I woke up to a flat tire on a Saturday, and I called Midas...these guys sent over a tech to blow my tire up so that i was able to go to their shop and get it patched up.It was a brand new tire and Midas patched it up and I was able to drive the rest of my trip. We are traveling from Butler, Missouri to South Padre Island, Texas and unfortunately our cars AC Compressor locked up causing the Serpentine Belt to snap, making the car inoperable. I went in today for an oil change. I’d normally pay $50 for a synthetic oil change at Walmart, but I paid $60 here. However, they inspected every single thing on my vehicle, all my fluid levels, rotated my tires and checked out a few things I told them I’d been concerned with. Josh was very friendly, and he went over my inspection checklist in detail with me. My wait time was only about 35 minutes when they initially estimated an hour, and I’d have been waiting for over an hour at Walmart. It was overall a very nice atmosphere and good customer service. I will definitely use them for all my routine maintenance work from now on!

Took my car for replacing all brake pads and rotors at the shop, then I got annoying brake sound when coming to a complete stop after replacing. The shop tried to fix the issue but they could not figure out. I am very unhappy and disappointed.Dont get me wrong. Staff are friendly and it is a good place to go for checking automotive needs. But I would not go for fixing my car anymore.

Ive been getting my oil changed and brake work done there for 8 years and have bought a few sets of tires from them along the way.About a year ago, I bought a set of tires from there for my wifes Lincoln Navigator that didnt last as long as they should have. I spoke with the owner about this and he contacted the tire manufacturer and they took care of me. I ended up buying another higher rated set of tires from their business and will be buying all my tires in the future from them.Mike is the person I dealt with and he was always very polite and understanding when speaking to me. I cant recommend them highly enough, honestly. A+++++

Have been going to Midas for over 10 years and have always been satisfied with their service,but last Wednesday it all changed when they said they put some new windshield wipers when they didnt.As I was driving home,I used my wipers and noticed they were the same ones I had,so I went back and Garet said He just saw the bill and thought the guy put new ones on.I was thinking,The guy knew he didnt put new wipers on,so why did he charge me anyway? Garet took it off the bill,but I think he mightve known about it and was going to charge me anyway..I dont like to be lied to and wont be going there anymore

Has apparently changed ownership. Will now try to upsell any items they can to unsuspecting customers. Specifically women and my son. I used to trust them to tell me what I DIDNT need. I suggest finding a different shop.

The service was great but they overbooked themselves and I had to reschedule for one of my vehicles. The only reason I pay to have an oil change is for the convenience and that was not convenient.

DISASTER!!! When a 90 minute job stretches into 6 hours something is bad wrong. I liked the OLD Midas Muffler, and was their biggest cheerleader. Stay away from these guys. Do not believe a word they say. If they tell you a job will take 90 minutes, it may actually be all day! Very unhappy and disappointed.

The person working on my vehicle spent so much time talking to the mechanic in the next bay that it added at least 30 minutes to the time it took to finish the job, over 2 hours instead of 1.5, while I stood there watching and waiting.I discovered the next morning that they had removed the air filter in my vehicle during my oil change and failed to reinstall it. When I called and informed them of what they had done and asked what they would do to make it right, I got no apology and was told that I needed todrive back to their shop (25 miles) before they closed and they would install a filter.

What can I say, great people, great service. Great price.

Criminal Negligence mean anything? Im STILL regretting taking my car here. It started making a grinding horrible noise, the lug nuts werent tightened AT ALL!!! That tire was barely hanging on!!! No one has touched those tires since you put them on a few months back - same time you didnt hook up my flex pipe and ruined it. (and told me too bad) My daughter and I had just come back from Texas doing 70 miles an hour with two loose front tires. Does the term criminal negligence mean anything to you? Well you should learn those words for when you get somebody killed. Thx Midas, good job, such wonderful mechanics, Ill let everybody know my poor (and dangerous) choice in auto shops.

Coming here was by far the worst decision. They fixed my tire rods but messed something up causing a light to flash CONSTANTLY. I went back and got the run around, having to make several appointments but the right guy who was suppoced to repair it was not there during that visit. Come back, theyd tell me, hes the one who will fix it. Finally another mechanic said well it might be expensive since its an electrical problem!! When theyre the ones who caused this electrical issue! Wow will never go back & definately do not recommend it.

We had a front end allignment for our 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan before purchasing new tires which Midas didnt have our size in stock but we where able to purchase a set after the allignment

Took my car in for shocks and brakes. While they were under the hood installing the upper portion of the struts, they bent a bracket and broke a plastic clip and failed to tell me about it. I will not be using this place again

Why spending a lot of money at a place where they charge a lot for just an oil change and filter change and brake change and changing struts and can do everything at home by your self and alittle help from YouTube 🤷🏻‍♂️ YouTube helped me a lot and learn more and saving money

Took my car to get aligned and they told me my whole front end had to be replaced for almost $1500. Come to find out it was only one tie rod and got it fixed for $200 somewhere else.

Ruined my car. $$$ for repairs or a new car now.Attached pictures of my 3 day old oil change from them. $10,000 to fix what they ruined.
