My mom was charged $160 to diagnose a bad gas cap. She has the most expensive warranty Kia offers. What a joke.
Very slow service. Even with an appointment I typically wait 3+ hours for an oil change. I only even come here because I have a maintenance contract, once that is up I will never come back.
