DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT PURCHASE ANY ITEMS FROM THIS STORE I WAS CHEATED OUT OF MY MONEY FROM THE EMPLOYEES (TANGUY). JUST TO MAKE A LIQUIDATION SALE. I ASKED FOR A EXTERNAL HARD DRIVE AND THEY SOLD ME A WIRELESS ROUTER WHEN I CALLED THEY HUNG UP ON ME AFTER I RETURNED TO THE STORE LESS THAN AN HOUR LATER, EXPLAINING TO THEM THAT THE PRODUCT WAS NOT WHAT I REQUESTED THEY SAID ALL SALES ARE FINAL EVEN THOUGH THEY SOLD ME THE WRONG PRODUCT. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE THE SALES ARE NOT EVEN DISCOUNTED ENOUGH TO JUSTIFY ANY OF THERE POLICIES. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS RUDE AND HAVE A LACK COMMON KNOWLEDGE IN THERE FIELD OF WORK. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE. I AM NOT EVEN THE TYPE TO LEAVE BAD REVIEWS BUT I WAS HONESTLY CHEATED AND SCAMMED BY THE EMPLOYEES AT THIS STORE.

I called this store to inquire if they had an item in stock. The associate asked if I could hold and I said yes. The associate assumed that he had placed me on hold when actually they did not as I could hear everything in the background. There were a couple of in store sales and some moments of silence which I loudly said Hello to get the attention of the closest person. After roughly fifteen minutes of being on hold, my level of frustration was low. My level did not rise until the original associate informed a new shift starting associate about the status where he said and he is holding for inquiries on two items and proceeds to tell the new associate that he is logging out. Now we are past the twenty+ minute mark and I am like OK, the new associate is going to pick up the phone and address my inquiry. How mistaken I was. Another five minutes passes and the new associate does not pick up the phone to even acknowledge the call. By this time I am flabbergasted at the situation. #LostSale #LostCustomet

Terrible customer service I do not recommend buying anything from this store. The employees are not even educated in there department. There customer service is so bad the only positive review was written by there own employee Tanguay Gnideou. No wonder why the business is closing they have terrible customer service and try to cover there tracks with fake reviews written by there employees, which is also illegal. Scam

A 5 star for the cheerfulness even when selling out the entire store.
