Excellent customer service. This is a traditional small business that still utilizes 3x5 index cards to keep track of prior purchases. If you need more of a particular color and paint finish that you used years ago, they will tell you exactly what you purchased. Their COVID precautions should be the standard for other businesses. And, their prices are in line with the big box home/paint stores!

I needed to purchase some parts for my steam machine on Friday the weekend of Labor Day. The team on the phone helped me to get the correct parts and they were able to drop it in the mail Friday. Much to my surprise I received the parts on Saturday. Without those parts my machine would have been non-operational. Thank you so much for doing what ever you did to get those parts to us so quickly.

The gentlemen and women at Faitella/The Paint House are absolutely fantastic. Came in with a residential pressure sprayer from a big box store, looking for a surface scrubber rental to clean the driveway. I asked to rent the 20 model and they informed me of the minimum GPM needed to adequately drive the scrubber. Unfortunately, my sprayer did not meet the minimum GPM requirement. Luckily, they carried a smaller model (14) that my pressure sprayer could run.The next hurdle was the wand. The smaller model did not include a handle and the wand that came with my pressure sprayer was way too short to use as a handle. I asked if they could rent me a want too, and they were happy to help. Unfortunately, the fittings on their wand use couplers instead of threaded fittings. To the rescue again, the gentleman I was working with presented a solution, a threaded adapter with a coupler connection on the end.All in all, walked out with everything I needed (rental) for a very reasonable price.I will definitely be using Faitella/The Paint House in the future!!!

I took my Honda pressure washer to service and they told me it was working at 100% but it wasnt like that I called them to give me a guarantee of the work they refused to fix it I paid them a lot of money
