We purchased a PWC from Westark Yamaha and couldnt be happier with the level of service and honesty of the dealership and its employees. Larry and his staff are amazing. I live 3 hours away and wouldnt want to do business with any other dealer.
Larry helped us pick out our son’s first ATV and provided wonderful assistance. The sales team and service team are awesome. We were in and out faster than anytime we have purchased a vehicle or ATV. The team took the time to thoroughly go over the unit with us and answer our questions. We highly recommend Westark Yamaha.
This place goes out of their way to help a customer in need.Even though we were not there to do business with them in their field,we ended up there in need of air bc we had a COMPLETELY flat tire and couldnt make it to next tire shop. The employee went out of his way to help us,his name was Aaron, ty so very much Aaron!!!
Fantastic Dealership! The staff went above and beyond to help me get everything I needed. Will be a return customer!
Great service!!, The guy working there was very helpful. He helped me pick out helmets for my sons first go-kart. Will definitely be going back!!
Out of the dealerships in town, Westark yamaha is always the friendliest with the best prices. Always been good on repairing my bikes also.
Good place to shop
My wife & I were on a motorcycle trip together, & got to Fort Smith about 3:15 pm on a Friday afternoon, & stopped at Westark Yamaha without an appointment to see if there was any way they could fit me in to adjust the rear suspension. They were able to get the bike in, adjust the suspension, & have it back to me in about an hour, & even rinsed off the road grime to boot. They charged me a very fair price for doing it. If I lived nearby (I live in Roanoke, TX) they would be my go to for any work I needed done. Thanks for getting me in so quickly!
They went above and beyond what was necessary to give me the service that I required.
Awesome buying experience! Super easy, fair price, and no run around!
Very polite and friendly, really helped us out of a jam, brother was in from out of town and they worked us into there schedule and installed a new back tire so we could keep riding
Good ppl to deal with
Sometimes running a business means you can’t please everyone. However, Larry and Aarron are both great and they really put the customer first. I had a bike that sat for almost 3 years. They took their time and turned my bike around. I can’t say enough about them. I’ve taken my business to them since 2011 and have always been very satisfied with their work.
Great helpful service n price.
Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
Always very helpful. We have bought 3 motorcycles from here and we have not had one problem with either of them. Very polite and knowledgeable about there products. I let service my bikes, and they have always done a good job. I recommend it to my friends and family
The guy that I talked too about my 1981 xs1100 was very rude and un professional
Not impressed with service department at all. Gentleman at front desk was good. And the younger man that helped me unload was good as well. But the man that I guess was the service Dept manager was not helpful at all. Rude . Said it was a waist of time unless he could get 300 dollars to get up and running . That is without even looking at it he shot that price . I told him that I was thinking more like 100. He said it was not worth it to him unless he could get 300. I said no I dont want to spend that much on a old 90 cc Arctic cat that is only worth about 500 . So he said You might as well load it back up. So I did. I dont normally post but I am fed up with these kind of people. Not sure how they can do business with that kind of rapport with customers . So I took it somewhere else
Definitely not the place one would return for service. Two bad experience in a row does it for me.
Unless forced to i dont do business anywhere else ..... they treat me like family..... always happy to see ya and willing to help solve whatever issue you brought with you
Good ppl good service. Good prices.
I purchased a Stryker from Westark Yamaha over a year ago. They were very easy to work with during the transaction. I was impressed then and Ive been even more impressed since then with their service. They have been more than fair in all of our dealings. The service department is attentive to what needs to be done, the parts department is well stocked with Aaron being always eager to help without trying to oversell. In fact, the whole staff is there for one thing.. to serve the customer. Its a nice feeling knowing that they are there to have my back if I need anything for the bike. Ive been burned by dealers in the past, but I have no qualms about their integrity and doing whats right. Their prices are fair and they wont try to upsell you on something you dont want. They feel more like family than a bike place...and thats a good feeling.
The young guy helped me with my yamaha vino 50cc issue that i did not even buy there for 25 min.i went home with his printout and followed instructions ended up only needing a sparkplug, now it is running like when it was new thanks guys
Ive never had anything but good experiences from this place. Manager is very knowledgeable and is a straight shooter. I can appreciate that. Some places will tell you anything and everything is wrong just to get your $$$ when its not nessesary. Larry gives his honest opinion and has helped me learn a lot more about my bike. Took it for a valve adjustment, and 2,000 miles later had a tick in the front cylinder. (That he noticed) and offered to double check them for free!! Thats good service.
Love Westark have done business with them for years!!!! Thanks Larry for all the help !!
Took my jet skis that I purchased there, have always had serviced there, and worked on there. They had previously worked on the motor of one of my jet skis and when we went to get them ready to go to the lake there was oil everywhere. We took them over there and told the lady in the front the issue, she sent out who I assume is the owner/shop manager. From the moment he made contact with his he was beyond rude, told us he didnt have time for this s***, he had 80 other bikes back there to work on. Thats what he started with, no hi how are you or anything along those lines. He proceed to take the seat off the jet ski in the parking look at rudely/sarcastically tell me & my 70 year old grandfather who can barely even walk how it was somehow our fault, even though we have not touched the bike since they worked on it. I was trying to point out something to him with the oil level and he stuck his finger in my face and said he shouted would not talk to me, he would only talk to my grandfather. (Im 21 years old, its not as if I was some 15 year old kid being smart with him) My grandfather walked over and told him By God you will talk to me and then the owner proceeded to cuss us and insult us in every way possible. F this, f you, get the F off my property. I wasnt sure if we were about to be in a fist fight or a gun fight in the parking lot at 9:30 in the morning. Needless to say, STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
We needed parts for our Arctic Cat side by side. The parts manager was great. Very helpful and knowledgeable.
Great customer service. Fast service. Low price. Need i say more?
I ride a Suzuki Hayabusa and this is the only place I take my bike ! Five stars all the way ! Great techs ! Friendly staff !
The staff is very dodgeball on off products and varied customer oriented
It was great the person was very nice to us
Owner was nice and treated us like we were important. Would definitely return.
The ppl there know thier stuff not just bikes but, Atvs, jetskis & utvs
We had a great experience trading in our bike. Larry treated us great.
Always very friendly. Remembers me by name. If they dont have what I want they will get it. Knowledge staff
Nit the best customer service.
They will help you hunt down specific parts you need to order from them. But be careful about putting your bike in their service center.
Owner is cool . Helped me out alot
After dropping off my Rhino on Tuesday afternoon they said to pick it up the next day, because it was only an hour and a half job. At 2pm on Wednsday the owner, called and left a voicemail asking if there was anyway he could have me pick it up Thursday afternoon because he had to leave at 3pm, if I needed it sooner he could try to have someone else work on it. I called and said I really needed it today, for my job. He scoffed and said You use this thing for work?! I said Yes. He said You can pick it up no sooner than 6pm and hung up on me. 46 minutes later he called me back and said that they had ordered the wrong lift and said he looked through all the books and there wasnt a lift for this particular model. I then told him that the gentleman I called and placed my order with said that he made sure that is was for a sport edition with gas shocks. Then the owner said Well Ive looked through every book here and theres nothing in here saying that and theres no note of it and that Ill just refund you your money. I then told him that I needed the money back on my card today.I was then cussed out and verbally assualted by the owner of Westark Yamaha. These are quotes from the owner, to meYou little s**t, if I was going to be there when you pick this up, I would break your f**king nose. Youre just a punk a** kid. A mouthy little f**ker. Your Rhino is a piece of s**t anyway, the mother f**ker will be parked out front when you get here. After telling him that there was no need to speak to me in that manner, he kept on and laid it on thicker, so of course, I raised my voice and cussed too.Im posting this because I was a paying customer and do not believe I should have been talked to in such a tone, and to threaten harm against me, is pushing it way too far.
Get place and a man of his word and a work with you all he can
