I had set up everything online first, with Erika. She then set me up with Martin. They were both very friendly and professional. Martin had the answer to all my questions about the truck. Erika even came out to meet me, while I was waiting on the truck to be detailed. My paperwork was done by Jim, in record time! All three were great to work with. This is the second new vehicle I have purchased from Dyer. I was very happy with both visits!

Removal of two stars: I brought an alignment problem to this dealers attention in 2020 at my first service, around 5k, just two months after purchase. Truck would wander significantly at freeway speeds(indicating a toe out condition) Dealer “checked” the alignment with a portable device in the service line and claimed alignment was good despite excessive cupping in both outside L&R front tire treads. Fast forward to 2021. Bring truck for a defective a/c fan motor as well as a service and tire rotation. Part of the service is a text for other things they recommend. Suddenly the alignment is out(how funny). I informed dealer that I told them it needed an alignment at first service and it should be in the notes. Dealer refused to correct problem under warranty. I understand there are limits on service items at dealers, but claiming there’s a problem with something they refused to correct at first visit. I sure as hell aren’t giving the dealer $140+ dollars for something that should have been covered. Just plain dishonest. I’ll go somewhere reputable. Why GM doesn’t require service writers to be mechs is beyond me.My father is retired GM and I’m over 40 years ASE and A&P licensed.
Bad service! Bad experience! All the way around still dealing with issues, I DO NOT recommend this dealership to anyone. They DO NOT stand behind their used car sales. I took my (new to me) vehicle in so they can look at an oil leak after 2 weeks of owning it they gave me the run around and tore a chunk off my tire while it was in their care! I purchased an extended warranty for my used vehicle and was instructed to wait 30 days and let the insurance take care of it, that didn’t sit well with me and I decided to take the vehicle to another dealership and have it looked at. They are trying to help problem is the warranty company is questioning how the vehicle is having this issue so quickly. When I tried to go up the chain of command at Dyer and place a formal complaint about the quality of the vehicle I was sold I was instructed to stop calling the dealership. That is the kind of service you receive from the team at Dyer Chevy!
I just love it when my wife brings her vehicle in and gets mansplained to about all the things she needs to do to her car AND then we get a phone call from a sales person, asking us if were interested in buying a new vehicle from them. NOT!!!!!!! I know you sell cars, I know! I dont need a solicitation every time I pay YOU for an oil change. Bought both of our vehicles from them, its like that does not even matter. I shut down after being treated that way, really doesnt make me want to go back. Watch out dealerships, Carvana and the like are coming after you guys!
Went in for oil change and wound up getting service on the brake and fuel injection systems. They were due. Also found out the cabin air filter was in backwards. Advised that we will need a new one at the next service. The advisor kept us well informed during the whole process.
We appreciate the family atmosphere presented by majority of the team. We shopped around, prices are comparable, about 1 to 2 k higher on some new models, but the drive to the dealers was about 80 to 500 miles for what we wanted. Probably would have made the drive for 2 of them in Okeechobee, but your team worked hard for our first truck, then continued the search for our second one.

I have dealt with Dyer in the past for Company Work Vans and was always completely satisfied. I have had work vehicles delivered to me detailed better than higher end personal vehicles. When considering buying my 2021 C8 Corvette Dyer was my only choice...period. The experience started with Tim V. and with Tim retiring the transaction was handed over to Brad W. From day one of Brad dealing with my purchase he kept me in the loop until delivery on May 27. I am 100% satisfied with Dyer and the complete transaction from start to finish !!!!! I came in for an oil change and have them check one of my tires. It was done quickly and efficiently. I didnt realize that I had to request a wash. It was not offered and wasnt done. Ill know for next time.

Never have we experienced such a Great time purchasing our new vehicle. It was actually all the way through the buying of the vehicle. Wait wait time took about two hours. When most dealerships you spend all day long there over eight hours. It was a wonderful wonderful experience well definitely buy another vehicle there.

No one is perfect. For the most part everything was fine. Was in for scheduled transmission service for my 2018 Colorado. What was about a $250 service jumped to $425 because I have a special transmission and it requires more than normal fluid and a specific type. The surprise of the price jump was unexpected but I still did it. It had to be done.Overall the reception from all the service department was great. The price jump just caught me off guard.

We have been servicing our 2017 Chevy suburban there since we moved to PSL, and our personal experience has been always pleasant, the service crew has always been helpful and professional and for that were really grateful, our last service appointment was regarding the A/C unit that actually stop working in the middle of the summer!!!!, and they were able to get everything done the same day, we were really happy and tanksful for that.

Got an oil change. A few hours later I noticed an oil spot on my driveway. I took my truck back in the next day, they took my truck in right away, but did not find any leaks.

I had a slight bump in the road so to speak when i bought my first grand sport corvette from them. But i am bad with names the salesmen Rocky made buying a car a breeze. Twice! The sales managers are great guys they gave me more than book on my trade.3000. More than other dealerships. The finance guy is the best he gets things done and i cant thank him enough. James in the body shop is also actually the whole crew is great i had a small issue and they made it like new. Couldnt be happier. I imagine some people dont have the best experience but i think its all in how you treat people then things work for you. I am on my second corvette with Dyer of ft. Pierce and i will return should i decide i want a new one. So hats off to the whole bunch in ft.pierce fl. I am one happy customer!

Went to dyer in ft pierce to buy my wife a suv we did end up purchasing one . My wife was pregnant at the time so we wanted to get her into something a bit smaller and more economical a few days later she developed symptoms and tested positive for Covid she ended up being put on a ventilator and had to have our daughter delivered at 24 weeks as all of this is happening the vehicle we purchased is filling up with water from a leaking sunroof I’ve had it back there for service twice The first time they told me they fixed it I picked it up and it was still leaking the very next day brought it back and talked to multiple managers and now they come up with a quote that I have to pay $2500 to have it repaired all within a month owning it and now they’re telling me that they will not help me in anyway please do yourself a favor and find a different dealer this is one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had.

Visted on a Saturday walked around for 14 mins before I had to call inside to see if anyone was working and ask for help.Asked young man to look at two trucks was not interested after looking at conditions(really used)Asked to get the keys to 2 vehicles up front that were locked RESPONSE WAS Are you serious Im doing alot of moving here at that point even with interest in other vehicles over 32,000 I did not want to do further business as I was wasting their time .. took my 15,000 and trade else where .

Martin did a very good job of explaining everything I had questions about. The purchase was quick and smooth. The only complaint I have is my front window had some chemical that had dripped and was staining the glass. I tried cleaning it but its still there and in the morning when wet its readily apparent and super annoying.

I came this dealership 07/05/2019. specifically for the 2019 Chevrolet Silverado 3500HD White Color VIN ending with 881(photo attached). I could not find a parking and couldnt come other time because i drove 30+ miles away, so i parked non-marked area and went inside the dealership. Many sales men were busy but one was on the phone with no customer and another one was just standing by the windows (blue tshirt - you can see him on the attached photo) I waited 10 minutes and no one said Welcome or how can i help you. i saw one gray truck (attached photo) inside the dealership and really liked it. spend several minutes by it and no one came and talk to me so i went to parking lot and explored the vehicles by myself. I spotted an employee there he didnt even say hi. The dealer have great amount of selections but something is not right in this place. After 20 minutes with no sales associate to be found, i drove away.

The sales people were excellent and not pushy. The finance department did try to over charge me for interest by 1.5% but after I sent in another offer from another finance company they lowered it and beat the other offer, I feel I was overcharged for the GAP insurance. Other than that the finance lady was very nice to work with. She didnt try to get me to put any money down either.
Stopped by for our complementary 1st service since purchasing a new vehicle from them. Service department had a convenient Saturday morning appointment available. Service department staff was friendly and professional. Nice waiting area with coffee was available for your short wait. Department took good care of our vehicle and was detailed with up coming service needs and prices.

Went in to get service on my car which went extremely smoothly and the service department was great. Had some time to kill and was wanting to test drive an SS Camaro considering I am interested in possibly buying one. Was told by salesman they do not allow test drives unless you are buying the car that day, never heard of that, so i’ll go somewhere else to purchase a vehicle.
Dyer Chevrolet and the their salesman Ray Saez Jr. is the worst ever!! My deal was done at 9:16am and then they tell me the following day that they took a deposit on the same vehicle later that day!! Ray’s excuse was that I shouldn’t have went thru internet sales and I should have went directly thru the dealership!! This is complete BS!! Shady dealership!! I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND DYER CHEVROLET!! NEVER AGAIN!! I also tried to speak with the GM and Ray refused to transfer me! I tried to call directly several times and kept getting sent to voicemail!! Complete BS!! Dyer Chevrolet is The worst Chevrolet dealership that I have ever seat with!! Shady dealership!! I had warranty work done on my 3500 Chevrolet van earlier this year, after a week long wait for parts the work was finally done... upon returning to NC, I had to take it to my local dealership because of problems caused by work that was performed at dyers.. come to find out, the workmanshipd was not done properly and I had to have it redone at my expense... . When I tried to contact them, they gave me the run around for weeks an finally said there was nothing they could do... so much for for standing behind their work
In April 2019, I bought a 2019 Chevy Equinox from Dyer. The sales experience was excellent - from dealing with Olivia, to working with our salesman, Matt. Even financing was a breeze, with Julian being so amazing to work with. He was even able to persuade us to buy the extended warranty, which would exceed Chevys warranty. We left that Saturday afternoon being a very satisfied customer, and we made sure to recommend this dealership to anyone we knew who was searching for a car.However, the honeymoon stage quickly ended. In May, we started having issues with our car. It was taken to the Service Dept. at Dyer, where I was told that I just hadnt learned how to use the auto stop feature. I initially believed them, and left still being a satisfied customer.In November, my car had to be towed in for service after experiencing the same issue. The service department said they couldnt find anything wrong with the car, but they reset the module. The next day, I went to pick it up. I drove 1/4 mile off the lot, and the same thing happened again. I turned around, and took it back - where they had it for more than 2 weeks. This time, they claimed that they had to replace the fuel injector and the module.I have proof that the same issue happened with my car before it was purchased, and Dyer refused to disclose that information to us. I submitted a complaint to Dyer, and received a phone call from the General Manager, Jonathan. I tried explaining to him that I was concerned for my safety and the safety of my family as a result of the issues that I continued to experience. The vehicle, while in acceleration mode, will lose all power without warning. On the morning that my car had to be towed in, I was nearly rear-ended as a result of how quickly this happens. At one time, the General Manager told me that if I felt unsafe driving the car then I should just have my husband drive it. So, was he suggesting that my husbands life was not worth being concerned about?Thankfully, Todd the Service Manager was kind - or so I thought.Through it all, we ended up having to file a BBB claim for this vehicle being a lemon. In November, General Motors suggested that I settle with the dealership and have them repurchase the vehicle. I had to explain to her that I already talked to the General Manager, as that was my initial request, and it was denied.In December, General Motors told me that the vehicle needed taken back to the servicing dealer for a final repair attempt. However, Maria, the GM case worker, shared with me that the Service Manager for Dyer Chevrolet was refusing to have my vehicle back to his shop. I asked why, and she said that he would not offer her more of an explanation. As the consumer, it puts doubt in my mind - wondering why they are not willing to stand behind their work. Furthermore, it makes me wonder what happens to the supposed extended warranty that I bought.Im still battling this issue, and am currently awaiting a resolution from General Motors.So, for the sales team, thank you for your courtesy. For the service team and the General Manager, to say I am disappointed with the level of service received is an understatement.Im not usually one to write negative reviews, but I do feel that customers searching for a new vehicle along the Treasure Coast need to be cautioned as to the level of service they will receive if they end up having issues with a vehicle after the purchase has been completed.
My old Service Tech retired and I didnt think I would ever find another one that I trusted, but I was wrong. The young lady that assisted me was very honest. I was having some headlight issues and I told her to get them fixed for me. She called to inform me that it was just the bulbs, and it would probably be cheaper for me to replace them myself. I informed her to move forward with the replacement because I didnt have time to deal with it. Next time Im in there I hope she could help find a new truck. I dont trust anyone with Car sales, but she would be a person to trust.

This was my third trip to the dealership for the same problem (my brakes would get hard when I would put the vehicle in reverse or when I would press on them to stop). This Time the problem was fixed.
