After going to a few shops in the area that I was referred to I decided to go to the one place that I always passed by and was always busy. That was Johns auto. They are so very nice and curtious. I explained my problem with the AC, they got me in ASAP, and with just a not a over the top, charge lol 😂😂😂😂😂, it was fixed. Had to put a sweater on on the way home. Next time had to have the brakes done and wow, a shop that doesnt try to rip you off. My family has now found a quality top of the line, mechanic shop you can trust. And that hard to say now a days. 🇱🇷. 💯💯👌. Thanks guys. You have done a great job. 😁.

Is kind of hectic when you leave your car but as an ex service manager the Alignment was the best Ive experienced ever. Steering wheel perfectly straight. And A/C compressor went out and when I picked up it was blowing at 37 degrees out the vents. Quality work at this place!!!

Came in to get a quote for new tires with balance and front end alignment. Gave me a price $300+ lower than other shops around, and told me he could do it as soon as the new tires came in. Job went quickly and smoothly, and Mike was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Would recommend and will be using again.

This is the only Auto Center within a hundred-mile radius that we will take our vehicles to. They are always so friendly and reasonable and they get your vehicle in and out. These guys know what theyre talking about & dont try to get money from you that you dont need to spend. If I had family in this area I would recommend them. Fixed one of my problems, very good

I came into this shop with a blown head gasket, bad valve cover gasket, warped head, bad spark plugs and bad oxygen sensors. These guys were professional and definitely know what theyre doing. It took me awhile to get everything fixed but it all started with a bad coolant hose. They gave me a new water pump and radiator and replaced all of my belts. If I ever have automobile issues again I will be back. These guys took care of me. And they all deserve a raise. My rough Hyundai now drives like a brand new car. Excellent!

I had a fuel line break yesterday. I was able to bring my car in this morning to be fixed. I was able to get my car back, fixed, this afternoon. I have NEVER brought a car to a mechanic and have it cost me less than the estimate given me. Not only were they able to fix my car for less than the estimate, but it was way less! They have made a lifetime customer of me. They are the greatest bunch of people there and they do great work! Thank you, all of you, at Johns Auto!!!

I have purchased and sold vehicles with Mark. Through the many transactions a high level of trust has been established and that is important to me. I had front end work done. One place in town wanted to do multiple repairs, Johns looked at the car and let me know only one thing needed repair. They then went to work making the repairs and returned my vehicle working better than it had in months. Johns get my auto repairs every time in the future.

I have been with Johns auto center going on about 7 years if not longer. I have never had a bad experience . Staff is always friendly, always helpful, and quick to meet my auto care needs. they have gone above and beyond and their professionalism is exceptional......

Had no problems with this shop until they changed a rear diff which they did fix under warranty. Took 3 times and many days out of work but as is the transportation business. The problem arrose when they gave me my 1 ton back for the 4th time trying to warranty fix my diff they broke off a pressure tube while they were changing wiper motors. They then denied this. I dont get aggravated unless lied to. This was a blatant lie. I asked for their insurance information to file a claim and they refused to give it to me. Ive hired an attorney to make the claim but this is unprofessional in dealing with vehicles in the commercial industry. Lying, breaking things, not fixing them, and then refusing to turn over insurance i formation to get it mediated. So pretty much if you have a problem with them they will push you off if its their mistake.In your response you say it could have happened at anytime yet its impossible that it happened at your shop. Huh. Thats weird. If it could break at anytimw then tour acknowledging that it could have been broken at your shop. You also refused to give me your insurance info that is why a claim has not been filed. I see my attorney on Friday. He will be in contact to get your insurance information which you have denied us several times.

Took my dads 2003 F150 to Johns with major wheel bearing issues. Johns was able to repair what another shop had attempted to fix. Appears the other shop had charged my dad a double amount to do half the work.Travis and Mike at Johns Auto or diagnostic geniuses. They tell you exactly what you need, how much it will cost, and how long it will take to fix. This has been consistent since my first visit!

Once again Johns was able to repair my vehicle cheaper than anyone else. Cheaper but with quality and professionalism. They were even flexible with the dropoff & pickup of our vehicle.

The only place that you can be confident your vehicle is being fixed and NOT being charged for work that has NOT been done or DIDNT need. This place keeps my vehicles in excellent condition. If you never tried them next time your vehicle needs repairs give them a try.

The service manager is very knowledgeable and Gabe, the goofy-happy-go-lucky guy is pleasant to work with and always willing to work with me on the price and services. Ive been to several shops and most were not so pleasant experiences. These guys however are trustworthy and professional. These guys seem to have fun, and thats important because you know they love their job. And I dont let anyone work on my Porsche and H1 but these guys I trust.

I brought my 2002 Honda Accord in looking for an exhaust on my insanely loud car. I was referred to them by another mechanic, and when I came to Johns Mark called around town trying to find me an affordable solution. Yesterday I arrived wanting to fix my A/C and I was standing there for 5 minutes and the workers there kept looking at me and didn’t ask If I need help and at first they said they were going to charge me $44 plus some other thing then they said they were going to charge me $150 then they were charging me $984 😡NOT COOL

Me and my husband broke down 400 miles from home . We both run franchise dealerships and John was refered to us by a passer by. Located our issue and no parts where available withhout shipping them. They came up with a idea and a damn good fix to get us on the road. Great guys and honest as they come! Highly recommended and totally affordable.

Originally they seem like they knew what they were doing. But after taking my car in their five different times for the same thing, they would always keep coming up with something else they thought was wrong with it. They would call after a week or two and say it was fixed, just to get home and find out that it wasnt. Almost $1,000 in parts and labor for something that originally only cost me about a hundred and eighty. Im very dissatisfied

A place that charges 60 dollars for a oil change and is super high on other pricing wanted to charge 3000 to swap out a motor went down the street got it done for 600 cash and have had no problems at all and a one year warranty on any part inside the motor

I blew a tire on the motorhome just before the Anderson exit. Made my way to Johns Auto center and he did not have my tire but he put my spare on. He pointed me in the right direction to go and didnt charge us much to put the spare tire on.

The mechanics were very knowledgeable and very honest with what was wrong with my 05 kia car.. Josh and Mark were very customer service friendly and knowledgeable..when I got my vehicle back it drove better than ever before..very affordable..and would recommend this place for anyones vehicle repairs...thanks again for a 100 percent job well done..i will be back if something ever goes wrong with my vehicle again..thanks. I am a particularly hard customer to deal with, I dont trust mechanics. I got confused because I thought one thing was wrong and Marc told me it was another. I talked to him first thing next morning and explained I didnt understand. He put the vehicle on a rack and showed me where I was wrong. No confrontation, he was happy to do it. Good job.

After the dealer messed up my daughters vehicle and refused to fix their mistakes we took to Mark and he has been wonderful to her and honest and respectful. couldnt ask for a better mechanic and well be taking our vehicles to them from now on!
