We love Tractor Supply Fort Pierce. We also love the Vet service. Our Malinios Shepherd enjoys going to visit. She enjoys the attention she receives from the Vet Staff as well as the store staff

The manager personally helped my wife and I with filling our propane containers. He shared many ways to prepare for the possible hurricane coming next week week. Now they have a vet, whos great, in the back full time. Love this store.

I walk in and said hello to the cashier she was so nice and sweet. I continue to look for what I need and couldn’t find it the manger walk by saw I need help but continue to ignore me, so I went to the cashier waited in line and I saw and heard she was so busy and running the floor just by herself. That young lady was “Victoria” and she’s the only reason I’ll come back to tractor supplies because she’ll try her best to help but the manger “Robby” never again.

Ive been coming here for years. Miss Juanita is awesome! She gives off a real hometown feel. My kids enjoy seeing her. She always recognizes us. She’s literally watched my kids grow up and that’s rare nowadays. Hopefully they recognize that here in Fort Pierce, Fl.Sincerely,Nick K.

I have been calling for 2 days. No one ever answers the phone. Y’all need more employees.... was there yesterday and the poor cashier was the only working her butt off. No other employees were on the floor! She called numerous times over the speaker for someone to assist and no one ever came. After waiting 40 mins we left! Took our business else where.

Staff unfriendly on the phone, hung up on. Ordered kayack that was posted instock so i paid for it and now they cant get one anywhere? So im out 200$ until it goes back on my CC and no kyack. I will never go back there.

Even had a team member drive out to deliver new mower and take defective one back; and he was awesome too! Thats going above and beyond. It is what good customers expect and what Team TSC Ft. The Store manager should be taught customer service. Over the years the customer service has turned terrible and it starts at the top.

We drive about 25 minutes to get our Great Danes food there. He has done exceptionally well on 4Health since he was a puppy. Hes 5 1/2 now. They are always helpful, friendly and will carry your purchases to your car if needed.

I dont go much anymore, full retirement, but when I go I get what I need,I actually graze the store and find all kinds of neat stuff, actually fun place.and when you need help there is always someone to do whatever you need. So in ending if you need something popular or something unique this is the place.

Tractor Supply is surprisingly nice for a hardware store. They have much more than just hardware. Theres a great variety of things you need; or just want. I get horse feed and hay, dog food, dog toys and treats. Theres also tack. Nice assortment of bits, bridles, lead ropes and stuff for your cat,turtle, bird,cow or whatever you have! I always recommend Tractor Supply to everyone. Especially if theyre having a hard time finding something elsewhere. You might find it at Tractor Supply!!! For a gr8 price too!!!💜😁💕

Great employees here that are always willing to help if you ask. It is one of the few places I can say I have gone to repeatedly for years in Fort Pierce and not been wrongly treated as a customer one time or another.Product wise, I am always discovering what new things they have. They have great deals on items almost any time I walk in. They also have some items that are clearly overpriced and have been on the shelf for a long time. We have bought gates, fencing, chickens, chicken feed, tools, beehives, goat food, animal water and food pails, horse treats, tires, coastal hay, etc.

I like the people that work there, treat you and talk to you like a person. And always find what I need when Im there. And if you cant find it theyll send you to someone that has it. I always go back there, good staff very helpful

The Tractor Supply starts where Home Depot or lowes stops. If you need some hardware you cant find there they probably have at the Tractor Supply. Im a do it your self guy and have been keeping my riding lawn mower running for years with the wide selection of tires, belts and blades. They have stuff you just dont find else where and in wide selection. Im at a point now if I need a part for something I will drive an extra 15 miles to the Tractor Supply in stead of the other big box stores.

Great place for a country boy like me to let loose. Love the smell of hay and heavy machinery that wafts over the entire store. I love horses,tractors and the things that I need to support either or. Great stock, great service and very cute n cuddly chicks! Just dont try to pan fry em while theyre still chirpin. Theyll kick you out!

Pretty reasonable prices. Poor selection on leather halters. The cashier was being unbelievable rude and belittling to this black guy that came in with a battery that he set down on the counter while she scanned my stuff. He was being very polite but she made him move to the other (not open) register implying that he was trying to cut in line. If I were him I would have slapped her upside the head!

Great employees here! Friendly, courteous, nice place to shop with a variety of selection. Checkout can be a bit slow. If improved, definitely a 5 star rating!

-My husband & I arrived 45min before closing time, was followed around the store by the cashier, everything we touched wasre-arranged/straightened (not being messy with the merchandise what so evr) & we were asked several times if we needed help with anything? Just Plain Rude!-The manager on duty was very polite and helpful, he even gave us a discount.

Most of the time I am able to purchase what need. The cashiers are always nice. Im seldom greeted by any other employee. No one has offered thier assistance. I typically load up 480 lbs of pellets on my own. Customer service is Definately lacking . Please with the items I have purchased.

They had exactly what I was looking for. The atmosphere is great, the employees were helpful. From bird to horse products, small gardens to farming goods they have it.

Prices are more than competitive!! I usually try to go with smaller stores instead of chains but I have to admit I love this store!!

We went to Tractor Supply for caps for the hydraulic system on our tractor. Yes we found them. This is a great place if you need a specialty item for your farm. And now they have decorations for Christmas.

Waited 40 minutes to have someone cut me a piece of rubber matting . Absolutely not enough help and most of the ones working were arguing who was gonna do what and who was on the clock and who wasnt. A nightmare . This is the store I fort Pierce Im talking about . I drove all the way from Okeechobee because they were out of it. And they even called the other store and told them I was coming.

I would have given you a 5, but after buying the product you sent me a questionnaire. I gave the product a great review and someone there thought it was negative so they wouldnt post it. I think people should be able to read good and bad experiences. Here is my review and you can decide:I bought this item knowing it had to be shipped to store. The product works perfect and was exactly as described. It hasnt moved since I stuck it to the floor. The shipping was fast and had constant communication with the store. Thank you. Then I received an email saying my review was being published because i complained about shipping?

Customer service is great! I walked in the door looking for a specific item and the cashier who was actively working a sale, took a half minute to give me directions to the item. I went to the item and received furher unasked for assistance with my choice, and then help with a large bag of dog food. There is no store that i have visited of any kind in St. Lucie or Indian River Counties with this kind of personal service. I am definitely going back for pet food, and clothing. IN ADDITION, if you have shopped in other TSC stores the stock seems to be placed in the same pattern in all their stores. Less confusion to find items if you just need to run in for something quick.

Good products had to search for what I was looking for passing an employee twice the same one and still no interaction. I was watched but not helped very disappointed in service.

I need things from there occasionally, always, alway, have to wait to check out, pick up outside is slow. If you go there, just know you need to have patience. Still go when needed.

I make it practice to leave reviews and feedback which are designed to inform and help consumers and the business itself, as that seems reasonable.Normally, my rating for this business would be higher as previous visits reveal it to be clean, properly staffed with responsive employees, and stocked with several items I would use.On April 18, 2019, I shopped and was very concerned to find the store had several pens with very young chicks and ducklings. The timing to have this many animals cant be ignored. No doubt there will be some shoppers who purchase the tiny, helpless birds as Easter toys for kids, which is entirely inappropriate and fuels the post-holiday dumping of many BABY (helpless) birds to starve or die of exposure or predator attack. This business should simply not sell baby birds during April to help prevent dumping. That would demonstrate responsible business practices to me as a member of the public.The ducklings were on wood shavings, which are a choking hazard. There was a heat lamp, causing the ducklings to overheat and lay on their sides, exhausted. This is Florida, during the daylight hours; a heat lamp is not required as it keeps the birds too warm. No shallow water was provided to allow the birds to even cool their feet and flush their bills to keep them healthy.As a result, most of the ducklings were lethargic, listless, and panting visibly. This did not merly concern me, it angered me that staff either was not properly instructed, or if they did know to refrain from housing birds this way, they were obligated to do as management directed.This review is an opportunity for TSC to stop irresponsible practices and change their operation policies to match customer expectations for care and sensitivity to the plight of animals and what they can do to reduce it.
