If you are serious about getting a bike, this place especially Jamie will be serious about getting you on the bike the same day with no trouble what so ever. Drove an hour and a half to drive up to hear to pick up the 2021 Kawasaki Z900 for my birthday. Jamie will get you an awesome deal no doubt about it. Happy with the service and left the place with my Z900. If I were to get another bike, I would definitely return to this place.

Every time I need anything dealer related they deliver. friendly, timely. would get 5 stars but I feel the labor rate is a little high..... but you know what they say you cant have all 3- Good, Fast & Cheep.

This place is very unprofessional, Im a pregnant Women going to buy $40 worth of parts. Me being a women and not knowing exactly what i needed and instead of putting in 10% effort in helping me figure it out the parts guy was bothered in my questions and they sales guy was too busy on his phone to help. They made me feel very uncomfortable in being there. I would not recommend this place to anyone especially someone that has questions because you wont get them answered. The people at the Polaris dealer are way better at customer service and not money hungry like these people.

I purchased a Kawasaki Concours 14 from these guys in July of 2019. I got a great deal on that bike and have been very happy with it. I purchased my second motorcycle from these guys on Wednesday. They beat the prices that I had found at other dealers without a hassle and I was in and out within an hour. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the bike 15 minutes after I left the dealership. I called them and told them that I was coming back. They were all over it, offering to take me home and to deliver the bike once it was fixed. I opted to stay while they called Kawasaki and resolved the problem. I rode home a few hours later without further issue. They contacted me the next morning to follow up to insure that everything was ok. They asked if I would bring the bike back down so that they could reset the main computer one last time. I made the 35 minute trip to the dealership and hung out for about an hour while they did their thing. Rob came back from test riding the bike, assured me that it was fine, went over everything with me again to confirm that I was satisfied, comfortable and confident with the bike. Rob also stated that he refilled the gas tank since I had taken the time to come back down. I thanked them all and was on my way. I spent a good part of the day riding, customized all of the bikes settings the way I wanted and I am very happy with it. They recontacted me last night to confirm again that everything was ok with the bike. I told them that it was. They apologized up and down again and both Rob and Amy told me that when the time comes, the 600 mile service is on them. This is a great dealership. Rob, Amy and Jamie are good people who legitimately care about forging long term relationships with customers. I never felt rushed, I never felt pressured to buy anything, they never talked down to me and I never felt like I was being mislead or tricked into paying for something that I did not want or need. Unfortunately they dont deal with the other brands of motorcycles that I own but for my Kawasaki needs, this is the only place for me!

I went into the dealership today in hope of finding a throttle cable for my wifes Schwinn Hope 50cc scooter, after days of calling all of the auto parts stores. Though I am not a regular customer, not do I own a Honda Motorcycle, just my accord, they staff were very helpful in helping me research the type of cable that I needed and found me a place in Vero that does carry them. I am truly grateful and will be returning to become a customer of theirs. If they are that helpful to customers for products that they do not carry, I can only imagine how great the customer service will be on their products. Unfortunately, I also went to the nearby Polaris Dealer by Farmers Market whose parts people were not only unhelpful, but acted as if they had a million other things better to do than even be courteous or point me in the right direction. Thank You Treasure Coast Honda, my experience with you today has made me into a future customer of yours.

This place is excellent. I dont know how else to explain the kindness that you receive when you visit this establishment. I am from a small town in Kentucky and Treasure Coast Honda is the closest thing I have found to home since I lived in Florida for the past 3 years. And not only the kindness but also this is a nice clean environment for all of your entertainment in the cycle industry. I’ve gone into this dealership twice. The first time I went in I went with a friend and I was very interested in purchasing a new motorcycle. I walked in nobody greeted us came to talk to us or ask what we were looking for. I sat in the dealer for a good 20 minutes where nobody even looked our direction but another group of people walked in after and was helped out right away so I left assuming they didn’t want my business. Today I go in again looking to trade in my motorcycle for a new one. Once again enter the dealer nobody says anything to me approaches me or anything so I approach one of the salesmen and tell him I’m interested in options as to trading in my bike. He started talking to me very snarky and rude as if I was dumb and that did it for me so I walked out and left. Never coming back to this dealer again.

I drove three hours from Tampa to buy a Kawasaki Vulcan S here. These guys worked with me over the phone the day before and were nothing but helpful and courteous. The day I came to pick it up, they stayed an hour past closing to do paperwork as well as help me buy a helmet that fits properly and explain all the features of the bike. They even offered to mail me the extended reach seat as it was on backorder and Im quite a drive away. Great experience. Would definitely do business with again. Rob and Jamie are awesome.

Just bought a brand new 2015 ZX10R from them. This is the second bike Ive purchased from them and definitely not the last. Not only did Jaime offer me the best price I could find in the state of Florida ( and I shopped north and south ) but they also included breakfast! Chris in parts was very helpful getting together my shopping list of parts that I requested and ordered them right away. Honestly it runs better than the day I got it used I greatly appreciate the fact that they would not let my Blur out of their shop until the technician was happy with its performance even tho I took it in for a carb rebuild they took time to make it run like a hog! Pricey for my tire and tube but in all fairness, my wheel was full of slime and fix-a-flat. They fit me in late in the afternoon and i had about an hour wait. They did an awesome job on cleaning that nasty wheel but i paid for it. No complaints. Ill return if the need arises.

Wife went to go return an item and the salesman cursed and yelled at her for the box not being in the same condition in which we purchased it, called them back and asked them about and and they lied saying they would never do such a thing l, never doing business here again such a shame.

I bought a Honda lawn mower in February 2019 the self propel broke in May after 8 mows. I registered with Honda power train and made appointment to have warranty repaired. When I called treasure coast to have looked at the service manager was very rude and finally scheduled my mower for July 5 th a month and a half later. When I dropped off the mower the service manager showed up late and still intoxicated from the night before. He proceeded to rudely tell me that if the repair does not fall under warranty they charge $100 a hour for repairs. Im sure you can guess after 3 weeks of having the mower I called to find out the problem and of corse its not under warranty. So now they want $150 for taking the mower apart and another $150 to put it back together the mower was only $399 NEW..... Its now August 11th I am now dealing with Honda directly to resolve this matter. I do not want them fixing anything I own at this point Home Depot where I bought the mower has told me to pick up the mower and bring it back and they will replace it with a new mower, but of corse Treasure coast wants $150 for tearing the mower apart and putting it in a box. I am also working with a lawyer now to have treasure coast removed from the Honda power train warranty program. 1 star is way over what service deserves not sure how sales and parts are but I wont be back to find out.

In five minutes, the salesperson managed to drop an f-bomb and racial slurs, insult my wife, and imply Id look effeminate on the ride I was looking at and should upgrade to a motorcycle. Ive never seen unprofessionalism in such a condensed display before, so the single star is for exceeding my expectations in that regard.

I bought a new Kawasaki 2014 KLR650 NE. This shop has a great service and parts department.They are clearly motorcycle enthusiasts, which is often rare to find in South Florida motorcycle dealers. I can recommend them without reservation. They will be my local shop going forward for anything Kawasaki.

Good place for parts and fluids if u have a Japanese bike, that being said you’ll still have to go to WMR for brands like motorex, belrey etc.

My wife bought some riding gloves from this dealer for me at Christmas. After two rides the fastener broke and the seams started to tear. I know they dont make the product but the product they are selling is very cheap. My wife ended up ordering another pair of gloves on the Internet through one of my magazines. She paid much less money for these gloves than at this dealer. Got a much better quality product at better cost. Still using them today 3 months later. I will probably never shop here again.

Very unhappy with the lack of customer service. Service department person was very unprofessional. Eating and not really listening to my issue. I have a 2015 ZX14R that only had 3400 miles on it andclearly blew a head gasket and is a few months passed the 1 year warranty. Wasnt willing to do anything for me accept giving me their ridiculous labor rate. If they take it apart and find the issue and I want to hold off, they give you your bike back in pieces?!
