This is the second vehicle I’ve had tinted by California Customs. They use the same tint as the dealership which is the best. Don’t waste your time or money on bootleg tinting. I’ve experienced zero bubbling or issues with either of the vehicles I took to California Customs. They set me up for an appointment and I was able to wait for my vehicle while the tinted the front windows. (Driver side and passenger side).Very professional very quick. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend. Had a bigger gas tank put in a 1 ton dually. Has lots of wheels, tires, stereos, brush guards, floor and seat protectors. Just about anything you need for on and off road. Nice people and seem knowledgeable.

The work they do is pretty neat. Dont laugh at um though. Most of um know theyre in Arkansas. Guess they must be homesick. California people sure are sensitive.

Showed up after calling and they said they couldnt take the car because they were too busy. You couldnt have told me that when I called? Also tried to tell my wife it was $600 just for the back window until i called myself.

We bought a stereo system and speakers about 2 months ago when we 1st spotted one of the speakers was not working he said there was nothing wrong with it and he tell us go on your way it is a shame that we have this honor system they told us it was going to take 3 hours to install we never saw the new speakers and we paid him we left we have been there 2 other times its a shame.DO NOT SHOP THERE

They have great customer service. The price might be a little more than others in fort smith. But it’s worth Paying a little more bc it last for a long time. I got a brow tint and window tints done here on my truck I’ve had it now for five years. And there is still nothing wrong with it. I definitely recommend them for any installations regardless how big or small they always do great work. I’ve gone there for all my vehicles.

They did look at the harness wiring and left the a/c disconnected for my trouble! Gave me an extremely high estimate for minimum service. Black lives dont matter at California customs

After buying our 2015 Chevy Equinox last year, that had all of the rear windows tinted, we decided to take it to CC to have the front windows tinted to match. They did such an awesome job that you cant tell it didnt come from the factory that way! Plus, when we had the brow tint put on the front windshield, we took advantage of their warranty offer and I am glad we did. For not too long ago our front windshield got hit by a stone on the highway and cracked. Because we bought the warranty, CC is putting another brow on our new windshield today absolutely free. Cant beat that! I highly recommend CC for all of your tinting needs. Plus, as another reviewer pointed out, they have an awesome wait area!

Weve gotten brow tint put on my husbands truck and our Tahoe. Also tinted the front two windows of our Tahoe and it all looks great. Those fellas do quality work. Highly recommended!

Got my windows tinted here yesterday 09/03/14 on my 2013 dodge dart. Great experience. I had an appointment with TINT PRO and they guy never showed up, called them to see if they could do it and they tinted my windows without an appointment. Took them less then 2 hours to do so and they have a nice waiting area also. Good work for a good price. Highly recommended. Thanks.

I recently took my truck here to have the windows re-tinted after Solar Shields horrible initial attempt. These guys know how to get the job done right and I couldnt be happier, the tint looks fantastic!! They are friendly & very knowledgeable and Id definitely use them again. Highly recommended!!

Took my wifes Tahoe here for window tint on the front windows and a brow on the windshield. Im sure theres places that wouldve done it cheaper, however I heard a lot of great things through word of mouth. I decided to take her truck here and I wasnt disappointed. I dont mind paying the small difference more for a job that is completed the right way the first time. The install was clean and the tint was gapped and cut properly. The show room is very clean and professional while you wait. I got to witness them take care of another customer that had problems with a piece of equipment that she had previously had installed. They were very professional in how they handled it and I feel it says a lot about their customer service. Ill be scheduling another appointment for my truck and would have no problem recommending them to anyone.

Sorry but I had a pretty hard time there today there was a communication breakdown or something and I still have the same problem plus one more extra problem with the check engine light on they gave me another appointment but that took a whole day and went backwards instead of forwards but the shop itself seem cool the people there were cool they just didnt get the right information from the car dealer I guess some days are good some days are bad some days you should stay in bed! LOL

I would let them work on my car again.A few months back I got my windows tinted with them. It was a bit of a wait but their work was superb. I have been driving with my new windows now for months and I do not regret making the decision to let them work on my vehicle. My only complaints are these; their waiting room needs something worth watching on the TV and the chairs are beyond uncomfortable. If you are considering having custom work done, look no further.

We use them for any and all after market custom accessories as well as window tinting and non OEM wheels. After hundreds of dealings, what keeps us returning is the ability to do business with a place locally owned and operated, and their commitment to their work being done at a superior level. Although very rare in my experience, any time there have been even the most minute imperfections, the owner and employees have been quick to correct any problem.

I love this place! They answered all my questions and took good care of me and even gave me a ride to and from work while my car was getting a back up camera and a DVD system. Im a customer for life!

Went to a tint shop across town to get the front two windows on my Ram done, and was told they couldnt do JUST the front two because the rear doors had factory tint (never heard of that). California Customs disagreed, so I used them. Solid price, excellent service, and I will not use anyone else.

Take your business else where. He will quote you a price then once you show up to pay he tells you it took longer than expected and charges you more. Hes been doing this since he started his business in 97. Even on window tint jobs hell say it took longer and charge you more. IF you the business owner and his employees cant figure it out and it took you longer than you thought that shouldnt be on the customer. Its on you and you should eat the costs. So like I said take your business else where itll sound like a good deal but in the end they will charge you more.

Had them tint the windows and put a brow on my 2017 Hyundai Elantra and they did a great job for a reasonable price! Dillon did a great job with service and answered all questions and made for a overall good experience!

I walked in to ask some questions about their services they provided, and products, and was met with unprofessionalism and disrespect. The employees whom were not busy took more than a few minutes to acknowledge that I was even there.First off I know what I can afford, secondly Im thinking that because I just got off work and did not look like i have money I was treated as less than a customer. So I left and went elsewhere and got what I needed. it took a little while for me to do a review but here it is.I wont do business with them for audio or any vehicle needs I have.

The guys at Cali Customs are awesome! They helped me out so much on getting the proper double din to fit my cadi cts! They even took an hour to see if they could get me a better deal on the double din and they did and they did an amazing job putting it in! Forget bestbuy and all those other places and go straight to Cali Customs on highway 71 south and get your ride pimped out! I will definitely go to them again because they really care about you and your car! So happy that I decided to go to Cali Customs! They are the best around town!

I have used California Customs for window tinting on all of my new vehicles since 2003. My most recent visit was yesterday. The service I received was wonderful, the quality of workmanship exceeds my expectations. The film quality is excellent. Before I paid and received my keys back, the sales/customer service representative inspected the tint and recleaned all of my windows making sure I was happy with the work. There are no miscuts, jagged edges or hidden junk in the corners or less visable areas such as around the rear view mirror. My doors and seats were clean and there was no left over mess in my car. When I left, I found a thank you gift in the cup holder... A California Customs air freshener which smells amazing!Great job California Customs! Thank you for loving my new car as much as I do!

Worst company to have any work done for. I will NOT bring anything back to them. 1st off, my buddy owns a shop next door. I dropped my truck off for a simple bedliner install and thats it. I get a call, which I did take a picture of my mileage before and after I picked it up and apparently its .7 miles to get to the back to do a bedliner. I get a call from my buddy saying he sees my truck flying down 71 (being hot rodded) so I dont appreciate that. 2nd off, my tonneau cover thats on my truck, which I installed, was not put back on properly and Ive had to take it completely back off and readjust it. They messed up the tracks on my tonneau cover as well. 3rdly, the guys up at the front counter arent very pleasant to be around and act like they cant stand their job. I will never bring anything back to them.

These guys will just take your money!!! I had them install all type R speakers 6 doors and 1 12 inch R subwoofer two type R amplifiers and Pioneer X8500 bhs head unit... They guaranteed I would never have problems bc of there SEMA car show installer... Was I in for it... So after spending $4700 on my audio Ive had 3 type R subs blow and 2 type R door speakers burn up... Which California customs only replaced the subs 2 twice and said they cant find a problem... So I had to buy another 12 inch type R sub with my own money as they wouldnt replace it... Wow Again people I spent over $4700 on a sound system that still has problems.... They couldve at least helped me out makes me sick... Also they kept my stock 12 Camaro premium speakers amp and sub.. Saying they would find it the next day and call me... Never got a call.... Went back and they said they we gone and had no clue where they went... I would have sued them at the time if I realized what problems I was going to have... There goes my $4700...... Beware people they will screw you!!

So I needed to have some dvd headrest put in so I called California customs i let him no I tried and had no idea what I was doing he got me in the next day I dropped my car off it took 30 minutes to get this done so it ended up costing $45 to do this job everyone else I called wanted a set price of $200 didnt even charge me for parts this is the best company I have ever done business with and will be sending all of my customers his way thank you Rick your the MAN
