Made a number of calls concerning a broken window in Fort Pierce and Ken over at Crislip Glass was the only one to return my call. Tenant needed it fixed and I simply didnt have time to YouTube it.Called on Monday - Crislip was out on Tuesday. No issues whatsoever. Fast and friendly - inexpensive as well. Called twice and unfortunately they could not seem to call me back for several days now and have still Not heard a word. # Not very good business, missed opportunity on their part, was hoping for better since their many years in business and being local. Money will be spent elsewhere for 2 bathrooms.Sorry you guys.

Kenny Crislip quoted me 280.00 to repair my window and window crank. He required a $50.00 deposit which I paid. When the window arrived and was replaced he discovered that he ordered a right window crank instead of a left one. Then he billed me for $280.00 and told me that he would have to reorder the window crank and would take the cost and shipping off the $50.00 deposit that I already paid. When the part finally came in and I inquired about the reimbursement for the over charge, he stated that he had to go back out to the house and complete the repair and that I would not be getting anything in return. Two points: 1, the cost and replacement of the window crank was in the initial cost. 2, I should not be held accountable for the order mistake and the extra trips to my residence to install the correct window crank. When I spoke with him on the phone about the over charge he was rude and defensive about how it will cost him more than the $50.00 overcharge. Character and honesty go a long way with me and I cannot recommend his services to anyone.

We had a window that cracked on the outside of our home .. called crislip glass to have it replaced ! He did a fantastic job you can’t even tell the window was replaced and his pricing was very reasonable. He was able to replace the window in a very good timely manner and was very nice talking with me while he was replacing it ! Will always use him if we ever need a window replaced and would most definitely recommend him to my friends and family !

Crislip Glass was very responsive to my request and did a great job! On time and in my budget. I highly recommend them. They did window repair and fixed my sliding glass door!. They did a great job!

Called last week to have a window assessed/repaired. They took down my information and I was told a technician would call me to set up a service call. Never received a call. I contacted them again this morning, and they gave me the same run around. Took down my information and again told me Id receive a call. Still havent heard from anyone.

Shopped around they repaired 2 broken windows great value for price and service. Very friendly...
