Working with this company was a pain and the management was rude. The owner does not care that you are the customer (this is probably because you pay up front). Scheduling was changed without asking.

We had our screen enclosure installed this week in PGA Village PSL. I want to tell you how pleased we were with the 3 man crew. I dont recall their names but they were terrific! They were very polite, worked hard and continuously and were very professional. They were neat and left no trash behind. They worked together like a well oiled machine. If all of the contractors building our home took pride in their work and worked like they did we would be very happy. I want to commend them and your company on a job well done! Thanks you for sending such a competent crew to do the job!

Editing to say that I’ll update this review if they make things right.One of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with. They did an awful job on my front porch 2 years ago. More than half the screws were crooked or falling out. After many complaints and sending pictures, someone came out to “fix” things, but still left things a mess. Now the screen door is peeling and falling apart. Cheap and awful. Many complaints about that with no replies. The ladies who answer the phone are rude and literally blow you off and tell you the damages are your own fault. I’ve been told multiple times that a supervisor will call me back but they never do. Very bad business. Beware.

Initial job looked nice, but 30 days in things are falling apart. I have been calling for 5 days and still no call back. The person in office said it might be 2-3 weeks. Meanwhile the gates at my pool dont close.They came out and fixed the problem and I have taken them from two to four stars.

Progress was mediocre in the beginning, then Dan and Jay completed the enclosure, working Saturday and Sunday, doing excellent, top quality work. They are both experienced and highly qualified workers and the Porch Factory should be extremely pleased with their professional abilities. I am very satisfied with my pool enclosure,

The guys who installed our screen were great! Scott and Dame arrived on time, worked very hard through the day and got the job done. Ours was not a typical enclosure. They said it was one of the more difficult ones they ever had to do but it looks beautiful! They always cleaned up at the end of the day. Always polite and willing to listen to our ideas. This is the third property on which we had a pool screen installed by The Porch Factory.

I had The Porch Factory expand my pool deck and install a pool enclosure about three years ago. They did a great job and Ive been very happy I chose them. And the primary reason is that they live up to their promise of service after the sale. They have been to my home on more than one occasion and without a complaint and have always strived to make me happy and live up to their promises. I would recommend them without reservation.

We had them enclose our patio. We were happy with the work and happy to pay them. Now we called for repair (drainage for rain water run off). They said it was an easy fix. This was over 3 weeks ago. weve called twice but cannot get anyone here to fix it. I feel once theyve been paid good luck getting them back.Chip Pecere

While I like the finish product, workers were good to work with and I thought I was go to go, 3 years passes. My framework has started to bubble up in many different areas of the framework. After many phone calls and texts with pictures, I am told it is my issue. It may look good, you may refer them to many people then when you need them....They blow you off. I will be hitting many social Sites letting people know and will not recommend them to anyone else in the future.

Anytime a company will not stand behind their product and workmanship, a poor review should deter others from using them. We had a complete rescreening done on our lanai and 2 yrs. 3 mos. later, the entire roof was torn at each panel and eventually 3 panels collapsed. We called and had them come out, all we got was an estimate to redo, took no responsibility. We then called the company back 4 or 5 times and asked to have owner return our call to discuss, but that never happened. At that point, we got 4 more estimates for replacement and each company rep said, this should have never happened with a rescreen that new. Each claimed poor workmanship as the probable cause, but could have been inferior screen as well, but until we get tested we will not know for sure. It was supposed to be Phifer screen and they did give us a sample with their original proposal. In addition, we found that the owner, Jim, was the past president of the Treasure Coast Builders Association, which would seem would have made them even more reputable. Learn from our experience and do not use The Porch Factory.

The owner of this company is very greedy and over charges all of his customers. He treats his employees very bad. I have heard his employees complaining many times. I would not recommend this company to anyone! He has personally hurt my family and many others. I pray this guy Jim finds a heart, it is very sad. If you ever get a quote from them, get another one, they will be cheaper because Jim is very greedy and over charges. Plus he docs employees pay all the time and is very shady. He should not own a business. However, their employees are very nice! I feel bad for the people that are stuck working for this guy. He should be out of business.

Workmanship was great....the communication on project details was lacking. Seldom were we in the loop of the status of our project or when they were coming over.

Our project has been dragging out since July. They never show up when they are supposed to it is always one excuse after the orher. Finally today after we waited 2 weeks for the pavers to be delivered the went to the wrong house, got them delivered to our house and they are the wrong pavers. Find another company for your project!

HelloThis place built a pool enclosure and a poly roof on my home about 2y ago from day one the poly roof has been leaking the company came out and worked on it many times over the past 2 years and the leaks never stoped the company said I need a new roof on my home to fix the leaking in the roof they installed a few month before the warranty was up I had a complete new roof put on my home and called them back they came out and worked on the poly roof again and in the process they damaged the new roof shingles and and made the leaking so severe it soaked the entire covered area I called them back and they told me they were not going to fix it they also told me the poly roof needs flashing and they refused to fix it the roof was not done correctly I do not recommend this company the leak was bad at first but severe now if you under the roof and it rains you will get soaked the owners contacted me prior to the last attempt and said they will take care of it but it never happenedThat is what happened the existing drip edge was not replaced by the roofer the drip edge is not leaking it is the poly roof if it was the existing you did put a new drip edge on and damaged the new roof and the leak is worse than ever if the roof needed anything when it was installed it should have been done right at the time of installation if it was the drip edge but is is not why is the leak more severe after you attempted to stop it I have the photos before and after no flashing was put back on after you removed the old you put a new drip edge on and left it that is what happened photos of before and after shows what is is there all I wanted is a roof properly installed that didn’t leak nothing nor nothing less but looks like I’m stuck with a leak and even though you are the contractor that installed it you are not responsible and you crew told me they needed to put z flashing and reseal the entire roof that didn’t happen no flashing of any kind was put on just don’t want this to happen to anyone else this cost a lot of money it should have been installed correctly the first time

Called them out for an estimate to replace my screens and seal my roof and repair my door all on my screened in patio. Ray came out. He pulled into my driveway and since i saw him pull up i proceeded to walk outside to greet him. I said hello he never introduced himself...nothing. All he said was lets go look at it in a (if we must kind of attitude) So hes looking at it..he told me that they are 4-6 weeks out due to the hurricane and id be better off waiting about 2 months then call someone....ok so....i can have my patio done by you in 4-6 weeks or i can wait 8 weeks b4 i even call someone for an estimate? Then he told me he doesnt do the roofs but told me who to call. That was fine then.within maybe 5 mins he said...ill knock on your door in a min. And he did with a written estimate in his hand...he went over it in like 5 seconds... So then i proceeded to make sure i understood his estimate and he seemed highly annoyed and like sighed when i questioned it...then he told me that if i call the guy about the roof to make sure i tell them that it has been sealed b4 so he doesnt waste his time coming out if he cant fix it.....so i responded with...i totally understand i also dont want to waste my time sitting here waiting on him for no reason either..then i said thank you for your time and he left....at first i thought ok.lets give him the benifit of the doubt and chalk it up to ..this guy is all business and thats cool...but then the way he came across and the attitude and the getting annoyed when i wanted to go over the estimate ....Ive been having many contractors come out the past few weeks for several projects i need done around my house all of which have been extremely pleasant....Ray was rude, impatient and not at all someone i want to do business with. I will never recommend this company to anyone...im not one to argue or complain about businesses or contractors because i know how things can be when youre in business dealing with deadlines, setbacks people that want things done right then and there etc but i was totally blown away by how rude this guy truly was...If you hate your job that much...find another one!

This company is one of the worst companies they do bad work in the quality of their material is no good the metal that they use is from China any rust and only a year and a half they put a porch on my house and did very bad work it leaks they tore my shingles up on my house and they left it and refused to fix it They waited to my warranty is gone and now they’re gone to I would’ve rather paid more money for better quality work if I ever have another pool enclosure or porch added to any of my homes I will never use the porch factory again the owner is very rude and the workers that come out to do their work is very rude they act like you don’t know what you’re talking about the cables that hold the screen are all rusty they are aluminum they should not have rusted This is a really bad company and bad leader ship

Dont look back run as far away as you can from this company. Ray came out and sold us. We looked into a few other companies but he really did it with his presentation. Started our concrete slab July 2016 and entire porch was SUPPOSE to be completed August 10, 2016They did not finish it in the time stated in contract. It was a bronze screen enclosure, but they used white screws, some white brackets, in some spots the white parts were spray painted. The beams were over tightened and dented, the gutter part leaked and was crooked and one of the panels was dented. We had several leaks. The end cap gutter piece was hammered into position. The bolts were put in haphazardly. We contacted the office let them know of all the problems. The supervisor came out and looked at the work. He even said it looked very shoddy! The supervisor called us and said he spoke to owner and owner offered to take $400 off the price and just leave it. We didnt want the money off we wanted a porch that we were told we were going to get. The owner agreed they would replace the entire enclosure. On September 7th they began taking enclosure down. Brought new piece of enclosure to our home some of it was bent, dented and chipped. They were worse then what we had already had in place.Some of the things we were told would be replaced were NOT. My husband looked over the pieces and parts and the two men here had to call the warehouse for them to bring different pieces and parts to our home numerous times. After they ripped my drip edge up the were finally complete, or so we thought. Now a few days after, weve got a leak. Contacted the supervisor and he sent the same two guys out with a bottle of caulking to fix the problem. Lets just say weve got enough caulking for years to come. Yet, it didnt do anything to fix the leak. We had to call a roofer due to the Shoddy job they did. We contacted the owner, we let him know that the roofer had to fix the leak properly by taking up two rows of shingles and placing the correct flashing underneath.The owner said he doesnt authorize us to use HIS money to pay the roofer. He also said we needed to give him a chance to fix them problem. The owner came out to our home on September 30, 2016 and looked at the enclosure. My husband was quite and waiting to see what the owner had to say. The owner looked at my husband and said, being hostile isnt going to fix anything . I told the owner no one was being hostile. The owner is very pompous! He told us he was very happy with the job. The supervisor came and met the owner here he told the supervisor to grab a tube of caulking and they would fix the leak. We about fell over! Wth more caulking...SERIOUSLY! He asked that we send him the qoute from the roofing company. On October 4th 2016, the owner called and left a message stating we needed to get the qoute to him or he was going to put a lien on our home. We were busy prepping for hurricane Matthew that was going to hit us the next day. Please dont use this company.The great presentation doesnt fit the shoddy work.

If promises were like LEAKS....I would be in a world of Hurt...after nearly a year still having problems with leaks and all I get are promises to fix them..and one excuse after another about the roofers I didt hire roofers I hired the Porch Factory to install my porch..professionally...which they havent done.....At my wits end at this point......
