Its been a while since I was last here. I was shocked that they had 14 dropped trailers in the parking lot. The parking lot was gross with trash all over. The employee inside was friendly and apologized for the short wait I had. They must have gotten new management recently, or maybe the senior management just stopped caring? Either way, if you are just going to fuel or enter the store, it is an okay spot. If you are going to park, then use one of the other very close truck stops. They have more dropped trailers than they do tractor and trailers.

IF A RESTSTOP/FUELING STATION ever deserved five stars, it would be this one between Florida’s Turnpike and Interstate 95; it’s convenience shop was well stocked and its loos clean, if weathered. Good place. But no pit stop can ever be five stars.

I rate this Pilot with one star because there is no more options to rated with a 0. I was taking a shower and after 3 minutes someone was knocking at my door, and it doesn’t end there, a gentleman knock at my door saying that he just paid for the shower that I was using(my shower)and I was still in the shower. The Employees at this Pilot don’t keep an eye, they don’t know what they’re doing, at least the people in charge of the shower area. No shower curtain, you can’t lock the door from the inside and one of the shower faucet was missing. This happened on Sunday, May, 16, 2021 at 8:30 to pm Pilot you can do better than this, please hire responsible people. This is unacceptable.

Hi management, You really should paint your reserved parking lines in the opposite direction. I really dont understand why you are having truck drivers blind side back into a parking spot let alone one where they had to pay to reserve. Just causes headaches and cost some drivers money for repairs when you have another driver hit&run while trying to back in to the spot next to you.Just my opinion, but I honestly feel that other drivers are feeling the same way.

I really like this pilot even though it is not one of the biggest Ive seen it is very convenient there is parking very comfortable theres a lot of diesel pumps and gas pumps showers and ice the service is good Im inside you can find a McDonalds have the best place to eat but did you get some okay breakfast if you want to stay here for the night overall I do recommend this you can find anything and also a cat scale

Parking lot could use a little TLC ..Convenient location to stop get a cup of coffee,something to eat,get diesel and be on your way ..Easy access to I-95 and the Florida Trpk ..

Was at the Pilot Travel Center on 8/17/20 10:30pm. Less than a thought of a star. Nasty darn people in this world we live in, how can a person even think in their mind to do such things. How?

Fast and friendly staff.

Dirty. Perfectly describes this place. I walked in to this shower room as it is in the pictures. I set my stuff down and immediately noticed there was urine already in the toilet. The sink is disgusting. This location does not deserve your patronage. Dont even bother using it just to use the toilet as they probably havent been cleaned for days either. McDonalds had undercooked apple pies. Internet connection in this area isnt good either.

This is the only gas station Ive ever been to where a regular car gets a $151.00 auth put on their card. My whole tank is only $45, but block off $151 from my available credit until a day or two later when it settles. Very annoying.

04/17/2017 2:40a.m.The bathroom for truckers are so filthy. Theres mold every where & they did a horrible job at cleaning. I couldnt even take a shower I had wasted a shower. I literally had to go to the loves next door to take a shower

Sorry for the bad english. November 15, 2020. Pilot Travel Center # 90. I-95, Exit 129, 7300 West Okeechobee Road. Fort Pierce, FL 34945. I was in a white, service Box Truck. There was a blue generator locked to my car. Westinghouse WH 2200 iXLT. At 4:50 am the generator was stolen. Cut off the lock. My boss said its no use going to the police. If the loss is less than $ 3000, no one will even come. My opinion: IMPUNITY GIVES ILLEGAL. Silence helps criminals. I hope (perhaps naively) that this post will somehow help our beautiful country to become a little better ..

A good selection of food and beverages and placed close to the highway for convenient refueling. The subway restaurant on the premises is a big plus and the restrooms are clean. Overall, a good choice for a quick stop off to grab a bite, refuel or take a break from driving.

Gas and food wirh clean restrooms. And McDonalds right there too.

What can I say, good truck stop, but there is some dust in showers

Worst customer service ever. Customer service representatives need to remember, without customers, they dont get paid. I had a person working the register walk away from me and my wife twice without comment as we were standing to pay for two sodas. We left the items at the register and walked out. Very disappointing service.

You can always count on Pilot to deliver a quality place to gas up and take a break. Great clean restrooms and large truck and vehicle parking. Plus you can always find a wide variety of snacks, cold and hot ready to eat food and an amazing variety of hot and cold drinks. You can also find minor things that your car might need such as fuses, head lamps and tools.

To stretch my legs and grab a bottle of water the Service Plazas are always a great match and are always safe, but this travel center is my go to gas spot when traveling north via I-95, I will also sometimes exit here even when using the turnpike just to take advantage of this location and the Fort Pierce exit as a whole. When I think about this location and Pilot as a whole two things come to mind Clean and Friendly. Which is exactly what the facilities are and the mindset the staff exhibits.

We travel once a month and always pass this truck stop. This is a good clean place to stop. They always have the best prices for gas. I like their coffee and its always fresh. Plus they always have a good selection of creamers which is important to me.The place is kept clean especially the bathrooms. Staff is always helpful and pleasant.

3 stars because its clean and quiet and water pressure is good. However all the bathroom 🚿 flood the floors some worse than others. Otherwise if they keep it as clean and keep detail to the mold and handles in the 🚿 and keep the inside clean workers friendly give out spare towels without question. For us girls we just need more towels when we shower period let alone when not on our own home mopped floors and its our home away from home bathroom for a couple hours after getting out the 🚚 after a very long run. Hence why I love the water pressure but u have got to fix those floods.

The parking lot is dark af.. lights are out.. makes it difficult for truckers to park even in the paid spots.. which btw are $15 before tax.. McDonald’s staff was friendly and efficient.. quick to receive my order.. pilot staff was also super courteous.. however parking is less then ideal.. improvement needed.

Pilot Travel Centers are generally good places to stop when traveling. This one is no exception. It is clean the coffee is hot its easy to find and the gas prices are generally among the best. They also the most part I have good places where you can walk your dogs a bit and stretch your legs. There is a loyalty card and it makes sense to get one of those and use it if you are traveling the highways!

Real nice place. I made a new friend in the mens room. Hell, we hit it off so much I even helped him shave his head. I highly recommend stopping here.

Pilot is always ready for people when they need to stop and use the bathroom, stretch, get a snack, or do one, two or all of the above :-) They welcome people with open arms. Thats why I like Pilot and thats why I will keep coming back!

I always stop here and its always great. Warning the McDonalds is under heavy construction right now. You can order food but there is no Drive-thru or sit down area.

Place is ALWAYS busy. And, as with all T/Ss that have McDonalds; pumps become parking spots as meals are purchased, after Restroom break, and other transactions. Tight, (medium?) lot with a blind side parking row (which makes for interesting observations). If ya aint in there early, faaget about it.

Love this place, I always stop here on our road trips, conveniently located off the Fl. turnpike. Quickly fill up with fuel, use the restroom and get something to eat, let the dog out. The folks who work there are great, they have always greeted me.

Very clean, easy to get in and out of and the people are very friendly. One of the best Pilots Ive ever been to. The lot is spacious with roomy parking spaces so there is no need to block the scale (Trans Am). Fuel Island is easy to get in and out of as well. I will definitely be back :)

I love Pilots! Food and coffee is amazing. Bathroom and changing table were not as clean as other locations. I would stop there again.

Clean bathrooms, good service, and an assortment of foods/snacks to satisfy any craving in the food mart. The attached McDonalds could use some updating though, and during todays visit, my 5-year-old commented that it smelled bad like poop. She wasnt lying.

Took a rode trip with family awesome staff friendly, atmosphere beautiful, all were very helpful. 1st timer lady took time too give me a tour showed me quickly around. Very clean and smelled fresh all of them Ive been too. WOW.

When we are on the road we trust Pilot travel Center. While we fill up & check under the hood, clean front & rear windshield. Then we used the restrooms that are clean. The coffee is awesome :-)

Great place to stop in at when traveling. Their gift shop is full of items that arouse my curiosity. Clean bathrooms, good food too. Fuel prices are at or below the area average.

Well they have a pay phone. Also our favorite stop on the easy up or back down the pike.

It has just about whatever any traveller might need, and the restrooms were clean and well stocked.

The place is clean enough but the the menopausal lady at the fuel desk is rude as hell. I asked to drop something in their mail and she says you can put it outside but thats not very safe now is it? So, I ask if I can put it with their out going mail and she advises me that SHE doesnt do that service for anyone EVER.

The Pilot in Jackson, GA is really clean and the employee are very friendly and professional. They help the customers as much as they can. Theres also a Dairy Queen and a Wendys at this facility.. Very friendly and quick service.

Pilot in Ft. Lauderdale great place to take break, everything you need in one spot, food, clean restrooms, parking, and supplies you need. Staff is very courteous and helpful.

The truck parking area is trashed. Guess they got tired of cleaning up after these nasty Truck drivers and just let it build up. But the inside and showers was pretty clean

Great location just off turnpike and I-95 plus large semi fueling and parking area.

Pilot itself is fine. Bathrooms are clean things are stocked well and ppl are fine. The McDonalds there is the worst. 5 ppl took food back. Food was cold fries were hard and many were upset even drive through. Staff has very bad adittude and night mgr not taking her position seriously.

I have yet to find a Pilot Service Station not be fully equiped for its customers or fully stocked of products to assist anyone on the road. I also appreciate that a tired driver can pull in and take a cat-nap (as long as one is not blocking any path). Thanks guys keep up the good work.

Fans in showers need to be cleaned! Caked on dust & dirt has aggrevated my allergies that I rarely get. Parking lot is pitch black in the middle to back areas. Can be a dangerous situation. Trash in parking lot is not appealing at all. By the looks of it, its been there a while. Sorry but this place needs a cleaning throughout as well as a gd paving job. But the showers were hot & had gd pressure.

Pretty good there not perfect but not bad nice workers

Newer and clean. Friendly staff. A little over priced for items you can get from Wal-Mart. I understand the difference but paying double cant be right. Not much truck parking for the volume of trucks coming through there. 1000 trucks passing or at your location per day should yield at least 70 parking spaces per a study I consulted. This is why some will fuel but go elsewhere to park and eat. I understand quick service; the get em in, get em out theory, but the analytics will show that truck drivers spend more the longer they stay. To be in that spot (*location) and not have much parking is probably not a Pilot issue but a city/zoning/late arrival to the area issue and they are working to gain customers with popularity of name in an already competitive environment....not to mention the Loves is wide open forty miles north of this Location. Nevertheless drivers will make this decision based on need, time, convenience, and fueling necessities. I know, I know...I am in the wrong business. lol

Dont have gas caps or personal sewing kits.... But have everything else. I love Pilots

Its a truck stop plain & simple! Kinda strange that they dont sell beer but since I dont drink not a big deal to me. I have to say that for being a truck stop and where they are located the place including the restrooms is pretty clean which if it wasnt as clean as it is wouldnt surprise me at all!!

DISCLAIMER!!! OFFENSIVE REVIEW BASED ON CONTENTS OF MY EXPERIENCE: 4 heavily obese kids pulled in in the middle of the night blasting at full volume music that talked about hanging n-words (hard r,) and how women aint women if they have sex with n-words, and how the only time a n smells good is if the n is burning... some extrodinarily creepy behavior from these young teens. I felt I was back in the old days, worried that an African American man or woman would hear these obscenities and retaliate violently (which wouldve been well deserved). I confronted the cashier about it and he said these kids come here every week and do the same thing, that it is normal. I couldnt believe how this night employee didnt make an effort to tone down the hooligans outside. I talked to the manager as well about and she came out, talked to the boys but nothing changed. They remained in the gas station for about 2 hours doing the same thing. I go up to them and confront them about it and all they said was to go get a n word and that they would shoot him once he got here. That they do this every week and to get the f out. Funny how they wait for it to be 3am to do something like this, instead of trying this in broad daylight were multiple races come to this gas station. These kids behavior could potentially result in a murder happening here and staff seems to not care. Unprofessional and irresponsible way to run a night shift. They all should be fired.

The station was great. Ladies restroom was closed for cleaning, but a cashier showed me to a private shower/restroom. So the stop want wasted. Only bad thing was there was road construction nearby that made it difficult to get out of the parking lot the right direction.

Squeegees are falling apart where the handle threads into the squeegee! This has been a problem around the nation with these plastic squeegees that pilot is using right now! Very difficult to clean your windshield properly!

All the time I travel up North I stop by this truck stop. This is large, good and clean place to stop. I like their coffee and in general is much better to stop at truck stops then small dirty gas stations.
