The only mechanic I’d go to within 50 miles. They’re fast reliable and do great work. Pretty sure these ones actually get certified/further their education on cars regularly lol.

Took my car here to get coil overs put on, got my car back and i now wanted to change my breaks, every single lug nut on my rear wheels were cross threaded and hand to be Pried off, they would not replace the hub or studs for free, also did not screw on my calipers correctly causing my rear to vibrate and my tire to wear in evenly, if you value your car do not take it to total auto care

I brought my vehicle there to have the transmission rebuilt they gave me a set price then half way through the job after paying half up front they added cost that another mechanic said every extra hard part I was being charged extra for was included in the transmission rebuilt and to get my truck back from them. When I said I wanted my money back and wanted to take it somewhere else the owner Roy was very disrespectful and he said he was going to push my truck to the road also told me my transmission wasn’t there it was in Stuart but my truck was there I went there immediately to get a refund and the owner left and didn’t give me my transmission or my refund. Also I had another vehicle there that was vandalized a $1000 CD player was stolen out of my car and he told me there were no cameras and I was out of luck I’ve done business with them for years and would never go back ever again. Stay clear of these shady mechanics!

I just had my car fixed here. What a great experience. When I was leaving work the night before, my car was acting funny. The check engine light came on and I was afraid I wasnt going to make it home. Of course, it was raining and dark. Having recently moved to the area, I had no idea where to go. So what does anyone do these days? Google it! I feel so fortunate to have found this place. The great reviews are not a lie. I also got really lucky that it was super close to my house. I limped my car up there this morning. They asked if I wanted to wait, I said no. Even though they said it wouldnt take long. ( Ive heard that story before). I just asked them to give me a call when they knew what was wrong. When I mentioned I was going to walk home (super close to my house) they (nice guy at desk) said that wasnt necessary, he would drive me. Who does that anymore???? My car was dropped off, repaired and ready for pickup in 2 hours. When I picked my car up I mentioned that I walked and yet another nice woman at the desk, said I shouldnt have (seriously????). Before any repairs were done, they called, told me what had to be done and why, gave a price breakdown and mentioned some things I should do to prevent future repairs! What a relief I found this place. My husband usually handles all repairs and maintenance himself but he travels frequently for work and of course this happens when hes gone. Im just so thankful and grateful I chose Total Auto Care Center! Thank you.

I moved to Fort Pierce over a year ago, and Im so glad I was told about this place. Im a single 24 year old woman, so I was worried about being an easy target for mechanics to rip off, but the people working here are very honest and professional. They dont charge just to inspect the car, or for quick, minor repairs/adjustments. When I needed 2 belts and my rear struts replaced, I was allowed to buy the parts myself, which greatly lowered the total repair cost. Also, when my old car was in bad shape and was going to need over $1000 dollars to fully repair, rather than trying to convince me to go through with the repairs so theyd get the money, the people working there outright told me that it wasnt worth fixing, and that I should just put the money towards a down payment on a new car. Its clear they care about doing their jobs right, and Im so glad places like this exist.

Had a quote from pepboys down the street to fix my condensor and after the gentleman said thousand plus something i blanked out. I called around and thank god for this place. Its been a week and my ac is working great. Fixed that plus the fan for about 770. Dont even want to imagine what the other place would have added for the fan too. Also great experience from the start, Lance at the front is super professional. This place knows what they are doing.

I have 2008 Jeep Liberty with a sliding skylight that was never fully functional. Last week it separated from the top of the car and became a sail causing us to be drenched with rain last week when driving on the highway.I brought it to Total Auto Care with little hope of fixing my 11 year old clunker. All the mechanics and workers assembled around the car and were very interested in trying to find a solution since replacing the sky slider on an 11 year old car was not an option. They got their manager to join in this mechanical consultation and together they developed a plan. They were the most cordial and helpful group!They managed to remove the old adhesive on the roof, (my husbands emergency patch job) secure the sliding frame to prevent it from opening and seal the roof to the frame. They even cleaned my car. They were enthusiastic as they explained that they sprayed it with a hose to check for leaks . The price was so reasonable I could not be more pleased.Exceptional customer service. We were just amazed at their attentive service and super friendliness.

I have purchased one of the most temper-mental vehicles in Saint Lucie county. I have had taken it to some well known large corporations and some smaller chains that looked really professional and still have had issues with my vehicle. I took it to Total Auto and from the time I entered their facility I was greeted with a smile and a Hi! How are you today? from the friendly staff member. But the best part is that they did an overhaul and an extensive amount of time was spent researching what the cause of the issue was. Now I know what is going on with my vehicle and I was happy to hear it. I am never happy to hear that my vehicle has issues but It has a source and that source has a name. That is what thrills me. I spent way too much money looking for an answer and I got it here at Total Auto! Thanks to all the technicians who worked on my vehicle, the pleasant people behind the counter, and even the owner who personally worked on my vehicle to come up with the cause of my issue. I brought my daughters car here after she had an accident. Jerry was very professional, nice,understanding and very helpful. He dealt with the other peoples insurance company so I didnt have to. He made sure they replaced everything that was needed and not just repaired it. My daughter and grandsons safety was all he was concerned about. Jerry went above and beyond the call of duty to insure me her car would be fixed correctly. Along with the repair shop crew, they all did a great job on all the work they had to do to fix the car. Also the paint shop crew, did a wonderful paint job as well. With both of those departments doing a fabulous job you can not even tell the car had been in an accident. I am very grateful to all them that had a part in fixing her car. Also I was first told it would take about 4 weeks to finish the car, when in fact they had it done in 2 1/2 weeks. I can not say thank you enough to you all...Thank You Thank You Thank You

I paid $200 for straight pipe. All the owner did was slap in the muffler I provided and welded on a tip. How does a straight pipe still bend all the way over the axle? $75 job a weld shop. Tottal car care is a total rip off. I have a truck that (no lie) now sounds like a Honda civic rice burner....... Midas said $75 and it was the MUFFLER YOU TOLD ME TO GET! other shops dont have the equipment? You cut out the old one and welded in the new one. You didnt bend anything. Let me remind everyone...straight pipe. You see how he never answers the question. Also a window that lead to the work bay could hear his profanity all the way into the office when the girl up front went to go get him because I was late. Like Im bothering him to make money. Should have been my red flag from the start. Bring it back? U couldnt PAY ME.

I have been going to Roy & Bills since before they became Total Auto and I have always received prompt, expert and economical service. My 94 Honda Accord has served me well because of the great work that they have provided. I highly recommend them for all automobile problems and maintenance. And kudos for Jessica for providing a pleasant atmosphere from the front desk.

They are extremely knowledgeable in identifying the problem one may have with ones vehicle and they suggest just the work that needs to be done. Honest as the day is long, they stand by their work and charge you a price that is always fair and reasonable. I cannot tell you how happy we have been with the work they have been doing on my wifes and my car for all these years. Bought my car here tio be fixed. I had a dent on the passenger side and it prevented me tio open the door. First of the customer service was excellent very nice people. Second, when I came tio pick up my car it looked like the dent was never there. Also fixed other things I didnt even ask or was expected. Ive found a place tio care not only for my care but for my daughter as well. Totally recommend.

I have been a customer of Total Auto Care Center for over 15 years, the reason: honesty. As a woman I found that most auto repair shops seem to find a lot more wrong with my car than there actually is. The mechanics at Total are totally honest and work to save me money instead of trying to take all of my money. I got a great deal on my auto paint job and just a couple of weeks later scratched the side of my car pretty bad, took it in and the buffed it out for me right then and there at no charge. Everyone is friendly and conscientious! I have not had a bad experience there.

Brought my car in for an oil change, dealt with Jessica. She sounded very professional on the phone, got to the shop, got my oil change done in a timely fashion and was quoted exactly what I was told over the phone. Extremely pleased with the work. Would recommend to all my friends. When I come back again I hope to see Jessica again.

I han them fix and repaint the side of my car 1 1/2 -2 years after a “road gator” hit the driver side of my 2012 Challenger. The repair was 100% spot on. They even matched the graphics perfectly!!. A year later made the mistake of allowing another local auto body shop to repair the passenger side after being peppered with stones from a batwing mower. . . WHAT A NIGHTMARE! We had to put them in touch with Total Auto, just to get the paint close. I won’t even get into the graphics mess. Bottom line is Total Auto Care is hands down the way to go! Affordability, Customer service and workmanship 100% the biggest bang for the buck!!

I would rather be towed 30+ miles to a different mechanic than go here if I broke down in front of the shop. The lack of care for their customers amazes me. The head mechanic was very nice to me compared to everyone else I dealt with but I still have issues with my breaks after the work they did and they looked but made no point in trying to resolve. I was talked to like I didn’t know anything about the truck I drive EVERY DAMN DAY. I came here on a good review but was so upset by how I was treated & the lack fixing the actual issue with my truck.

I took my 1994 Mazda Miata to Total Auto Care for the first time on January 11, 2007 when it had 86,096 miles. It is a one-owner car, and my plans are for it to remain a one-owner car as long as I am able to drive. This means that reliable service is very important to me. My most recent service was October 28, 2014 when my Miata had 117,311 miles. Roy and his staff have provided reliable and valued care for more than 31, 215 miles of service. Roy nor any of the Total Auto Care supervisors have ever recommended unnecessary service. That means a lot to me and as a result I trust their service recommendations. I started going to Total Auto Care at the recommendation of a friend. I am grateful to that friend and in the last eight years have recommended Total Auto Care to dozens of friends.

The service they provided back 3 years ago when it was MAACO was excellent i still bet it is., The bond between the mechanic and the owners felt like family. i still appreciate everything they did to help me out. They still are the best to go to for a mechanic or paint problem here in Fort pierce.

Went in for an A/C check, the mechanic explained that there would be a 59.99 diagnostic check and that the diagnostic charge would go towards any repairs needed. They had another mechanic look at it and couldnt find any leaks. Went to pay and the price went up to 115 but after the receptionist talked with the manager the price went back to original quote. I paid, left and now have ice cold A/C and a new customer to Total Auto Care in Fort Pierce.

I had my 04 Mustang GT painted here with an aftermarket Steeda hood and they did an excellent job for a great price and the paint matched the oem quality and it was perfect all the way around.

Stranded on the turnpike with what could have been a big transmission job, Scott and Roy agreed with me that it was probably just the shift cable. Repair was done in 2 hours. Entire staff was friendly and honest, including Jessica at the front desk. I wish I lived closer, so that I could bring my car back here for future issues--but we live 3 hours away!
