything we need for a family of seven.

I love UGO for the prices on their meats. They have come a long way on the produce but still it needs improvement.

The staff is very helpful, it is cheap just keep that in mind when buying fresh fruit and veggies. If trying to have them last a whole week. They usually go bad in a day maybe two. But great place for meat, can goods!

The best place to shop in Ft.Payne,Alabama. The prices are much cheaper than any other.place in town and you always get to try new things here. The staff is nice and always helpful.The restrooms are always clean and they have customer appreciation days.

UGO has the best meat around. They have the absolute best prices too. Their prices are even better than Wal-Mart. They have fresh cut meat everyday. I love UGOs meats. The rest of the store has lots to offer too. The produce is the best around town. The management team is the best, they always make sure you find what you are looking for.

I usually really like coming to UGO. Good prices mostly, and a large Variety. And something new every week. But you REALLY have to be careful and watch the Expiration dates on food. Ive bought many things there just to throw it away shortly after. And honestly, most of the meats are not very good at all. Chicken used to be good. But not so much anymore. And I stay away from the pork ENTIRELY. Ground beef usually has so much fat in it, if you cook a hamburger, you end up with a meatball.

Best overall prices in area. Smaller, yet enough variety. Always new and limited items. Good, local-cut meats.

Great grocery store to save money in every department. Would like to see a motorized wheelchair. I cant shop there too often because I am in a wheelchair, it would be so much easier. Right now my husband has to push a wheelchair which will not allow him to push a shopping cart, which only allows us to buy a few items. Before I was in a wheelchair we would spend a couple hundred dollars in there. UGO is the only grocery store without a motorized wheelchair. Thank you for asking! Debra HurtP.S. Great store and very clean unlike most outlet stores. We all know in these times groceries are getting expensive. I can walk in there with $50 and leave with enough food to fix good healthy meals for my family for a week plus have items to freeze or put in the pantry to stock up on extras for later.

Its worth checking out .if youre on a budget.& conscience of where your food dollars go.then I believe this is what youre looking for

I absolutely love UGO. You never know what you might find, and they have the best deals around. The staff are very friendly. My mom, my son, and myself go very often and they usually talk with us. It makes it just that much more enjoyable.

I love this store great price you can buy a lot of stuff for $20 dollars and some of the food you got to look at dates before you buy but that is ok because you can have a lot of food in your house for a low price and its my favorite place my husband always take me there

Best grocery deals in Fort Payne but the store could be cleaner. Unique selections, inexpensive prices and an array of products that one does not find anywhere else in the county. One must be vigilant because what you find one day may not be there tomorrow.

There was a great selection but very poor customer service. I asked a simple question about where something was and the manager was extremely rude. I explained it was the first time I was in the store and she never apologized for her short response. While I was in line at the checkout she proceeded to chastise a lady working the register that she needed to speed up. Im sorry but the way you treat your employees in front of customers is a true reflection of her managment skills. I will never return and would rather pay more somewhere else for a better environment.

Extremely inexpensive on most items, sometimes you may have to cull but not on most things. They have specials from time to time and very good on bulk items. You are sure to find a deal everytime you go. Much cheaper than Walmart and most stores in and around area

Well we were going to the Dr in fort payne from Collinsville and I had never heard of this place. We needed to pick up a few things and were at the shopping center already so we decided to go in instead of stopping again otw home. Ok, the selection is not great, but we got something to cook with dinner, which is the main reason for going in. They sell groceries but idk if you need specific things that you would find it. However, the cashier was so nice, she greeted us upon entering the store and the other employees appeared to be happy, and they were all busy doing their jobs, nobody standing around being unproductive. Id go back.

They NEED to check expiration dates on food asap! Lots of the discount items are expired! Other than that its a clean environment and the workers were nice.

I was unaware that they sold part of the space of this store and are now currently remodeling it to accommodate the new store that bought the space. Everything felt crowded and cramped compared to other times when I visited.
