Great service! The patches on my daughters soccer jerseys wouldnt stay on so I walked in hoping they could help me. They were able to use their heat press to permanently apply them & wouldnt even charge me even though I was willing to pay. I guess I will just go back with my daughter and have her buy something she needs! :)

I took my sons school sweat shirt there to have his name embroidered on it, on Wednesday November the 14th I was told 1 week, okay, no problem.I call one week later. no its not ready.they say call back Saturday, call back Saturday, call back Saturday, still not ready.I call this morning the 26th @9:30 a guy named Taylor says Its being done right then i asked would it be ready by 3:30 ? He says yes i show up at 3:30, its not ready so now i have his grandmother stand there while they do it on the spot because the weather is about turn cold so I sent her to get it the work looks ok the service needs attention I would not recommend this shop
