I purchased a driveshaft from them a little over a year ago. I finally was able to get the car put together due to this pandemic. It was a perfect fit. I finally drove the car and it had a nasty vibration at highway speeds. I assumed it was not the shaft since it was new. We went crazy checking this car top to bottom. Until we noticed the shafts run out was actually so far out that you could see it, as shown on the video clip. I checked around for a good driveline shop and observed them mount it and spin it. The entire shaft was way out. So its been too long to return it. And Im certain that I will be blamed. Im out over $250 bucks and now it will cost me another $350 to get one professionally built. Thanks Southwest Ill save the old shaft, if Im in your neck of the woods I can return it to you.It cost me $600 total to get the shaft
These guys have very fair pricing, huge inventory of parts and actually have things in stock, which is becoming more rare. Shipping to Colorado took only a couple of days and they were quick to respond by email regarding a concern I had after my purchase. I will continue to buy from these guys in the future.
Fast shipping even coming to Canada, just as described seller has product no one else has in stock Will be back
Shipped quick, no problems. Arrived without damage.
Toby owner is very rude and condecending! I bought a drive shaft from this place and first time out it failed and broke into three pieces. Junk made from paper thin steel. Called and Toby refused to refund my purchase price ! Saying he was not their. I will be filling a complaint with the bbb. I would never do business with this place agin . Only out for your money!
Hi all I lost a package in shipping and Southwest Speed was on the ball . My shipper recieved it eventually and AJ was great and so very helpful every time I sent an email within a couple of minutes there was a reply. Thanks AJ
Great service, after issues with Ebay not sending the parts to Australia, I brought the parts directly from Southwest Speed and couldnt be happier with their service!
If I could negative review I would. Terrible customer service. Cheap product. Rude people. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told he was never there and this was as good as it was gonna get. AJ and Toby both suck. You will have a better time throwing hundreds of dollars off a bridge then dealing with them. No accountability
Buyer beware! Worst company ever to deal with. After waiting 8 days for a item they canceled my order. They canceled my order out of spite after saying that they knew they were the only people that had this item. What type of company does this? I’d leave no stars if I could.
Ordered the wrong shocks for my truck. they helped me exchange them to get the right ones. fast shipping.
Questions answer quickly before the sale and super fast about shipping it out!

Very happy with experience and waiting for the product and will tate that I’m sure things will be amazing. Thanks AJ and guys for all your help.
Lack of ownership and shady business practices is what theyre all about apparently. In June of this year, I purchased a set of Bilstein shocks from them on Amazon, for my 98 Grand Cherokee 5.9 Limited. Now, according to their listing on Amazon these should fit my vehicle seeing as its equipped with a set of 2.5 KSuspension coils.Description was as follows:NEW BILSTEIN FRONT & REAR SHOCKS FOR 93-98 JEEP CHEROKEE ZJ WITH A 1 TO 2.5 LIFT, 5100 SERIES SHOCK ABSORBERS, BASE LAREDO LIMITED ORVIS SE Tsi 1993 1994 1995 1996 1997 1998 However, the product I received was too short for my application. No big deal right?? These things happen and its up to the seller to make it right. Many dropship and even stocking distributors tend to play the blame game and point their finger at everyone else i.e. manufacturer etc. but at the end of the day, the responsibility falls on them. But not according to these folks apparently.NOW, what they didnt know until now as theyre reading this review and saying UH OH is that I am literally the guy who researches, creates and publishes automotive catalog data to Amazon and other major platforms for many major aftermarket parts companies lol (Luckily not this listing though). I had to call Bilstein direct, they helped me find the correct shocks and were a pleasure to work with.So after finding the correct part, I needed to get them the incorrect ones back to complete the return request. However, when asked to appropriately rectify the situation, they proceed to say that theyve sold 26 sets of them with no issues and refused to assume ownership of the error. Again, with no knowledge of what I do for a living, what they failed to mention was that those shocks fit a variety of vehicles over several model years. So there are literally dozens of vehicle configurations and God only knows the VIO for said applications that these fit. It just so happens that out of the 26 sold, they had yet to run in to an issue. They then further insulted my intelligence by telling me repeatedly that I must have a 3 lift and the error is on me. I was done talking and now we go to the web.So did I get my refund you ask?? To date, I have yet to receive it and have had to now dispute the charge with my credit card. With their refusal to provide a prepaid shipping label, I was forced to pay almost $70 out of pocket to ship the incorrect products back to them. According to tracking, the package had been received on 9/24. We are now at almost FOUR MONTHS since this all began and most importantly almost FOUR WEEKS since I bit the bullet and paid out of pocket and the items were finally sent AND received with no response or refund after making multiple attempts through various methods of correspondence. I have filed an A to Z claim against them with Amazon and intend to pass along this negligent behavior and unprofessional business practices with aftermarket sanctioning bodies, the BBB and the FTC.I would NOT recommend ANYONE to purchase ANYTHING from them after experiencing their unprofessional and confrontational business practices.
Be aware of this company... I bought a 205-1631 front disc brake kit for my 1964 corvette. The installation brackets DID NOT fit my car even though it was advertise to fit a 1964 corvette (still advertised that way even though it DOES NOT fit). I tried to work with Toby at SW Speed to get the right parts or a refund and he would not refund because I had tried to install the parts and they were now used. I ended up buying new brackets from Masterpower Brakes which worked perfect. SW Speed continued to say their parts should fit. Long story short I had to submit a dispute through my credit card company to get a refund. DO NOT buy from SW Speed... and if you do, do not buy a 205-1631 front disc brake kit for a 1964 corvette because IT WILL NOT FIT!
Would give a negative star review if I could. Bought a driveshaft from Southwest Speed. Finally got car together and running. Went to have it dynod and driveshaft exploded during pull. Called to speak with customer service and was told that nothing would be done and that it was anyones fault but theirs. Owner-Toby was disrespectful and very unprofessional.
Bought a part from these guys on amazon. If you live outside the US youll be forced to pay an additional customs fee on top of what you already paid on any order, which is strictly prohibited as per amazon policy; I even called amazon and they literally indicated that the SELLER violated the policy since additional payment was required outside of amazon.. I called this seller and the guy I spoke to was an absolute imbecile, sarcasm gets you far buddy.
These guys ripped me off. Avoid at all costs.
Dont even think of getting a refund for any purchase. They know everything and refund nothing, even after asking you to return the item they wont send a refund. Check out their MANY alias company names, quite deceptive.
Ships fast, and got exactly what I expected Thanks

U joints are trash. They only turn 23 degrees because the edges are deformed, when they supposed to turn 37 degrees and the 36 spline is so lose, almost skip a teeth, its scary, I lost the shipping costs and had to ship it back by my self too, and the customer service is horrible too,I will never buy from them again
