Completed my body shop repairs in less time then originally planned.

I had a front collision on my 2015 black widow editon Silverado and was sent here by my insurance company. After a 5200.00 estimate to replace the front grill, bumper and lights the work was completed in little over a week. I was out of town and my wife sent m pics of the work. The front bull bar was scratched and dented so we complained and they replaced it at no cost. This was in May of 2017. A year later I see paint pealing off my bumper at the bottom and off my grill in certain spots. This should NOT be happening after only a year later. This is due to not properly missing the paint and bonding application or crappy work. I have called, emailed and left messages but not one response. We all know the dealer is usually higher but I didn’t care about the price just wanted quality work. I suggest to anyone avoid their collision center and focus on a body shop that specializes in repairs! Not happy and will never go back!

Rick Ruschmeier and his team of professionals applied a spray on truck bed liner in my new 2014 Silverado. I felt very comfortable with this service and their performance exceeded my expectations.The bed liner is extremely durable and I have no doubts it will withstand the work load that I will give it. I’ve already carried a load of scrap metal and a 300 pound cast iron tub in the bed with no damage to the bed liner. People were friendly but I’m not sure about the work. Less than a month after my repair was done the same piece on my car came off again. No one wanted to help me at that point. Frustrated but I guess it could have been worse.
