This was the first time I used Jetson’s service dept. Was so impressed by them, their timing notifications were spot on. Very courteous. Very reliable. So I decided to go to the store. I needed a new dishwasher. No high presser, very knowledgeable. Delivered the next day. Amazing!!!!
This location was pretty laid back with a fancy arrangement of all of the appliances, the front door clerks were also very nice and very helpful. Plus the place had basically no people so it was pretty cool just being able to walk in and just look around the place, so for the time I was there shopping for a refrigerator it was a very pleasant experience and if your looking for new or used appliances then I recommend this location
We bought our new refrigerator from the Fort Pierce store and from the salesman, Jason Starkey, to the delivery guys Elige and Arthur, we experienced nothing but helpfulness, friendliness, professionalism and smooth transactions. The price is either meet or beat the big box store prices. I look forward to buying my next appliance there. I recommend that you do the same.
I am not pleased ! I purchased a $2418.19 refrigerator paid in full and unfortunately I had to return it because it didnt fit in the kitchen, so I returned to purchase a smaller appliances but I didnt do so because I was still charged the delivery fee,when the guys didnt even take out the Appliance they were here for literally 5 minutes to measure area and the refrigerator was never taken out of the truck I explained that to my salesperson/Manger Greg! And he wasnt understanding with the situation !! He should of at least gave me half of the delivery charge back so I could of still made business with Jetson TV appliance or even Free delivery for a different refrigerator, Now I have no refrigerator and my food will go to waste as I had to buy 2 bags of ice and a cooler to keep my food from going bad..Definitely a waste of $64.19 measuring fee/ none delivery fee !!
Builder unable to provide the stove I wanted for new house. Jetson is able to order and will deliver then redeliver for a small fee when the house is complete. If this all works out it will exemplify the term Customer Service. Lisa at the Ft Pierce store was wonderful to work with
Your service department worked with me to schedule a delivery. They were here during the time scheduled, however, I didnt see the courtesy notice on my door knob. Today, they were here again during the time scheduled and thankfully I was at home. Chris and his team of technicians did an expert job and demonstrated top professionalism. I thank them! David S.
Jestson appliance has definitely gone down hill. They are not the company they once were.7 attempts to repair a KitchenAid refrigerator, that was misdiagnosed, the technician said it was a sealed system failure and said all the Freon had leaked out. Though when he was here the 2nd time he spent 1/2 hr venting Freon into my kitchen, melted some parts of the refrigerator in the process. Broke parts and said nothing. Total disregard for my home and needed to use my towels to clean up all the water and work area and just left them in my sink. After all of this the refrigerator still had the same issues with freezing up. After 7 attempts to repair and failure on the part of jetson technicians to properly diagnose the issue even though they made many calls to KitchenAid to ask what to do.Finally a replacement refrigerator. Once again I ask the delivery people to be careful of the solid Brazilian cherry flooring that covers the entire house including the kitchen. The delivery guy said he would be careful and use the protective mat. Well I no sooner turned my back and I could hear the refrigerator being slid out across the wood floor. Leaving deep compression dents in the flooring and some scratches through the finish. I insisted they use the protection so the flooring was not damaged further and the delivery guy flat out refused and said it was a safety issue and would not be using it. To make things worse they parked there big delivery truck on my front swale and left some deep ruts when leaving. So now I have ruts in my kitchen floor and in my front yard. To add more insult to injury a week later I find the jetson delivery truck in my front yard again while making a delivery to my neighbors and once again they more more ruts.During this time my sister in law is going through something similar with an Electrolux washing machine and was at 3 failed repair attempts before she just gave up and went and bought new ones even though she had an extend warranty on a machine that was only a year old.Jetson did send someone out that they claimed was a hardwood flooring repair expert, he asked if he could use my spare flooring and glue and wanted to just cut out a section in the middle of my kitchen. I asked for references for this flooring repair expert. Each time I asked 10 years for added to his experience but not one reference or company name was ever provided. Seems he was a relative of Mr a John Jetson.In the meantime a KitchenAid dishwasher that was also purchased from them with a 5 year extended warranty that they had serviced on 5/26/20 for a pump noise. Now had a pump leak and had flooded my kitchen and did a lot more damage to the flooring. And I call them because at this point I think we are still on good terms since the last time they had called me I was told by Howard the service manager to get 3 estimates. To my surprise after setting up a repair for the next day I’m called back and told that I’m not to be services or sold to per Mr Jetson.Great customer service for a company that I personally know of 10 plus people with horrific stories about there appliance repair with jetson appliance.Do yourself a favor and just avoid this company they are not the same company they were a few years back. And even people I know that work there say the same thing...
I purchased a dryer. The morning of delivery I got a text just a little after 8:30 am. It gave me the estimated 2 hour time frame of my delivery between 12-2. Then about 10 minutes later I received an automated phone call with the time frame again. They arrived right at 1 pm. 1 of the guys came in and unhooked my old dryer, took it out to the truck, while the other unboxed and prepared the new dryer. They bought it in, hooked it up, turned it on and explained it needed to run for about 30 minutes before use.They were very prompt, courteous, and efficient.I have had many great experiences with Jetson over the years. Thank you for always doing a great job!
So weve been without a fridge for 15 days. They supposedly were going to come Tuesday according to LG but no one came until Wednesday. They ordered parts and didnt come back until the following Tuesday even though they had the part since Friday. Turns out he misdiagnosed the problem. They scheduled to replace the part Friday, but turns out they ordered the wrong part. Now the new part doesnt come in until hopefully late Monday, but they wont come out till Tuesday. They wont bring out a loaner fridge for their mistake, and here we are without a fridge on day 15.

My experience with this store has been a total nightmare . After purchasing a refrigerator, a stove and a microwave i has issues with the stove right off the bat. It ran very hot 🔥 it was a safety issue .even after the top range burners were turned off, it took hours to cool down. One if my grandchildren were burned touching a stove that had been off for hours. After going back and forth for weeks they chose to do absolutely nothing. The stove was less than 5 months old and I was willing to swap it out but the store was very uncooperative and refused. They claimed it was normal to stay that hot. Now Im far from a 20 year old. Ive owned many stoves over my life time and never had a stove burners stay that hot hours after its been turned off. I would say go to ANY other appliance store but stay away from Jetsons . They are of the mindset that once its delivered to your home anything else is your problem now regardless of any warranty.
Horrible customer service from the service department. Two months without a working appliance that is under a service contract and a warranty. Now, they are saying 14-16 weeks to get a replacement? I recommend that you do not do business with this company.
Unfortunately, I must add myself to the list of people who have recently had a bad experience. I visited the store for a range hood, and was told someone would have to visit the property to measure for it. The charge would be $25, but would be applied to the cost/installation. I paid the $25, and someone did go out to measure. I received two product numbers to look up online, neither of them was appropriate. I never received a quote for the product or the installation. I was told someone would get back to me the next day, but I no one did. I have purchased a hood elsewhere...
Was very un professional, I bought a washer and dryer set there, the dryer broke in a week, they refused to give me a new one, I had to argue with management it was the worst experience I ever had with retail. I will never shop there again!!!! Poor customer service and lack of management and the sad thing was I had the extended warranty also!!!
Polite, informative sales people...delivery guys were fast and efficient, took time to make sure the fridge would fit in the door! Nice... Ill be using them from now on!!!
We worked with Lisa and she was fantastic. Purchased a used washer/dryer for our daughter who just moved to Florida. Clean and very professional. Definitely would shop here again.
Employees need to learn how to talk to people so disrespectful, and end a conversation by saying you have a nice day, They just hang up on you sad.
I rarely post reviews, but when the exception warrants...... I had a service tech, Joshua to our home to repair our wall oven which was stuck in the Self Clean mode and he tried several remedies before giving me the bad news that I needed a Control Board and Overlay. I had already signed with my credit card for the part and when Joshua was putting it back together, he continued to look for a Fix and to my amazement, he found one!! He reported back to the office who called me the next morning to Cancel my parts due to Joshuas not giving up when he could have made more money selling us the part. Kudos to an honest hard working Joshua and Jetsons Appliance Repair Center. Jay Keller, ReMax

Bought under counter ice maker with extended warranty. Turned it on doesn’t make ice called the service department on Wednesday the best they could do is Saturday at 1:00pm tech comes to the house and tell me it’s a fan motor is bad and he can’t find anything out because service closes at noon on Saturday, but someone will call me Monday. No phone call back, I called on Tuesday to find out the eta she took my information and would submit eta request. Thursday no information and no follow up. I called my salesperson who I bought it from Lisa I told her my problem and concern and she said she would get back to me today, no call back. I tried to buy from a “local” business and not a big box store so things like this don’t happen. I’ll know next time Jetson no better.
I am writing this review to express my thanks for a Jetson team of Clyde and his assistant who came to my aid and repaired a very expensive Microwave oven just prior to Thanksgiving 2020. It is a very heavy built-in combination unit. Clyde was very patient and explained the entire process as he proceeded. His patience was incredible to watch as the tolerances were minimal. It took him one day to troubleshoot, then order the circuit board and magnetron and another day to do everything all over again. He and his assistant finished at 4 PM the night before Thanksgiving and we were on our way. His assistant worked almost as hard and learned a great deal from Clydes patience and perseverance. Jetson has always been the best and after being a customer for 25 years, they still are.
We have purchased many things over the years here but the customer service that was provided at our last purchase has been the worst. There was a rebate offered and am still waiting for it five months later. I contact Jetsons constantly and no one bothers to respond back.
I just had my brand new GE Profile refrigerator serviced by Steve Cashwell of Ft Pierce. There was a manufacturing defect. He came out to find the problem, identified it, cleaned up after himself and was pleasant to have in my home. He said he would be back with the part in 7 to 12 days and he was. He worked carefully and was again pleasant and professionally informative about the appliance. He has restored my faith in Jetsons. I will likely only recommend Ft Pierce from my interactions.

When appliances need repair, no matter where they may have been purchased, customers need quick and easy access to the service department. Since that service for those of us who live in Vero Beach comes from the Fort Pierce store, my comments are specific to the Fort Pierce service department/center. On approximately 4 occasions, when I attempted to obtain service for several different appliances in our home, I asked for the service center. My were apparently routed through the Vero Beach store to the Fort Pierce store service department. In all four instances, my calls were put on hold, indicating that I was anywhere from 5 to 7 calls back on the queue. On one occasion, I waited over 30 minutes before my call was answered by a service department employee. At that time, I heard someone in that room shouting loudly and then the phone went dead. I quickly called back and someone from the Vero Beach store answered. I asked them to check, before transferring my call to the Fort Pierce office, to see if everyone was OK in the service department. I was then told that that department was located in Fort Pierce, but they would call to check on their status. Once I was transferred to the Fort Pierce service department, it was only to be placed on another queue - of shorter duration this time. When my call was answered this time, I asked the individual (who sounded like the same person who had initially responded to my call for service, if everyone in the department was OK. She indicated that she was OK and that the shouting that I had heard on my first contact with her was just someone shouting. On the call today, I was transferred from the Vero Beach store to the Fort Pierce service department and was placed on hold. Unfortunately, I waited for over 45 minutes before becoming so frustrated that I hung up and called the Vero Beach store again to express my concern about the performance of the personnel in the Fort Pierce store service department. He connected me with the main desk in Fort Pierce and I expressed my concern about the lengthy phone call holds when trying to contact the service department. She suggested that she would connect me to the parts department, instead of the service department so that I could find out if parts that I had previously ordered and paid for had been received. The gentleman in the parts department immediately said that he would call the parts company to determine why there had been a hold up on one of the parts. He indicated that he would call me back today when he got the information about the part.So, my concerns are neither about the appliances, nor the actual maintenance personnel who have come out to my house to repair several appliances, nor either of the Jetsons stores in Vero Beach or Fort Pierce . My concern is with the apparent inefficient, and/or incompetent personnel in the service department. Possibly, the explanation is that the department is understaffed and/or overburdened by the quantity of service calls that have to be dealt with on a daily basis. Whatever, the reason for the very slow and inefficient handling of service calls, there is an apparent need for the company to resolve this inadequacy. When customers encounter such circumstances once in a while, the can be understanding and tolerant. When such inefficiency happens a number of times, the customer will blame the whole company and stop buying appliances from the company out of concern that there will not be efficient and effective support from the companys service department when needed. The current service departments operation is unacceptable from a customers perspective, and it should be unacceptable to any company who wishes to continue in business.
Absolute worst company to purchase from, my 1 year old stove... have been waiting since November for repair. Calls have not been returned since april.
I had a great experience with Jetsons Appliance. They went above and beyond to get my refrigerator fixed. It broke on Friday and was fixed by Monday. Thank you guys for everything. A special thank you to John for being so helpful and giving us such great customer service.
Jetson TV & Appliance is a 5 star company. Not only have they always had what I was looking for, such as a washer & dryer stack, refrigerator, and most recently a stove and range. You will be hard pressed to find a better price in town. To put a cherry on top of this delicious, family owned and operated, sundae of a local business. You will receive outstanding costumer service from great employees like Tim Wilson from sales. Let me give a big shout out to Jason Smith with the warehouse a delivery crew. He responded to a late call today, and on the drop of a dime was here to help me sort out a pickle. I called because my dishwasher was leaking.1. It took two days to send someone out2. This person was sent to DIAGNOSE, not FIX. No supplies on truck, no time to fix it.3. It needs a new hose. I called to see when the hose would be installed.4. Told I would be called the following morning before 0900. No call; called back at 0930. No knowledge of their promise to call.5. Asked when part would be in. They dont know as it has to be ordered from the Extended Warranty Company.a. I was never told that the person coming out was not going to fix my dishwasher.b. The hose can be purchased at any hardware store. I offered to buy one.c. No one knows when the hose will arrive.
We were told to go there by several other residents in our condo the sales man was very efficient and helpful so we bought a new washing machine. The two young men that delivered and set it up could not have been better they were clean efficient and very courteous. I therefore recommend them highly

Never had such a terrible experience! Avoid at all cost. Go somewhere else! June 2020 - Purchased a room AC Unit from the floor. Asked if there were any issues if we could return it as we never had the brand before. Was told of course, we stand behind our products. Unit was very loud and had a very annoying vibration issue. Brought back to PSL location within 1 week, neatly boxed, with all inserts. Was told no mgr on duty on Sundays so they could not accept the return?! When we questioned why they couldnt do a simple return on a defective product the clerk said - that was their policy & they really dont take returns without a 25% restocking fee anyway, and to read my receipt? Had receipt in hand and it said nothing about that. It said on special orders 25% restocking fee. This was a in stock unit that was defective non-the-less. Then he said something about Covid. We had driven a long way to return and were getting nowhere. Husband asked if we could return on Monday to Stuart location since closer to our home. Clerk said yes. On Monday husband took the boxed unit to Stuart location. They refused the return stating they will not take it back due to Covid. My husband said its been boxed for 4 days and it was in a very clean shed for less than a week. Still would not accept the return on their defective product!! And would not refund us!! Husband got frustrated at this point and the clerk said - He hopes my husband catches COVID! The receipt says to call J.T. Jetson if we have any issues. So I called the main office in Ft Pierce and asked to speak to him. Had a calm conversation with his Secretary Betty who said she would have to call their Legal Dept.??? Over a $150 AC unit? She said she would call me back. She never called. So I was forced to contact our credit card company and filed a dispute. Jetson had 15 days to respond and in the dispute they asked them how they would like the handling of the return of the AC Unit. 30 days go by and no response from Jetson so they closed the dispute and credited us for the Unit. Sept 2020 - Received a registered letter from Jetson threatening us with THEFT / FRAUD charges if we do not return the Unit! (Why didnt they just respond to the Credit Card Company? This was completely un-necessary & Frightening.) The letter states that it has been cc: to the St Lucie County Sheriff Dept and the Martin Co Sheriff Dept.!! (signed by Gail C. Lucas) We had brought it back 2 times and tried to get the owners secretary (Betty) to tell them to let us return it. Folks, Im not making this up! This is really happening! over a small $150 AC Unit. - Go to Home Depot. The Unit we purchased from them is quiet and we know they stand behind their products. - This is beyond incomprehensible. All this because we decided to be Patriotic and buy from a small business and get an USA Manufactured product. 60 yrs old & Never have we had such a disturbing encounter with a business. Its completely bizarre. Dont bother - life is too short - too much drama.Just gets worse folks: 9/24/20 after ph conv company arranged to pick up unit. As you can see by the response below how this company operates - In June the Credit Card Comp said they made it clear the Unit was boxed and ready and to make arrangements to pick it up. They are stating that the Unit works after (finally)picking it up & citing COVID?? #1 - We hv better things to do on our Weekends than install and then uninstall a AC Unit - drive 40 minutes to return it - and then again rush from work to get it to a different location to return it - call the owner - and ultimately hving to contact our credit card company. No contact for 4 months. Sept. they mail a Cert.Letter DEMANDING the Return of the Unit in 5 Days - or Police Action will ensue?! (thought they were afraid of COVID) Why drama? Just call & make arrangements to pick it up. #2 If your so worried about COVID how did you test the Unit to see if it works? AND Why did you bother to come pick it up 4 months later? - Were good ppl & had it still clean & ready to go. (Go to Home Depot or Lowes.)
We were referred here by my sister. Im glad we stopped by after browsing big box stores for an stove ranges, we were able to find something comparable here. Lisa K. our sales lady was excellent. She made us feel at ease as soon as we stepped foot in the store. We made the purchase and we were promised the next business day as our delivery day, which was pretty awesome considering we werent sure how much long our current range was going to get us through. From the purchase to the delivery process, everything went smoothly. I highly recommend you start your search for any appliance here! It will save you a lot of time. Make sure you ask for Lisa!

Ordered a set of brand new Amana kitchen appliances and they arrived at my home missing parts and dented. I called and asked if they can remedy the situation and 3 different conversations led to the Jetsons reps stating I was lucky to have received my order on-time and that I should call the manufacturer. Being a local of Fort Pierce I was so angry to have received this type of customer service. I hope they can turn things around like the rest of the City.
Just buying here we had our dryer fail, people said try Jetson. Called on Saturday and appointment was set for Tuesday. Sat in condo all morning and into the afternoon. We even asked to be put on a cancellation list if someone else cancelled. No phone call or anything from Jetson so we called. Was told our service was scheduled Monday. As we told them we where home all day Monday and no one showed up or called. Best they could do was send someone on Wednesday. Told them to credit my credit card as we paid a upfront charge and we would find someone more reliable.Dont know if this is typical but not a good start for them with me.
Our TV died after 4 years. Thank God we purchased an extended warranty. Jetson got us a new Q series TV. Great company, buy from Jetsons.
I needed an AM delivery as I had the morning off work to take care of replacing my washing machine. Jim, Warehouse Manager, listened to my needs and concerns, and the delivery team at Fort Pierce made it so! Steve, from Jetson Service, came to install two replacement parts for my new LG Range and Microwave. He came early, 7:00 AM. I was his first call. He was efficient, neat and friendly, and provided first class service. A Great job very well done.
Second hand refurbished or damage, sold after repair as new. Yes they give you six months warranty! which basically patching the problem. Three different refrigerators were purchased from them, all trash.
Super service and repair done in a timely, professional fashion. If it is broken you must fix or replace. This time it was fixable. Thanks for providing a great service. The tech explained everything he was doing as he went along. He was super knowledgeable and would have been more so if given the model number captured on the original call (they did not ask)!In todays world, you give your credit card before the service. I am not a fan of this practice considering we have over 20 years history with Jetsons. Try to reward repeat customers with a little over the top kindness, it just makes sense.

Jetson Appliance is the absolute worse in customer service I have ever dealt with. Our Samsung electric range ($1398.00) never worked right from day one. After 9 service calls the issue is still not resolved. At one point they had the audacity to tell me it was operator error ! Its an oven ! You turn it on to 350 and it should go to 350. They have changed the same part twice, recalibrated several times and still it does not work right. There also seems to be an issue with the extended warranty company WarrenTech I believe. I have a feeling that Jetsons is not in good standing with them. Yesterday someone in the service office called another appliance repair company and said she was my wife and scheduled a service call at our house. When the second company called my wife to set up a time she was dumbfounded as she had never spoken to anyone from that company. Come to find out, once that second company touches the oven they now are responsible for the warranty work and Jetson is out of it, very crafty I must say. It is very hard to get them to return a call or give you an answer of any kind. Over the last 30 years I and my family have bought almost all our appliances from them. Something changed at Jetsons, its definitely not the same. As much as I like to shop local and support local business I can not in good faith recommend Jetson to anyone. Its like dealing with a shady used car salesman who doesnt stand behind what they sell. One of their techs that was here recommended we get an attorney, he said that usually works to get things corrected, I may do that.
We just left Jetson and had one of the best experiences with the Greg the sales manager! He did not push us into a sale but he made us feel comfortable and confident on our purchase! Thanks for such great customer service!

Great friendly customer service. Always can fit in a service appointment to help me out. I had my microwave and dishwasher fixed quickly. I do recommend buying the extended warranty when you buy appliances it would have been worth it. Ill know for next time but their pricing is fair.

We purchased a refrigerator here. I’m very happy with the LG unit I picked out, but the customer service here is non-existent. It started in the store when we told our salesperson we had a 70 inch space for the new fridge. He assured us the unit we picked would fit. We also made a point of telling him we were on 2nd floor with no elevator.Delivery was quick, arriving the next day. However the delivery men were told it was a first floor delivery so they were surprised to find out otherwise. To their credit, they worked hard to get the fridge up the steps and installed. Now the real problem becomes clear. The doors and hinges on the fridge are about 2 inches higher than the 70 inch body. Once the fridge was in place, I could no longer open the cabinets above the fridge! I cannot afford to lose the storage space!So I called the store and explained to the salesman what happened. Right away he tried to blame it on me. I had to have a carpenter come and modify the upper cabinets, so I asked if there was anything Jetson could do to help me out with that additional unplanned cost. The salesman said he would talk to his manager and get back to me. However two months later, and no call. About a month ago I sent a follow up email to the store manager, and guess what? I couldn’t even get the courtesy of a response from that person either. So I guess Jetson doesn’t care about happy customers or repeat business.
Stay Away!! Called to have refrigerator light repaired. Paid $85 service charge. They showed up, didn’t fix anything, didn’t tell me what the problem was, warranty, no warranty, what will it cost me, nothing. Just took my $85 showed up, did nothing, and left and that was the end. Horrible service, no one knows anything. Do yourself a favor and go to Home Depot or Lowe’s, this would never happen there, and if it did, something would be done about it. I am a landlord and have multiple properties, I always gave my business to Jetzon, sales and service, but this is the last time they will ever get a penny from me. Absolutely horrible experience.

I was so unbelievably impressed with Vinnies professionalism and knowledge of installing my over range microwave he was by far the best of the best. I cant say that Im overly impressed with Jetsons communication with each other. a little frustrating at times. but I can say Vinnie saved the day. five stars for you Vinnie.

I contacted Jetson Service in March 2018 to come to my home and repair a GE dishwasher. They took an $85.00 deposit over the phone. The technician came and diagnosed the problem to be a faulty seal on the door and returned in a week with a replacement part. The charge was $145.00 to replace the $6.76 seal and my deposit was applied to the invoice. After a few days I ran dishes through the dishwasher and it leaked again. I called and the same technician came to the house and made the same diagnosis and ordered another seal thinking the first one might have been damaged. After a week he returned with a second seal but discovered the leak was coming from a loose vent on the door. He tightened the vent cap and left, no charge. After a few days I ran dishes through the dishwasher and it leaked again. I called again and with due respect, asked for another technician to fix the dishwasher. This time, he diagnosed the problem as a bad seal around the soap dispenser. He ordered a new one and stated there may be a service charge to come back and install the new dispenser. I disagreed with him noting that I paid $145.00 to have the dishwasher repaired, and it still has not been repaired. A few days later he called and stated that he checked with his management and that there would be no service charge and the part would be $113.06. I told him to order the part and return to install it. A week later he returned and installed the part. This time the invoice appeared different. Instead of showing parts and no service call, the original selling price on the invoice was crossed out and hand written $113.06. I paid by credit card and became suspicious when the original bag from GE showed a price of $28.06. The difference was $85.00.I called the company and the woman who took my call discovered that there was a service charge added but she did not have the authority to credit my account. She need to speak to senior management. She never called back so I called the next day and got a different operator. She checked with someone and called me back after a few hours with the response that a credit would not be made.In summary, I paid for a repair job that took over 2 months and more than five visits to my home by two different technicians. The first technician failed to diagnose the problem after two tries and the second technician lied to me about adding a service charge. I feel I should be refunded the $85.00 since I was not at fault and initially paid the $145.00. Thank you, and I look forward to your favorable response.

Went there to get a microwave for my mom. The sales staff was helpful and friendly. We were in and out in less than a half hour. The install was done without any fuss and the microwave works as it should. Good stuff.

Awesome staff and great prices. Went in knowing exactly what we wanted. No upsale pressure at all. Was told delivery and installation could be 10 - 15 days. Product delivered, and installed in less than a week. Installer unpacked our purchase in the driveway, and made sure every piece of cardboard, plastic, and styrofoam was picked up and put in his truck before he even approached our door. We could not have been more pleased with the service we received. Will definitely go to them should we find we are in need of another purchase.

I walked in the store and a refrigerator was being returned because it didnt fit in the previous buyer space it was disconnected deeply so I purchased it on the spot not thinking that it might happen to me too. When it was delivered it didnt fit either thats when my ideal began with Jeston it took forever for them to refund my money because I paid them cash I could not understand what the problem was I gave them cash why couldnt they just give me back my money.

He spent the time to price different sets with the upgrades that we wanted until we finally found the set that worked best with our budget and our personal style.

I was greeted soon as I walked in the door. I asked about a standup freezer I had looked at online. They checked the stock and had it available. They honored my veteran discount. Purchase was made quickly !
Terrible service after the sale. The salesman talked my wife into a different brand and model that she wanted and it never cleaned properly. they came 3 times to fix it and never fixed it. The builder had to take it back personally because Jetsons would not replace it with the original dishwasher that my wife wanted. The new washing machine my wife always wanted was installed and we have never had a problem. After the nightmare we went through with the sales and repair department, we will never use them again and we will never refer anyone to them again. I have lived and worked here my entire life and we have used Jetsons many times in the past for personal and business reasons, never again!!

We ordered a fridge on Thursday and it was delivered as promised on Friday. The delivery team was careful not to damage the walls taking away the old fridge and bringing in the new one. An excellent company with great prices and fast courteous service.

I called Jetson & they found the same one, delivered it the next day & saved me $100!!! Wahoo!!! Delivery guys where super nice too which is always a plus.
