Busy place! Very friendly staff. Treated my step father who has some cognitive issues and hearing loss very well - with compassion and laughter. Dr. Phillips is excellent! Even speaking in German with my step father to make him feel comfortable and helping me by recommending a home care assistance org to help my parents. Not getting a 5 because we had to wait over 45 minutes past our appointment time to be seen as a first time patient, even though we had already completed all the paperwork at home and brought it in with us. However that aside, highly recommend!

Emergency - They work miracles!My 2 time at this Dr Slack.My face was on fire and I had three surgeries at the burn clinic in Miami. Im now breathing through two plastic straws. One of them got stuck up in my brain somewhere. Hospital was no help I went here early in the morning and they found it and pulled it out.In the picture below you see they recommended plastic cups so they dont get stuck in my nose in the future.My face is still red.1st appointment:I got out quick, they actually honored my appointment time pretty well.I need to go back, lets see if they can finish helping with my problems.So far Im very satisfied.Thank you!

Dr. Michelle Richards is awesome! Very professional and proactive. Susan was very helpful in scheduling and answering questions.

Dr. Richards is very nice but Im very disappointed with experience. Having issues with headaches, I was told I needed to get CT scan and that the Ofc would take care of it just for me to expect a call from imaging Ofc... i waited ...and I waited after about a week I finally called the Ofc they told me it would take a bit for insurance reasons so I waited again, after about 10 days I called again Ofc told me they sent my info over there twice, I called imagining place myself they said they had none of my info there i called dr Richards Ofc back minutes later I gotPhone call from imaging imaging place ... hmmm... after my CT scan I had to wait about two weeks to get back in to see dr Richards for my results which at that point dr Richards said my sinuses were absolutely fine, no issues but referred me to neurologist again i was told Ofc would set that up and i would get a call .. and I waited and I waited ... 2 weeks later in which I had to call dr Richards Ofc and say whats up its been two weeks minutes later after that call they called me back to tell me i had appt with neurologist... went to neurologist who then informed me that my CT report said I had chronic sinusitis! Why I wasnt told that by dr Richards, I have no idea, I will not be returning to dr Richards Ofc, and yes Ofc staff needs some work !

This office has been wonderful to my children and I. Dr. Slack and Dr. Allen are super sharp and outstanding ENT physicians. Aly who works in the office is also amazing and has proven time and time again to have excellent leadership skills and give the best customer service. She’s truly a ray of sunshine which makes any given situation much brighter.

Dr Richards is great. Office staff could be better. And the answering service they use is rude.

Dr. Richards is the best ENT! She truly cares about her patients and takes the time to explain everything. The staff is also amazing and very helpful. I just cant say enough good things about this group!

Office space is lovely! Staff was very knowledgeable. Dr. Phillips was fantastic. He zeroed in on my problem and we are working on getting my issue resolved.

It is so comforting go to a Dr. who really takes his time to talk with you and explain in detail things. I saw Dr. Slack for a throat issue which was really worrying me. He was awesome and helped me to deal with my anxiety, while giving me wonderful medical care. A really great experience.

My primary care doctor referred me to Associated Coatal ENT. The staff were professional and outgoing. After my appointment with Dr. Allen, I knew I had a new doctor, and when I mentioned to some friends, I was surprised how many already go there.

I’m so very pleased that I found this office and Dr. Phillips. The people working at the front desk are very helpful and kind. Also, Dr. Phillips isn’t your typical “quick in and out of the room” kind of doctor. He is an exceptional physician. I wish that there was more physicians like him. He truly took the time to explain everything to me. He gave me alot of great medical advice. I truly appreciate everything he told me. He definitely goes above and beyond to help his patients. He’s very kind and knowledgeable. He truly knows everything and more!! He has a wonderful bedside manner!! Great personality!! Dr. Phillips deserves more than 5 stars.
