Love this place didnt smell as bad as it use too when I lived in Ft. Pierce, they should bring back the bags of dry Thyme that they use to sell in the brown bags, I didnt see the bags of rice but they did have the MSG👍

I specifically visit for conch meat. Fresh and tenderized by request. They also have a plethora of island seasonings and sauces that you dont find elsewhere like Grays pepper out of Jamaica. True Jamaicans know thats way superior to Grace or others and its the pepper sauce of choice for many on the actual island.

With a store full of people wanting their meats for their holiday meals and they were prepared for it and FAST! LOVED THAT!

This place is cramped but the plethora of Latino and other cultural choices makes it worth all the effort in dodging the boxes. The carniceria is excellent and the associates are respectful and friendly. Dont let the exterior building deter you!! Go in...

Dirty inside and out! 3rd world stocking, I found, on 3-11-21, a jar of Seminole Horseradish dated 12-03-20.....and high prices too!A last resort store, to be sure!

The people who work here are wonderful but they over charge for the meat and most of it is very poor quality.

Its not wat Im use to from mia..but so far its the best I find around town.

It sinks and to over crowded with to much grocery. The meat doesnt look healthy to buy. They need to get a bigger building. I dont see how they pass fire safety inspection. If they have a fire customers probably will fall over there products trying to get out.

Butcher on site! Plenty of family packs of good cuts of any kind of meat. Beef, goat, fish, poultry. Also, any type of cereals, grain & produce. Prices are average but the selection and choices are vast. A secret hole in the wall savings!

Fresh cut t-bone steaks, an inch thick and extremely flavorful. Good quality meats with an actual butcher on site. Wide selection of international foods as well.

It smells in there they need to mop and get that smell out of there it made me sick

Holiday cookouts they always have good specials the meat I bought porterhouse steak 2 and 1/2 lb definitely won the chili contest for best overall thank you House of Meats

Just out of curiosity we ventured into this store to look only at their prices and compare. Not many bargains, but when we went to the meat and poultry sections, we were disgusted with their handling of meats in the refrigerated section or displays. The meats and I say, all looked aged, freezer burned and ugly. It looked so bad that i felt that the risks are too great to purchase here. Not organized and clean. be careful here.

I love this place because the price of the product and services are excellent. And you can get the most product for your buck. The people there are nice, even though most of them dont speak English.

House of Meats is okay it has improved a whole lot from the first time I visited back in 2005 the smell still has not gone I think they need to be used some more bleach or something but now I hear they have rats so I cant go back to visit establishment anymore I dont know how true it is but I dont want to find out

The meat is always fresh, better than the other stores around just not the cheapest. I only buy meat, the produce and dry goods are over pricedI.e. for a box of mac and cheese is 5 dollars where as anywhere else, even publix, the most you would pay is 2.80
