Can I give zero stars? My experience with this service department is the worst Ive ever experienced. I paid more than $400 to have a minor seatbelt issue resolved. Not only was the issue not fixed correctly, but the sunroof shade was broken during the repair! (It was already broken the first time I tried to use it that same day after leaving the dealership.) The dealership refused to take responsibility for the $2,400 repair, finally only agreeing to split the cost with me. I watched videos of dismantling the b-pillar as required for the seatbelt repair and I cannot be convinced that replacing the b-pillar trim had no potential to knock the sunroof shade gears off-track. There is a roughly 1 in 720 chance that the dealership did NOT break the sunroof shade. But Orrs service department is bad at statistics and even worse at customer retention. I will not be returning to Orr for service or future purchases.
Looks like my coupon for 15 dollars off was not good enough for them anymore. Im sad that my faith in them has been broken
