Perfect atmosphere + perfect service + amazing food = amazing breakfast experience. This is a little place with a huge atmosphere. Don’t be intimidated by the line, even though it gets busy, they actually will seat you quickly. Can’t wait to come here again.

Loved everything about this place. It is small but I they are efficient and the food is great! We had the honey chicken croissant, the sausage and bacon croissant, and French toast. Hubby loved the meat croissant so much he ordered one to go with his shrimp and grits. The smoothies were flavorless but looked good and the texture was on point 👌🏾

A good little place to have breakfast! Nothing to write home about. The reasons for the one less star were the menu and billing was confusing... I ordered a Fajita Omelette and due to the wording on the menu thought I needed to choose one of the meats, so I chose the chicken... had I known I could have had it only with veggies I wouldve chose that but instead was charge a dollar more for the meat... same with my love! The other reason was the waitress didnt know what was in the Orange Juice but only where it was made. So I looked it up to read the ingredients and it did not contain sugar so ordered a Juice. A label was on the bottle saying the ingredients! Sometimes I think that if people like or love their job they would find out all they can to tell the customer! Yes, she couldve been new that day but looked she has been there a while! There could be other stories going on! Again the food was good but not so very good we will be back again!I happen to be the type of person who looks at everything and I love looking at lights and I did truly like the lights they had there...

Food was great 10/10, went on a Saturday when it was extremely busy. Service was fast, food was good, good quality coffee. I got the build your own omelette and it was juicy, cheesy, and very very good. Would come here over and over again. We had some problems with our meal and they fixed it and took the problem meal off of our bill. Looking for somewhere quick easy and tasty definitely stop here!!

Waitress was super nice and gave me a couple recommendations. I have to try the shrimp and grits next time but i got the chicken and waffles. The chicken is cut up and the waffles though good were a little dry but syrup took care of it. I would recommend it for breakfast if you are near the area.

This is a quaint cafe located in downtown Fort Pierce, conveniently close to other eateries, shopping centers and not too far from the beach. They offer your standard breakfast:lunch menu, but they also offer meals like shrimp & grits and chicken & waffles making it the perfect spot for brunch. They have specialty coffees, they support Fort Pierce’s local orange juice company called Natalies and they offer fresh fruit smoothies with an option to build your own. The restaurant is small so you may experience a bit of a wait during busy hours. It’s worth it though because this cafe is clean, modern and offers great service. Services include breakfast, lunch, catering and private parties. I would definitely recommend visiting this family owned location for a delicious meal to start off your day.

A cut above ordinary breakfast fare. The grits are creamy and seasoned perfectly. The grit bowl lets you customize eggs, veggies and protein. Fresh, quality ingredients. Otherwise, an eclectic menu with many healthy options.

The staff is so friendly and the menu stays fresh with the season, but dont hesitate to ask for their old menu items. Theyre very accommodating. The food is 5 stars in itself, I wish I had a bigger stomach to try more! Will be back again.

My wife and I stumbled on to sunrise City Cafe a couple of weeks ago. We showed up on Monday morning, a holiday, and had to wait a little while.The experience was well worth the wait. Weve only eaten brunch, but the entire menu looks fantastic.They have a great staff who are very attentive and intentional to keep people moving, but they never rush you and you never feel hurried.If you are in the area, youre going to want try Sunrise City Cafe. We plan on going back many, many times.

Amazing! This was our first trip back to Sunrise since their renovation. Wow! The food has always been the bomb but the atmosphere is incredible as well. We had a tasty lunch. (Philly chicken wrap and friend plantains for me & French dip w sweet Potato fries for my guy) the staff was friendly and efficient. I was giving them an A+ Before they recommended the cappuccino! Don’t skip the cappuccino. 😊 We will be making our way back soon. Thanks guys!

Cozy atmosphere. All staff were masked up. Even has outdoor seating if you prefer.Our server Anna was attentive and kind. The breakfast was amazing! I went overboard but couldnt make up my mind! I had French Toast, eggs sunny side - which I will have over med next time as they were a bit runny fir my taste, the most smooth grits Ive ever had were outstanding, and bacon. It was all so so good. It is tiny so there may be a wait but worth it.

The creamy grits I have ever had in my entire life and I am from the south. The inlet melted in my mouth! Customer service was spectacular! Definitely will be returning. A must visit for the best breakfast around!

Absolutely the best breakfast in Ft. Pierce. The Eggs Benedict, the Strawberry French Toast special and the Berry Smoothie were phenomenal. And their orange juice is made locally just around the corner 😋 Fast paced environment with great, friendly service and reasonable prices too!!

So delicious! We stopped by on our way to Orlando. Sweet staff! Prices were very good. We went on a Saturday morning around 7am and it was not busy. I ordered the loaded waffle (delicious!) and I believe it was called the “Downtown Slam”. My brother order the “Downtown Skillet” and he enjoyed it very much. If you’re in town, go try it! Super cute too!

First time finally trying out Sunrise City Cafe was today. I have been talking about going to this place for quite some time now and finally did so today. One of the better breakfast spots in the Fort Pierce area. Restaurant was a lot smaller than I expected it to be but the staff was super friendly. Food was pretty good, the breakfast potatoes stood out the most to me, they were great. I always see the lattes online and had to try one. The latte was good but not as sweet as it looked. I would most definitely come back to Sunrise City knowing that they have so many great items on their menu. Check out this spot if you are looking for a quick, and good meal in the downtown Fort Pierce area.

Stayed in Ft. Pierce for a couple days. Googled Breakfast Places and this place came up. We went there about 11am. on Saturday. Its a cute little place thats being remodeled (dont let that keep you away). Its very clean. People are super nice and friendly!! Food is delicious and very affordable! We will definitely return we are in town!! No regrets!!!

Ive been ordering the Cuban rice bowl or the Veggie Eggs Benedict just about every other day for about a year now. Always consistent, fresh, and amazing taste. The girls who work there are very personable and sweet. Im excited for their newly constructed extra space. Its already starting to look great!

We were looking for a local diner to have some breakfast (it was around 11:30am) and we found Sun City Cafe downtown Ft. Pierce. They have expanded the restaurant and its now double the size. The atmosphere is so cute and clean. Prices are very reasonable. The staff is as friendly as can be. The food was excellent. We will definitely be back!!

I was searching google for local breakfast places in Fort Pierce and this is what I stumbled upon. This small quaint restaurant located downtown Fort Pierce. The servers are nice; the food was delectable. The place is small so it doesn’t hold much but, they do have seating outside if you enjoy the beautiful Florida sun and weather! My first time here definitely not my last. I enjoy visiting new places to eat this was worth a try😊 I took the liberty of posting our meals and the menu. The pricing wasn’t so bad either👍🏾

Randomly decided to have breakfast there and definitely was not disappointed. We were seated as soon as we walked in. Menu was not overbearing. The service was amazing. Our waitress immediately got our drink order and checked to see if we were ready to order. Food arrived hot and within a reasonable time. I ordered the chicken omelette, which was far from disappointing. The chicken in the omelette tasted like it was rotisserie chicken versus it being just a chopped chicken breast. The home fries are amazing and a definite must order, they werent over salted and they had a nice snappy crunch to them. I also want to note that they serve Natalies orange juice which is another local brand, much respect for that. The restaurant is more on the intimate side, but have a open salad bar area is worth it. Speaking of worth, the cost of the food is on the low side which is shocking for the quality that you are receiving. Overall, I will definitely be going back, the french toast looks yummy as well as their lunch menu. If this is something you care about, the staff is predominantly women, I only saw one male cook. Like I said, if its something you care about.

We had breakfast here this morning. I have NEVER IN MY LIFE had better service. The staff worked like a well oiled machine. Each of them knew (somehow) everything that was going on with every table. One person asked what we wanted to drink while we were waiting for a table. We got to the table and our drinks had been delivered a moment before, I thought they just hadn’t had time to clear the table, but they were OUR drinks! LIKE MAGIC. Everyone who worked there was so friendly, and they all waited on everybody, no customer waiting forever for service. I could go on, I was amazed, and should mention that the food was SUPERB.

Had half order of biscuits and gravy and it was good. But if you dont like to much pepper then maybe its not for you it was super peppery. We had a downtown slam with pancakes and a build your own omelette with jalapeñosand cheese. I going back soon for round two and a different meal. Thanks for having us.Update: when back to pickup an order and got a full order of biscuits and gravy and it was on point this time not to peppery at all.Update: Ill add more photos of items not listed on my review as I eat different things on the menu.Update: we went in to eat the other day and I knew they had expanded and what not, but I had no idea it be that much bigger compared to what they had before. We understand why there was a slight wait. The food and atmosphere is second to none. The owner, Nichole, is ridiculously talented and creative. We sat and watched her work. All of the other waitresses were very attentive as well. I had the shrimp and grits. They offer large portions, so come hungry. The sauce and grits texture was perfect. Next time we’re in town we shall be making another stop in to enjoy another quality brunch. Thank you!

Sat in the new construction side and it was well done. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Service was fast and the food was delicious. The gravy was homemade and the french toast best I had in a while. Will be visiting again soon.

Service was over the top great. Not just one person takes care of you they all stop by. They choose quality over quantity. The skillet i had was amazing. Just the right amount size wise. If your near by you must stop in . They were making lots of fancy morning drinks and people were picking them up. My wife burrito was great as well.

1st time to have breakfast here and it was good. Great staff and service, and the food was very good. My peeves were it was noisy, the plates were nice but not practical and everything came in small individual containers that made the dining experience odd. I liked it but didnt love it.l

We were traveling back home from Key West on motorcycles and came across the Sunrise City Cafe for breakfast and what a surprise. This little hole in the wall restaurant is a true gem. They served my friend and forgot about me. Food runner dropped off his food and completely ignored me. It was about 10 minutes after we had to grab the server to advise. There service wasnt bad.. because it was non existent. She literally only came to the table because I was in search of my order, and she came back to give us the bill. Excellent little spot for delicious food and coffee. Went there for our first time this morning and we will most definitely be back! I had the red eye coffee and shrimp and grits. Both were excellent! Hubby had the fried chicken breakfast special which was also delicious. The chicken was nice and crispy outside and juicy inside. Wish we would have discovered Sunrise City Cafe sooner!

Four of us had breakfast here last weekend. The food was terrific and everybody was real happy with their meal. The waitress was especially attentive. We were impressed that she could find us when we were sitting at an outdoor table around the corner that actually belonged to the Mexican restaurant that was still closed at the time.

The food at the Sunrise Cafe was outstanding and reasonably priced. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Good job guys, breakfast was delicious!

This has become our go to place for breakfast on Florida’s Treasure Coast. We’ve only been there twice so far and I’ve been so blown away by the Blown Away Omelette it’s the only thing I’ve had, but sneaking peaks at other diners’ plates tells me I must expand my horizon a bit. So we’ll keep going back until we’ve fully explored the menu, then start over again. Staff is outstanding (ratio of wait staff to tables appears to be 1:1). It’s a testament to the quality of food and service that they are expanding the restaurant in the midst of a pandemic. Truly a Treasure Coast treasure.

Cute homey place. Service excellent, food perfect as ordered. If there is any downfall, it would be lack of acoustics so can get pretty noisy. But would highly recommend anyhow.

Wow, we cant believe that this little gem has been here and we havent eaten there until lately. Delicious fresh food cooked to order. Healthy options also available. My egg white omelet full of everything. The grits are so delicious and creamy not a single clump. So many choices on the menu. They definitely need to expand.

What a lovely surprise! Very quaint little cafe that packs a BIG flavorful punch. I had the breakfast bowl with rice (ask for their homemade cilantro dressing!) And my husband had the Spanish omelet. The food was out quickly and perfectly portioned. Our server was attentive and entertaining. If we lived here, wed be regulars for sure. Highly recommend stopping in!

We were recommended this place by some local friends and we are very happy we listened!The place is tiny! But it looks like they are expanding so yay!! We went on a Sunday and they were using the outside tables of another restaurant (which makes me think they are great neighbors too).The place was busy but we were sat in less than 25 minutes. Loved that the table already had glasses with water so we didn’t have order any (great touch!).We had two servers. Both were friendly and knew their menu.The place is open for breakfast and lunch only (except sundays: only until noon).We ordered crab eggs Benedict; chicken and waffles and our friends had a make your own breakfast and a egg sandwich.Everything came out promptly and it was delicious. I was slightly put off when I saw that the chicken looked burnt but don’t let looks deceive you. That chicken was juicy and moist and not burnt at all. I could’ve used more syrup for my waffles but I also never asked for more so my bad!The eggs Benedict were tasty and the hollandais sauce was on point. You had a choice of ham, Canadian bacon, pull pork and more.We are definitely coming back!!
