Jean was amazing. I had my 2 year old with me and they were so accommodating. The original vehicle I looked at was no longer available but as we looked around I found something else that I liked. I drove it home that day. They really went the extra mile for me. I was continually impressed by the service and the respect that I was given. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AND MORE IMPORTANTLY THE EMPLOYEES TOO.

I have never had a bad experience with enterprise, whether its rentals or purchases. Ive gotten 2 or 3 cars through them over the years and theyve always been mostly painless (if youve ever bought a car from a dealership you understand 😂).This time blew every other experience out of the water. Matt was awesome, we got all the details worked out over the phone (calls and text). Went to meet him, test drove the car, signed some papers and left with everything we agreed to being honored.If Matt isnt management, he must definitely should be!

The car was like New and was so clean. I had my car repaired and they picked me and dropped me off. I had to wait a little to drop there car off. If I needed a car I would use them again.

Probably my fault for not test driving the car, but it reeks of smoke and the front end is not aligned. They were prepared with the paperwork when we arrived and were in and out in about 30 mins, that part was great.I have not contacted them to remedy these items, but did respond to a survey over the weekend and thought they would contact me. Hopefully, they will resolve these minor but troubling issues.Please see response, shouldnt you contact the dealer and have them call me? Just a thought. By the way, I did reach out to the guy I bought it from to see if there is anything he can do.I called the guy I bought the vehicle from and he is taking care of the issues currently. Should have it back later this week.

Their facility was very clean and well organized. The salesperson we worked with was cordial, knowledgeable and not high pressure. It was easy to view the cars we were interested in and took several for test drives. We ended up purchasing one of their cars and the salesperson delivered it to our residence within an hour of our purchase. We are very happy with the car and the salesperson called a few days after the purchase to make sure everything was going well. This was a pleasant and easy car buying experience.

Had a very pleasant buying experience with Enterprise Car Sales. Went to the Fort Pierce location and inquired about any used trucks they might have on their lot. Upon entering, was greeted immediately. They actually had the exact truck I have been looking for (2020 Ram 1500 Laramie). Needless to say, ended up taking it for a test drive and was very pleased. Michael Powers was my sales associate and was very professional, knowledgeable and took very good care of us during our (wife and I) whole purchase process. I did not even feel like I was buying a vehicle. The whole process was very transparent, easy and fun. If you are in the market for a lightly used newer vehicle, please go to enterprise car sales. The worst place to ever think of buying a car. Each car is suppose to come with 2 key fobs and here it is almost a year later and i do not have a 2nd key fob. Then Sal (manager) states he can get me one at a discounted rate. When i already paid for two in the price of the vehicle. I was also told by the saler and the loan officer that this would be done. They also said that they would buff thr scratches put of my car well guess who still has scratches.

This is by far the BEST car buying experience I have ever had. There is absolutely no PRESSURE to buy a car here. There are no sales people chasing your car as you pull into the parking lot. There is no underhanded, insincere, fraudulent, and dishonest business practices at Enterprise Auto Sales in Fort Pierce. What you will find is a GREAT deal on hundreds of “lightly” used CURRENT year vehicles. If you want to buy a car, and have a certain budget, these folks FIND the solution for you! There are no dealer fees here either...which can run anywhere from 800.00 to several thousand!!!.....and lastly, they do not heavily “up-sell” you here on additional warranties or extras. If you want an “extra warranty” they can assist you there....but if not, no big deal. If I’m not mistaken, all the sales personnel are SALARIED .....which means they don’t have to chase you down and hold you hostage for a commission.....Brilliant philosophy here....Lastly, if I can recommend one last thing it is to go see Blade (I’m not kidding that’s his name and as far as I could tell he was not carrying a knife!). We made a reservation to rent a vehicle for three days. Went to pick it up and there were no cars available. They informed me that they overbooked and that they were opened until 4pm and would call me if someone returned a vehicle. Ruined our very limited and planned family bubble visit.

Salesman was very helpful. Showed me what I wanted to see. Offered me more for my 2011 Hyundai Elantra that I was trading than any of the nearby Hyundai dealers. Nearby Hyundai dealers wanted dealer fees of $600 - $1200 just for selling me a car. The tiny dealer fee that Enterprise has is already built into the sticker price. The sales manager was very helpful. All the paperwork to process the trade, get me the new car and my insurance went very smoothly. I would never go back to a dealer again to buy or trade my car.

I made a reservation for a Friday and these dummies give my car to someone else then told me I got the wrong location, once I put on a very verbal show of anger and frustration he gave me an upgrade and discount but I had to wait until the next day to pick it up. Come to find out they had other cars the day I was in but he had other reservations that didnt pick up. Contradictory idiots
