My vehicle was slow to start recently, so I dropped in to see if they could diagnose my battery as good or bad for me. After it was determined the battery was the problem, the gentleman working the front and helping me noticed that the battery in my vehicle (type: 24F) was different than what was coming up in the vehicle make/model tool he was using. Instead of just selling me a 24F battery anyway, he reached out to the battery company and asked why the application was suggesting a different battery type (34R) and inquired if they were interchangeable in my particular make and model. After a few minutes, it was determined that the 24F is designed for my 2007 Camry V6 and after paying, I went on my way. The service was outstanding.Note: They do not install the battery for you, which is very simple to do yourself, but be aware. This minor inconvenience is well worth the trade off for knowledgeable and honest service.

Still the best place to get an alternator or starter repaired. My last starter was unrepairable but they had one for my nearly 50 year old skid steer loader. I always go to have mine rebuilt by Midwest which used to be known as Barneys.

Bar none, THE best in the business. Rather than going to get a new made in China piece of crap, I took my alternator here to be rebuilt. Not only does it function like new, its looks like new and the price was very reasonable. Couple all of that with the fact that it was about an hour turn around with knowledgeable, friendly staff and you just cant do any better. Very pleased.

They have no customers service skills. Talks to people like they are a child. I tell him the engine that my starter came off of and he asked a question that didnt make sense like what is the engine in since I already told him the engine I didnt understand the question and after I told him he proceeded to say there you go lIke Im a 5 year old. There are other people out there that are willing to treat me like an adult so I will go elsewhere.
