I just want to thank you Jay,Keondra,Amanda and Katherine for being great at what they do. I was with boost and the service and cx service was just outrageously horrible. But as soon as I was walk into Metro... Jays energy was overwhelming and welcoming and his team made me feel at home. Thank you guys for everything you do.

I visited this location for the 1st time because of a friend (who is a usual there) and WOW!!! Never going anywhere else. They went out of their way to help me fix my phone issues and helped my friend set up everything on her new phone. Awesome place and people

I have never ever been treated with the disrespect from an employer at a company that I was treated like by the young lady answering the phone around 9:30am today on October 12th. I said in the nicest voice that I just had a quick question and she sounding completely annoyed and bother cut me off saying okay..? What is the question? I said you know what I will just call another store because obviously you are not good customer service and have a bad attitude and she laughed over the phone. How unprofessional. I was calling to try and get my unlocked sprint iPhone set up with a new phone number for my step daughter but you lost a customer today.
