Came in on Tuesday late afternoon with strange problem, called from the freeway. Was told they would take a look but couldnt promise it could be fixed today (which is reasonable)... They gave it their best, found the problem.... Back on the road. Thank you for your willingness to listen, discuss and help in an odd situation.

Its hard to find professional, fast,dependable, honest shops these days but let me start by saying these guys are it!!Driver pulled in with an ignition switch issue and these boys rebuilt the switch and had him on his way in 30 min.We appreciate what you folks are doing down there in ft smith and just wanted to take the time to say so.Thanks !

Stop with issue braking, advise on changing slack adjusters, I didnt realize that where worn-out. Thanks ser/mgr had mechanic check them out. Thanks

Exceptional customer service! We found a truck online that we wanted to purchase from Carco. Ed was a straight shooter, we flew in from out of state and the truck was exactly as described. Got me in the door imediately and got right to work no i dont exoect this all the time but the service manager was very nice asked when id be here checked all part to make sure they was in stock and ecen called me back as promised...they are awesome in my books unfortunately i hate warrenty work as ya know how that goes they make you open a case and send every damn thing in amd go through each trouble shooter when ya know what it is lol..oh well these people are great here and i highly recomend them..

I would avoid this shop if i were you driver. I came in Monday morning for a leaking DEF hose and was there till Wednesday afternoon. Make sure you got motel money. They have zero respect for a drivers wait time. They just dont care.
