Store was clean and well staffed. They were accommodating when we asked for a fresh scooper to be used for our daughters ice cream (she has a tree nut allergy). The ice cream was SO GOOD and the Creature Creations were a hit with the kids!

A young gentleman named Dayton like Dayton Ohio was the most awesome gentleman I have ever encountered some of the best customer service skills I have seen in a long time especially for a young gentleman he was absolutely wonderful he took awesome care of me he knew his products he recommended great ice cream flavors and my 2-year-old nephew dropped his and he was so wonderful that he even made another one and didnt even charge me extra for it I cannot express to you how wonderful my experience has been at the Baskin-Robbins in uptown station and thanks to him he made my night absolutely wonderful

It’s the last night of our vacay at the beach. So we decided for a last hurrah at BR. Great ice cream and the staff, all a bunch of teenagers, we’re great and friendly. They were busy but good hard workers. Good job!

Great ice cream place for a good price compared to others. Tyler was the name of the person who served us ice cream. It was in the middle of a rush and he seemed to keep a hospitable attitude! This guy deserves a raise

Being as Im from out of town, I rely on my son and daughter, who live in this area to take me to great places to eat. Baskin Robbins in Fort Walton Beach has to get top marks. Forget the diet while on vacation, this place has the most delicious bowls of the ice cream you love to partake of while on vacation, or just because, and all the most delicious toppings to put on top that your taste buds will relish! Big selection of ice cream flavors, including dairy free and fat free. Prices are pretty good compared to other ice cream places. Workers were nice and the place was clean. We will be back

Don’t bother paying cash!! After waiting for a long line of cars and ordering around $30 worth of ice cream, they wouldn’t except a $50 bill?!?! Which is the only thing I had. I said, “I know you have $18 in change you can give me.” Theres a sign on the payment window, but not on the order screen. Their reason is because of counterfeits.... they will not accept a bill over $20!!?? So I guess I’ll remind my bank to only give me $20s for vacation? I run multiple retail stores back home, and receive multiple $50s and $100s every single day and over 15 years have received only 3 counterfeit bills, and 2 of them were actually $20’s not a large bill. The one $100 we received was such a bad counterfeit, it was laughable. We used it as a lesson to our staff and haven’t made the mistake again. Do your customers a favor and train your employees to use a counterfeit pen, counterfeit bill detector (they are like $125 on Amazon) / whatever you need. You do plenty of business to have the change for larger bills. Your in the hospitality business, not the customer inconvenience business. Horrible business policy

So happy they are back open! This was amazing. And the clerk even sanitized the scoops for me because my husband has a chocolate allergy!

First n last time ! Got a banana royal what a waste of $ cup was a third full of ice cream n basically was whip cream ! If this is what you get for 6 or 7$ I wont be be back ! The picture shows cup over filled and mine barely was even with top n mostly whip cream ! Will be a long time returning if ever !

Went today and they refused to honor two national promotions. They also refused to give us their names or corporate number or franchise number. Do not waste your time or money here, the other BRs in the area will honor promotions.

Went here for an ice cream date with my daughter. Everything was great until she had to go to the bathroom. I had my infant son in his car seat as well and showed her the bathroom and said I had to get our stuff and to go ahead into the one person bathroom. I grab my son and purse and go knock on the door to check on my daughter and A BASKIN ROBBINS EMPLOYEE OPENS THE DOOR! WHY is there someone I don’t know in the bathroom ALONE with my child?! If you are an adult cleaning a bathroom and a child comes in, just leave. There was no reason she needed to stay in there, she could’ve touched my child or taken pictures! The only reason she left was because I pushed my way in once she opened the door! DO NOT support this store! When I spoke to the manager she told me to calm down and none of them felt there was anything wrong with the situation... I’m in disbelief that anyone would think it’s okay to stay in a one person restroom with a child alone. Calling corporate to make sure they’re aware of what’s going on here!

Delicious creamy ice cream. Lots of flavors in fact there were two glass cases full. They make ice cream cakes as well as drinks, Sundays and of course cones or cups waffle cones old fashioned sugar cones. Very affordable place to go.

Great selection of ice cream and great service. Plus its in a convenient location. Great place to take family and friends. The prices are fair as well.

Every time I come, it’s very clean inside. I feel like the employees are on top of standards with keeping the environment clean. The drive thru is relatively fast as well as the inside. I’ve been coming here since I was 7 and I’m currently 24. The service has always been pretty good. I’m hoping they can expand non dairy options soon

I went to the FWB Location to get ice cream for my employees. I asked about the pricing for the day and they informed that they were not honoring the National Special for it being the 31st. Which is $1.70..

I have seen those people eating the ice cream samples there. My husband definitely would believe you my have taken advantage of him. Children do not need to work either, but Baskin Robbins free cone once a weeknight was personal and community favorite!!!! Still going on during the year sometimes I hope.

Losing out on business to only have the drive thru open and what seems like one person inside working.

Havent been here in several years. Thought we would give it a try. The pros are our server was pleasant and my ice cream was good. The cons however, outweigh the pros. Upon walking in, we noticed the floors were pretty much filthy. There was some sort of melted ice cream/cone/? On the front of one counter and running to the floor. Then upon approaching the ice cream case I see a long black hair on the inside of the glass.Seeing as there were three employees at the time, someone should have been staying on top of the cleanliness and appearance....the floors, glass doors, display cases, glass windows...too many dirty hand prints.This is my home town and hopefully it will bring it up a notch.

The staff were very nice. It was later in the evening but they were quite busy.I did notice the floors were pretty dirty considering it was not a rainy day. But maybe they mopped right before the crowd came.The only other thing that had me a little frustrated was the different flavors of ice cream are on two separate sides. So I didnt notice the second side until after I had already chosen & received my cone from the first side.Overall, I would choose to go again.

Their Cappuccino Blasts are refreshing. I love the seasonal Pumpkin Cheesecake in a regular Cappuccino Blast (no whip).

I ordered a two scoop hot fudge sundae. As there wasnt much gold medal ribbon left. I asked him if there were two scoops of it. He proceeded to dip it up. When he handed it to me, the cup was less than 1/3 full. I told him that wasnt near as much as I had gotten the last time I was there. He just ignored me. It certainly wasnt worth $6. I wont be back!

Stopped by this afternoon to place an order for an ice cream cake for my wifes birthday on Tuesday. I was told by a staff member they were no longer accepting ice cream cake orders until sometime next week because they were too backed up.Thanks for the outstanding customer service Baskin Robbins. Absolutely the most ridiculous service on the face of the earth! Stood there for 5 min+ just to finally be recognized by the staff 2 ft away, but apparently one question is their capacity. About 5morevery min of awkwardly standing there decided to take it upon myself to let the other guy know we were ready. Order: 1 scoop(bowl) + 1 milkshake. Said itd be one sec.for milkshake, so we sat down. Small store so very obvious where we were. 10min later we realize the guy had just placed the milkshake by the register. No acknowledgemention or hey your order is ready.. apparently any greeting, communication whatsoever is below their pay grade. Wont be back. Pathetic! Too bad my condo is in its backyard practically but Ill get into traffic & construction before I ever go back! Doesnt even deserve 1-star.

Chaotic when busy. Employees argued with customers over who placed an order and when. They had no idea what was going on. They didnt even know who had paid and we could have just walked out with free ice cream (we didnt). No organization. Small building gets crowded fast.

I came to buy an ice cream cake here and the cashier asked me if I wanted anything written on the cake. I thought, Why not? So I said to write, Happy Birthday.After I left the store, I looked at the receipt which said, Cake Message - $4.00.Theyre going to sell cakes, charge extra for something that is EXPECTED to come with the cake, not tell me that its an additional charge, and then make this little message cost $4? I could have bought icing and done the same thing for less than half that price. What a joke.

Fast service and good quality ice cream. Sometimes a little crowded in the summertime, but the line goes fast. Inside and outside seating, and a small playground outside.

After spending a few hours at the beach with the fam, everyone wanted to get ice cream so we decided to hit this Baskin-Robins on the way back to the house. The drive thru moved but I cannot day enough about the customer service!Since I arrived in Florida for vacation, it seems that everyone here is terrible at customer service so this visit to get ice cream was a breath of fresh air.Apart from the long line in the drive thru ( which is to be expected when it’s sunny and 94 degrees) and the low volume of the speaker, I have no complaints.The cashier at the window was very friendly and got us out of there right away. Definitely recommend this place!
