EXCELLENT service staff, but as with all dealerships...Extremely expensive, no matter what the work is....unless its an oil change special, which is why I was there.

The dealership was nice enough to get new chairs in the customer waiting area but they are so uncomfortable and everybodys complaining about them I was there on Thursday and still have a terrible knot in my back that is so painful did no-one not sit in those chairs before they purchase some. Words cant explain how bad these chairs are and how uncomfortable. Eric my service person was very nice and pleasant and told me I need a new battery and I asked him if he could get me a reduced price since the previous bad customer service experiences there but of course he could not not his fault Managements fault do something to keep your customers!

Awesome cars on the lot in the middle of the micro chip shortage. How they do it nobody knows. Not pushy at all. Will buy more cars from the same lot. Loved the whole experience.

I have to give this company 5 stars because of the dedicated salesman Jeff Goff, the sales team and the finance manager stuck with me to try to find a car. Shanika Edwards (Neeka) was easy to work with, straight forward. I totally expected the typical used car experience with a bait and switch, surprise fees, etc, but there was none of that! The sales price, fees, and out the door price was EXACTLY what I was quoted. I havent had such a good car buying experience since about 2008, that was 5 cars ago.

Coggin Honda is a reasonable place. I wasnt there to buy a used car. I was there for repair. The 100 month battery I had bought there lasted 40 months. They prorated the warranty. The new one cost me $72 for a stock Honda 100 month battery. The equivalent Interstate battery would have cost me $150. So I am happy with them, this time. Not always though.

I didnt buy a car there today but maybe in another time I will, theres always nice people there and theyre always very helpful

Watch out! Overpriced on basic maintenance and they will recommend a job that is NOT needed. I suggest that ladies bring a male friend with them. Be on your guard. Better yet go to Firestone or Goodyear.
