The guy was extremely rude and even yelled at me when I brought a car back from a previous repair. Would NOT recommend.

Great company. Repaired my windshield in 2013 and did a warranty service today! No charge! They stand behind their product and warranty! Staff was pleasant, friendly and helpful!

I stopped by Majic glass on 11/30/20 to have a recent stone chip looked at. Paul was most helpful and professional. He buffed windshield out and told me that I didnt need any repairs done. I totally appreciated his honesty and will recommend and use Majic glass for any future needs.

Replaced my passenger door glass. They even found underlying issues and fixed them. Good quick and pretty good dudes.

Guy on the phone was rude and condescending when I called about a quote. Going so far as to laugh at me on the phone when I wasnt satisfied with the price he quoted me since Id already found it cheaper. My auto insurance recommended me to go through this company Ive already called them and told them he will never touch my vehicle even if theres an accident and they want to send it to him just because of the phone conversation.

I recently had a rock fly up and nick my front windshield. I went to Magic Glass and had the owner survey the damage; after which he said he could repair it and I made an early appointment for the next day. The following day I met with the owner early in the morning and he had it repaired in less than an hour. I was very pleased with the service and the cost was very reasonable. If I have any need in the future for auto glass repair, I will give Magic Glass my business.

The guy i spoke with was very rude to me over the phone. Didnt even bother to listen to what I had to say on what my car needed or what I felt the problem was. then he hangs up on me but befor he does, he says i dont have time for your kind anyways today. If thats the kind off ppl you want to do business with then Godbless. Magic Glass Inc will never get my business nor will i EVER recommend them to anyone.

Very rude/condescending tone on the phone. Not paying someone to act like that on the phone as a first impression. Gut check said no. Hang up. So yeah my review is only for about 30 seconds on the phone. Maybe they had a bad day for the first time ever and Im the anomaly.
