Went thru drive thru. Wanted a bag of ice and liquor. They have always gave us the ice thru the drive thru. Not this time! Boo!

Staff was pleasant and there were plenty of workers that they were very helpful in directing you to the area you were looking for and able to get you in and out the door with as little time waisted as possible. Staff also knowledgeable about the products they were selling.

We had a mixup with our order. When we returned to rectify the situation the owner came out to my car to address us and make things right. He didnt have to, he chose to. He came, thanked us, dealt with the situation and resolved the issue. I mean how much better service can you get? These guys are professional from start to finish. My experiences have been fantastic and even through these hard times, they still serve us to be fullest. Thank you so much On The Border. You guys ROCK!!! Very accommodating. Asked for something most places do not have and they got it for me. Wide variety to choose from and the staff is very friendly. Wouldnt go anywhere else to get my spiritual needs.

They have a decent selection, if perhaps a little pricey. Their posted hours are until midnight on Fridays, yet twice I have gone by at 11:45, only to find the doors locked. Otherwise, it is a nice, clean, and organized operation with mostly friendly staff.

Great selection, only place Ill go to buy what I need. Staff is super helpful and always friendly. They will special order things if they dont have it in the store . We have wine ordered once a month for my grand father through them, after he had issues with order from another store, it kept comming in broken. This store has never had an issue its always in tacked and delivery is on time. cant say enough how our family appreciates this store and its staff.

Went in today at 10:30 and some chick yelled out of her car at my wofe and i that they were closed (even though says its open until 11) and then yelled something about come back tomorrow were leaving and drove off. Super unprofessional and aggrivating to think that store hours are posted but not enforced and that instead of coming over and explaining the situation felt it was ok to just yell halfassedly at us an excuse
