I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS.If I could leave a 0 stars I would for the following reasons.Went in to purchase a Sub Compact tractor with backhoe, front loader, and belly mower. Informed salesman I was willing to pay the full amount that day. When I asked the salesman if he would walk out to the tractor I was looking at to answer some questions he did not make any attempt to go outside. Instead he stayed at his desk. When asked about delivery, he stated it would add $280 to the charge. He would not reduce the amount except by $100 even though I was not using financing.I will say that this is not the way to represent a company or make a sale.

Logan Tabor was so helpful in assisting me in purchasing a zero turn 300 series John Deer. I have never experienced such a friendly, caring and fast service in my purchase. They did the paperwork, the delivery making my experience stress free. I did not even have to leave my home. I knew what I wanted and they took care of me. Thank you so much for all that you do. We love our mower.

We had a great experience with P&K Equipment at the Fort Smith location. Our salesman, Logan, was very helpful getting us setup with exactly what we needed, never once pushy, and took the time to work out the numbers for us multiple times until we found what we wanted for sure. It was a very painless, smooth transaction. He went above and beyond even after the sale to correct an issue for us with some missing lift arm pins on our box blade and got them to us ASAP. The service guys were great to work with getting things setup, installed, and sorted out on our equipment as well. I was also very appreciative of the service tech, Aaron Hitchcock, for taking the time to show me how to remove and install the backhoe attachment properly. He made sure I knew exactly what to do, and how to do it safely. Overall I was very impressed with the whole group and will most definitley be doing business with them again in the future.

I asked about 15% discount on item I bought and they said that was last month, it is on their advertising on the phone when on hold. I was told I would have to call corporate.. no one takes any responsibility anymore just hurry up and get out, not friendly service. Wont be back.

Bought a Kubota Zero turn diesel mower from pkequipment and I took it out for the first time since it was shipped to me, I purchased this during the winter months. When I purchased this mower I was told by my sale rep that it was all serviced up, gone through and working great. Took my new mower out for a test drive, 10 minutes later engine ceased up and found that their was no antifreeze in coolant compartment or radiator at all!! I definitely learned a hard lesson you can not trust any ones word that this mower was suppose to have been good to go. They also will not stand behind their customer service and told me there was nothing they would do after just spending $5000, and now I have a engine to replace for just as much as the machine itself cost. I am a business owner of 2 separate businesses and I would NEVER just walk away from a customer without trying our best to make things right. Not good business practice at all! Beware of this business, I would put no star but was not an option.

Great experience. Called two other P&K’s (Muskogee, and McAlester) and was treated like I wasn’t a priority because i was buying a lower end mower (E120). Needed the mower to get delivered quickly, and called fort smith at the end of the day after talking to the other place all day and the guys a fort smith fixed me up and had me going with out one bit of BS! Really appreciate it!

Weve bought our tractor, implements, trailer, and a gator from Logan at P&K over the past two years. Logan is extremely friendly and helpful, and the reason we came back for the gator. Wed been in other places looking for tractors, including other John Deere dealerships, where I was treated like a nobody simply because I wasnt buying a $100,000 piece of equipment. Logan treated us like customers should be treated.

Horrible customer service! Bought a mower from them and started it up. It started blowing black smoke instantly and engine ceased up. Called them to let them know we’d be looking at replacement of new motor, they said there was nothing they could do for us after spending $5000.00. Unsatisfied customer is a bad business practice. Beware of this place!! Would not recommend them

They picked up my JD mower, fixed it, cleaned it, (I thought it was the wrong mower because it was so clean) and brought it back. Now I use this mower hard (5 acres weekly, some times more) so when it quit I figured that was it. Spider Webb narrowed it down, fixed it, brought it back and all at a price that blew me away. You guys are awesome!!!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Life out here is quite hard, you guys made it easier. God Bless you.

I guess I was non existent. Stood waiting to check out with a can of gas and oil mixture. Others come in and get checked out. Continuing to wait. Really poor service. No acknowledgment, “will be right with you”. Customer care needs improved big time!

Guy on the sales floor wasnt that great. He had no product knowledge, was to rude and kept trying to write my ticket up for more than it was supposed to be. Four stars because the guys at the parts counter and the lady helping them were awesome!

Purchased a baler from Logan. Excellent service before and after the sale. Logan even traveld with the delivery guy to make sure we were all set and answered questions.We also recieved excellent customer service from Chuck and Tyler in parts dept.We had called Logan about a month earler for pricing and questions, Logans enthusiasm was the same as when we called a month prior to the day we did the deal which is why we puurchased from himGreat job! Took mower to shop on 9/10 or 9/11 2019. Asked for a new belt, level the deck fix the parking brake.they called ao 9/13 quoted $350 including new set of blades. i declined service due to not wanting to spend that much, agreed to pick up mower.the shop charge for telling me i need new blades would be $50. i figured i might as well have them install the belt. i called them back Sep 16 asking for belt to be installed, hoping it would be for $50 labor charge would be included since i only declined service that i never requested.I went to pick up mower on Sept 24th, they seemed to be confused when trying to receive the invoice from computer. it was beginning to rain so I offered to return the following week to pick up mower.On Sept 30th I tried to pick up mower, when trying to retrieve the invoice it did not include the cost of the belt only the original $50 labor charge even though I agreed to purchase and install belt 2 weeks prior. the service lady seemed to confused but said the mower was ready and she wasnt worried about belt because it has now been at shop for almost 3 weeks just to install a mower deck belt.As the mower was started to load on my truck it had a loud and unknow clanging sound, so once again i left the mower there. i became upset because 20 days after leaving mower really only hopping to get a mower belt installed it was not ready.stopped by the managers office on my way out left my name and number.Called back on Oct 2 and was told the mower was ready, the manager said i wrote down wrong number when i gave to him. my handwriting is not great so that could be why he did not call me.My phone number as listed on invoice is an old number so it is resonable as to why they could not call except the mechanic did call on Sept 13 using my current cell which I gave as I left mower.the time period between when i left mower and told it was ready was from 9/10/2019- 10/2/2019 my initial request was to install belt, level deck, repair parking brake.I am hopeful belt will be installed and i will live without the other items repaired. i assume the unlevel mowing could be because blade issues. the lawn mower blades that the mechanic said needed to changed were john Deere oem blades purchased on 7/11/2019. I am unaware of any issues that would have damaged the blades in the prior month or so before taking to the shop, that is why i was skeptical when quoted price including new blades, but i may have hit a dirt mound or tree debris.Hopefully the mower is working

Worst experience buying equipment... I dont think I will ever recommend this place to family and friends. 😡😤🖕🏼Husband bought product from them...they quoted him a price over the phone, tried to back out of it after he gave them creditcard info and having someone there to pick up the product. Finally agrees to honor their quote. Tells our friend the product fired up and runs good. Friend then takes it straight from them to my husband. Husband trys starting it... It wont start. Opens gas tank and smells parts cleaner. Brings it home and works damn near two hours to get it cleaned out and back to working order. Where is the honor there? Jackasses need a corporate attitude adjustment.

This is Danny Johnson with River Valley Lawncare Services. Mike Stewart is great to work with. As long as hes there theyll have my business. Jimbo and Kevin in the service dept are top notch. Wouldnt buy my equipment or have it serviced anywhere else. I was again in there today in sort of a crisis situation with muitlple lawns left to mow and Jimbo and Kevin had me fixed and ready to go in under 15 minutes. Amazing service. Just simply amazing.
