Dont even bother. The employees are rude. The lack of customer service is astounding. They change their rules constantly. You are better off going to a locally owned jewelry store that actually cares how the customer is treated.

The service in store was really good but I had to order a ring in my size as well as get my wife’s ring sized which is fine but it’s been a month now of waiting for them to come back in and every single time I call I can’t get an answer. I can call almost 20 times and they’ll never answer. They also don’t offer a voicemail box for call backs either.

My sister and I went to get our rings cleaned and the manager tried to tell my sister that her warranty that she has kept up with for seven year was voided because they didnt enter one of her inspections into their system back in December. She was very rude and not helpful at all. My whole family has gotten their rings from Zales but I will never suggest anyone buy anything from them ever again.

They dont explain the promotion very good for the card. Make sure you read your receipts. It was not explained to me i would be charged a full year of interest if not paid off in time. I had the card down to 300, then over 200 was added back on. I thought interest started after a year. The managers are rude and was rude at the beginning about an insurance matter. They do not want to help customers, they yell at you on the phone. No customer service at all. My ring turns black and tarnishes easy. Was not worth 1000 i am now paying. I will not return.

Iv had nothing but issues out of my engagement ring. After getting my ring back from sizing I didnt even have it a week and a diamond fell out. Ok thats fine stuff like this happens I brought every piece of paperwork to take my ring back receipt, ring description book everything.We send it off to again be resized and to fix the missing diamond. I get my ring back today with no diamond in it. They tell my fiancé they couldnt fix it because I didnt have my paper work when I brought it in. We had to drive back to our home town thats 40 miles away to get the paper work and drive back to fort smith. The solution was to send me home with my broke ring to wear until they could get a display ring sized to my size. Then in the meantime have a ring made to fit me. Which is great however I need explained to me why my ring was sent off for 6 weeks to be sized and a diamond replaced for it to only come back sized. Standard time for sizing is typically 2 weeks. That being said I could have had my ring fixed between now and then. My fiancé purchased the ring November 18 2016 the day I was proposed too. Taken for sizing Monday November 20th 2016. My ring came back December 7th 2016 and then returned to Zales December 14 2016 due to it being too big and a diamond falling out. I have not had my ring since until today January 20th. Thats over a month its be gone to be fixed when it wasnt fixed. Im not happy with my service at Zales. I asked for my money back multiple times because Im so upset with this company. I feel the only way I would be ok with being without my engagement ring longer than Iv been engaged is to have my diamond upgraded with my ring custom to fit my finger.
