I used A-tech for a new garage door. They arrived on-time for both the quote and the install. They submitted the permit right away as well. The quote was competitive and the door was much nicer than what others were proposing to use. Had an issue with our door as we tried to leave in the morning, called them before 8 am and they still answered the phone. They were able to come over very quickly the same morning and fixed the issue right away. They also adjusted the pitch of the track so it runs much quieter than it ever has. Called this Company last night, Friday, at about 5pm expected to get a voicemail but actually got a person. I advised him of the make and model of my door opener and told him the problem.I asked him if it could be repaired and he said yes and quoted the price, it was very fair. He told me he could be at my house the next day, Saturday at 8am and he was. It took him about an hour to repair the problem and Isaac was very courteous and pleasant to deal with. As advertised I spoke with the owner and got a quote which was a very good price . We scheduled for the next day and he actually tried to fix the motor before selling me a brand new and did not charge me. In addition he had to install different supports when it was thought it would be a simple swap out of motors again no charge. I spoke to Isaac when I called I told him that I need a spring on my garage. He was very informative about the parts and life of the parts. I then asked for a quote he gave me a price and it didnt change. I told him I needed to speak with my husband and I would get back with him. I called him back when I got home and spoke to my husband. Isaac and Steven are the most professional service providers I have encountered. I purchased a new garage door from A Tech and had them install it. There were a few adjustments that needed to be made so that the installation met code requirements. They quickly determined what needed to be done to solve the problems and then implemented their solution. Steven ran into an issue with the garage door opener not functioning properly (which was not new equipment or their product) and worked on it until the garage door opened and closed properly. A-TECH came out to my house and did a great job at a reasonable price after I sent Guaranteed Garage packing as I knew their prices were ludicrous. They wouldnt respond to my price request for a door spring replacement and just showed up and tried to charge me a call out fee. Beware of Guaranteed and call A-Tech for an honest quote not meant to rob people. A-TECH was $138 less than Guaranteed for the same parts. Ive owned homes and a property a management company and know what the price should be for spring replacements.I wrote this on my own and was not asked to do this by anyone. Consumers need to know when a company is good and bad.
