He always makes sure our counts are correct, any issue we have with uniforms he handles for us personally, we couldnt ask for a more!!! As a small business consultant myself, I have never been more APPALLED at the customer service I witnessed from this company and its employees; from the driver to a sales rep. I had the misfortune of witnessing the company I contracted with, tell UniFirst that their services were no longer required. The reason for this varied from uniforms not being cleaned, ink stains, not being able to make changes to uniforms, told we were only allowed to deal with the driver, over charges and charging for employees who had not received their uniforms yet. When we then contacted UniFirst we were told we were under contract, which expired, and that we had to give 60 days notice. If we had better customer service we wouldnt have had to give the notice. Then, when the rep finally showed up to pick up the uniforms he was extremely rude, to everyone. When all was said and done, he presented a final bill to the owner for almost $4k. After a few comments back and forth, the rep then stated, youre lucky we didnt give you the real bill, that one was for $12k. Are these people crazy??? How are they still in business? We went with Aramark. We got so much more for so much less money. We will never go back to UniFirst!

I feel exactly like Christine Malek below. In 17 years of doing business I have never dealt with a company that provided such poor service. During the years that our company regretfully used Unifirsts services we had hundreds of cases of uniforms missing almost on a weekly basis. Fees that were charged constantly. Changes to our agreement without notice. Many times we would call to complain and it would be better for a week or two, just to go down hill again. Uniforms were constantly dirty looking and smelly. Our service rep was rude. I cant say enough about how bad the service was and to our fault we just kept dealing with it. Finally in the end I couldnt take it anymore and I asked the rep to leave our property. After years of being taken advantage of I had enough.. Now I had to deal with this totally bogus completely rigged arbitration. I thought there was no way we would loose this. We showed hundreds and hundreds of uniforms missing on deliveries. Instances where the contract was breached and they changed our contract pricing before the contract had even expired and hundreds of fees and miscellaneous charges. Wrong!! UniFirst wins and we are ordered to pay almost $12,000.00. So in the end we had the worst uniform rental service possible and still had to pay 12,000.00. Please listen to me do not use this Company you will be Sorry!!!!!! Totally took advantage of our small company!!! they got our money, but if I can prevent anyone from having happen to us happen to them then all is good. If you currently are using their service read their contract and document everything. After going through this horrible experience it helped us a lot in managing our new uniform provider and we have had no issues and have saved thousands. There are many companies do not use Unifirst!!!!!!!!

Unifirst has been supplying our uniforms and cleanup towels for several years and their merchandise is A+. Their delivery people, like Lionel are professional looking, always on schedule, well educated and know their products. If I ever need further clarification about anything I just call the Fort Pierce office and speak to one of their representatives such as DeeDee. I usually have an answer before I hang up and if not they return the call and have my answers within a few hours. A great company to do business with!.. I have been working with Devon the last few years and he has been very helpful and he has always been able to assist in our needs, whether it is with uniforms or rags or mops. I have had no issues with the service and if I have had to call the office for anything, they have also been helpful.

Be aware they will charge you for fees when they loose a bid to a competitor.

Awful experience with this company. They never brought the correct amount of uniforms back to us every week and then would try to charge us for missing uniforms. When uniforms needed to be replaced they couldnt even get the right logo on our shirts, they put a completely different companys name on them. Then I tried to call about the billing situation for the outrageous charges for missing uniforms that were never missing and got horrible customer service and was told there was nothing they could do for me and we would just be sent to collections if we didnt pay the bill. This was even after being a loyal customer for 2 years. We returned all of our uniforms because they couldnt get the billing correct and kept the rugs we had in our office. They kept up every week with bringing new rugs and cleaning the old ones but then all of a sudden before our contract ended they just took our rugs and never came back AWFUL- DONT use this company. Go somewhere else!
