I absolutely love BrickCity. They have so many booths and the people are so nice. I particularly love the food section because I love to cook. Fabulous shop, I highly recommend going here.

Whats not to love about BrickCity? It is full of all kinds of shops like womens clothing boutiques, a gourmet market and home decor shops so youre sure to always find something in there. I have a small home decor/gift shop in BrickCity called The Prickly Pear At Home and I love being part of the BrickCity family.

This is a really sweet boutique. Lots of interesting products that you cannot get anywhere else. I went in to hit up River Valley Records in the back. Solid finds and bought some snacks, too!!!

Such a great place for gifts... truly a one-stop-shop. I buy my clothes, my kids clothes, shoes, lots of gourmet foods (popcorn, honey, chocolates, brittle, etc), and most of my gifts here! Love, love, love BrickCity and all the local businesses inside!

Adorable boutique style booths all ranging from different prices. Soaps, clothes, accessories and more! There is a delicious coffee shop inside, the Dalgona coffee was excellent!

Nice place to browse through, has some unique items you dont see in the department stores. Find it helpful when I am trying to find a gift for someone.

I love to go on Saturdays and browse through all the vendors shops. They have a lot of homemade items.

This is a beautiful setup of local vendors and you step in there its like nothing Ive seen before for a local vendor shop. Set up like an old tiny store. Its almost set up like a western style, each vendor has their own booth and very easy to walk around with even a restaurant inside to eat at Great place to stop by and see some of the neat things that these people have collected.

Overpriced clothing boutique that just reeks of hipster snobbery. There were a few neat things to look at but thats about it. If you want to overpay for things that are easily found cheaper elsewhere, then this is your place. Also, beware of the horrible cannibas vape smell as soon as you walk in the door. Turned my stomache pretty bad.

BrickCity is my favorite place to go when I am in town!! So many great shops; from gift shops, to gourmet, to an awesome coffee shop, and the best boutiques in town!!! A one stop shop for sure. I love shopping local, and this store is the best way to do it!!!

Nice little place easy access found what I was looking for

This was an interesting place, it is an indoor small shop market with local artists/business owners and have a lot of cute items! I was able to find some items for my sister and plan to go back for other items. Highly recommended if you like local items!

Very Classy place with so many varieties of things to shop for!

I always find something I cant live without when I shop this little shopping center. Its a collection of little cubby shops within this huge building. Different vendors offer items in each sectioned area, and you check out/pay up front. When I visit Ft Smith its always on my to-do list because I dont want to miss out on something wonderful. This time we got candles, jewelry, and some clothing. They also have wonderful seasonings, spices, drinks, furniture decorative items, you name it!

Review for DayDream Cafe: This new cafe inside the shops is super cute! They have sweet and savory croffles (croissant + waffle), coffee, boba, and other pretty drinks! Everything they have is so aesthetically pleasing! 🥰 The service was amazing! They were super sweet and I also overheard them explaining menu items in depth to people that weren’t familiar with them.I got the matcha latte with boba topping and the biscuit croffles. My brother got the almond chocolate croffles. They were so good! We didn’t realize the croffles came with two per box so they were a little too sweet for us to eat by ourselves. We shared with the family when we got home and they loved it! The matcha latte was so good! Most bubble tea places in Ft. Smith have boba that isn’t really flavored so I was pleasantly surprised to taste the boba itself and find the brown-sugary taste I love! We’ll definitely be back for more and I’ve recommended them to a lot of my friends! 😊It’ll also be so fun to grab some boba and shop around all the wonderful shops!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE BrickCity. The shopping, atmosphere, and customer service is INCREDIBLE! You can find something for anyone there. I buy my boutique clothes, popcorn, and so much more from here, and they make it so easy to support small businesses. I also have my made in the USA Boutique, The Cloth Collaborative, inside BrickCity. It has been an amazing experience, and their support has be absolutely incredible. I could not recommend them enough for both shopping or for a location for your small business!

I visited Hanks Furniture Store in this strip mall. Looking for smaller scaled furniture rather than enormous furniture is a real challenge, but I found the cutest recliner/rocker chair here. I have a photo on my phone but not on this laptop. I didnt purchase, but I havent forgotten!

Good shopping experience great items

A little disappointed with inventory.

I went to visit Natural State People Supply inside Brick City to buy some hard to find cloth diapers. Not only did I find what I needed, but I also saw so many other amazing shops inside Brick City that had beautiful handcrafted and boutique items. From raw honey to hand-made clothes and jewelry. The place is very well-lit, clean and well organized. Its a great place to go look at handcrafted items and they also have a little cafe inside. 2 thumbs up and 5 stars from me.

I love how brick city supports small local businesses. Honestly though i come in mostly for the spiritual store to get my incense and crystals, they have amazingly reasonable prices.

There is alot of different stalls with some really great things. You could spend hours shopping there.

I enjoy browsing The Shops at BrickCity on my lunch hour. I always end of with great gift ideas and create a wish list of those things I cant purchase right at that moment but will come back to get. The standards of neatness and cleanliness make it a comfortable and enjoyable place to shop and it remains high on my preference list. The managers of The Shops at BrickCity definitely know how to do it right!

This is a fantastic place to shop! Theres approximately 150-160 little separate shops. I love it because its more upscale and the variety of goods is unbelievable! Great for gifts and unique, handmade items. Theres also a patio with food items and a coffee bar! Plan on a couple hours to see everything. 3215 S. 74th

Less food than I expected but a delightful place to check out lots of boutique women and childrens clothing, jewelry, books and home decor. You could easily look for hours so there is an area to sit down for a drink and light snacks.

An antique mall set up with trendy boutiques. Air conditioned shopping with 30 or so boutique booths. Cute t-shirts, gourmet food items and an easy to shop layout. Cant wait to go.back.when i.have a little more time!!

I can’t get enough of this place!!! The perfect place to find a gift for anyone. Some of my favs are the Pink Pebble & Island Cowgirl. Can’t wait for Girls Night Out!!!!

This place is fantastic for finding one of a kind gifts. However over the past year my wife and I have both noticed a decline in customer service. We used to know each front desk girl by name, they would always assist us in shopping and finding that perfect gift. We were shopping a few days ago and encountered a very bad situation. A woman of the name Ginny working there was speaking quite rudely to who I assume to be a shop owner in the back of the store, and when we had made our way to the front of the store to drop off some items we were purchasing Ginny and a gentleman named Justin were at the counter talking and Ginny was loudly speaking about the financial state of a couple of shops and I was less than impressed. My wife and I have more than once considered opening a place in BC for fun post retirement, but after seeing this I will not be participating in opening a shop. This is really a terrible look and I hope the owner who I know is good person sees this and acts accordingly. This business has been too successful to let someone who thinks the financial status of a shop is personal business to the public. I will continue to support our small local shops inside BCE, but hope to not encounter this associate again. GM

This place is amazing. They have different little booths that are run by regular people. They sell amazing products from clothing to jams to bathroom accessories. The customer service is absolutely amazing and they are just some of the most homely, lively people you will ever meet.
