Buyers Beware! Went in the dealership to look at a vehicle that was clearly marked as L Certified. I looked at this car on two different occasions. The first time we could not reach an agreement as the price was about $2500 over any close competitor. They lowered the price of the car so I went back to look at it again and increase my offer. They clearly knew who I was and the vehicle I was interested in. I make an offer and the manager countered which I was willing to accept. Neither the manager nor the sales rep ever mentioned that the warranty WAS NO LONGER INCLUDED. They took the certification off (even though it was clearly marked on their website as certified and the sales guy even pulled it up on his computer). So they were never going to tell me the valuable warranty was no longer included because of the price change. That to me feels a whole lot like a scam. I do not expect this from a Lexus dealership. When I asked them about it they just acted like the warranty never even existed. I see now why this dealership and the rest of the Rohrman dealerships have such a bad reputation in this town. And Jim the sales rep is completely clueless and has no interest in selling a vehicle. My business will be taken elsewhere. I recommend not doing business with this dealership.
Terrible experience at this dealership. Service advisor, Wade, was condescending and rude. They claim to do an inspection during oil changes, which clearly did not happen. They didn’t mention the shaking steering wheel when braking, which would have been evident from driving it. They didn’t check filters or any of the fluids. No car wash either. There is just an overall lack of care. It’s the opposite experience of the Toyota Dealership just 50 yards away. The Rohrman’s should address this blemish. Also the most lackluster waiting room of any “luxury” dealership.
GM is a Joke. Kyle Coleman will quote you payments at 20% and force his finance managers to jam 5k of back end product down your throat without asking. When you call to cancel he will instruct employees to ignore your request. #2 is in charge and he’s trying to step out of #1’s shadow. Scary. Stay far far far away from anyone with the name of Rohrman.
I’d like to preface this by saying I have bought 4 cars and leased 1 from Lexus of Fort Wayne, all without issue. After this experience, I will never purchase a vehicle from any Lexus ever again.I wanted to purchase a 2021 IS 300 AWD fully loaded with Carmel interior and Caviar exterior as an early Christmas present to my wife.I had contacted Lexus of Fort Wayne in early August of 2020. They had promised several different dates but we ended up not receiving the vehicle until January 14th 2021. It had been sitting at a dealership in New Jersey for months prior and although we told them this, they kept blaming shipping containers being stuck in the ocean although they did end up getting it from New Jersey. They had kept bringing up the price of getting it from one dealership to another which we think is what was keeping them from doing it to begin with.After receiving the the car for the purchase price of $45,500.00 my wife began having problems starting her vehicle shortly thereafter which is of course strange seeing that it is a brand new vehicle. We took the vehicle in on March 18th so she only had the car we waited on for over 5 months for slightly over 1 month.After only having the vehicle for 1 month it has now been back in the possession of Lexus of Fort Wayne for over a month as today is April 20th.We were told the vehicle would be ready April 1st, April 14th and now they are saying it won’t be ready until June 2nd.I have called to speak with the new general manager several times but to no avail. I have left messages, other times the people tell me they don’t know how to transfer me to him and although I call frequently he is somehow always in a meeting.At the very least, I’d like a discounted rate on a car payment that I pay $800.00 a month on. I think in this case, with the car being brand new and not having it for this long of time, the payments should be waived completely until we have it back in our possession and it is working properly, at a new $45,500.00 car should.A company that I had only sung praises of has now become my new nightmare. I would even text with casually the old owner and employees of the dealership and it went from feeling so personal to the most snobbish, pretentious, unethical and rude people I have ever dealt with.I’d also like to note that when we first took the vehicle in for a repair I assumed it would be something that would take no longer than a week or two and I was in the market to buy a second Lexus. They have had no problem calling me for months in regards to purchasing another vehicle but when it comes to getting a hold of anyone we’re trying to speak with anyone about our current vehicle they refuse.I was very interested in their new LS Hybrid which would have came to over $100,000.00. I will now be going to Mercedez and have already placed my call for their 2022. The difference has already been such a breath of fresh air.I can no longer say that I recommend Lexus. Not only Lexus of Fort Wayne but Lexus in general as I used to consider at the most reliable vehicle but it obviously is not. I would not have spoke about this publicly had they been willing to make this right with me but after waiting this long and giving them plenty of time to make this right, I have decided to go public.
I had to bring in my 2002 Lexus SC430 for a recall on the airbags. Lexus made it as easy as I could possibly have been. they even offered my wife a loaner which we didnt really need but it was greatly appreciated. I will not hesitate to return here for future services

Horrible. Wasted a whole bunch of my time negotiating on a car that was already sold to someone else. Salesperson was nonchalant and unresponsive. I had to message another employee just to see the spec sheet. I won’t include their name but seems like I’m not the only one that’s had issues with this individual. I’m disappointed to say the least. No wonder most people dread the process of purchasing a vehicle. With salespeople like the one at this dealership, it makes the process all the more daunting. Will never go back to this place

I had a great experience, which is a rarity when buying a car. I would highly recommend doing business with Jim Hooper. He went over and above to secure my 2019 rx350. I had a ton of questions and a difficult schedule but he made sure I was able to get all my questions answered and was able to get my wife and I into our car on a Saturday, which happened to be after the banks had closed! The service performed on my Lexus was fine, but I need to go back and have the light reset which is inconvenient.My car was returned promptly and the best cleaning I’ve ever gotten there.The loaner vehicle was ready, clean and pleasant.The staff was very professional.I deducted one star because I missed the level of graciousness that always accompanied my services. I’ve been a Lexus owner for well over a decade, so I’m very familiar with the level of service I receive at Lexus. This time instead of flipping my keys and heading out the door I needed to produce a coupon...I can’t say I appreciated that. Next I had to show my license and scan my insurance information. Routine for most, but never at Lexus, nor Volvo, nor BMW. I was unprepared with my documents and had to dig for a coupon! All of which put not only myself, but a staff who was inundated with incoming service requests, behind schedule.I still like my Lexus, but I’m not a fan of the new management style I experienced today. It’s closer to a Ford type experience now.
When I first arrived to the dealership I could not get any service even though I was genuinely interested in a vehicle they had, and was ready to buy. Keith my sales advisor I had was very condescending and rude. I was going to buy the vehicle I came to the dealership for until I realized how poor his attitude with me was. I took my business elsewhere and purchase another car.
Needed emergency safety check on my Ct200H while passing thru town after hitting a deer. The service team there, including Zach and Luke, were great. They got me in and out quickly and back on the road. Also followed up to make sure I wasnt having any issues the next day. Amazing customer service and thankful their was a Lexus in town. Thanks!

We scheduled an appointment to test drive a vehicle, when we opened the door it reeked of cigarette smoke. It was also very dirty inside and you could tell they didn’t clean it before we took it out for a test drive. After we purchased the vehicle, we were sent to accounting for the loan. We had already gotten a deal from the bank with the salesman, but the accountant had no clue and actually had a different bank loan application. Clearly no communication....We were told by the salesman to call and schedule an appointment to get the car deodorizer and a stain taken care of inside of the car as well as a few scratches on the outside. We called and scheduled an appointment however, when we got there, no one was aware that we were supposed to be there that day. We tried to call the salesman several times and he did not answer. When we got to the dealership, tons of salesman and workers walked right past us never even offered to help or anything. It’s very upsetting spending thousands on a vehicle and this is how you get treated.

I would not recommend this dealership. They were able to handle basic service for my vehicle but anything more than that, they were not helpful or seemed willing. I was very disappointed in the way we were treated especially by the service manager. We had to go to a dealership two hours away to get someone to be willing to look further into our service issue and to feel appreciated by the dealership. Extremely disappointed and will not be back.

Prices are very fair. I had service done on my car and felt they did a good job. I thought they were nice and friendly. I had a choice to go to Toledo or Fort Wayne. Toledo was about 30 miles closer. Toledo could get me in a lot sooner but they could not do all the work as they do not fix wheels. The only room for improvement was it was kind of hard getting a hold of people and hard to get in. It’s a small shop. I think they are very busy for how small it is. You may have to wait a week to get in.
This was my first experience with the Lexus service department and it was wonderful. They looked into my warranty, set me up with a loaner and completed the work within 24 hrs of my initial call. Couldn’t be more pleased with the service. Wade is awesome!! Thank you!

I found a 2016 Lexus LS online (I live 100 miles away) and requested info. I was promptly contacted by Jim Hooper and he was very helpful, answered all of my questions about the vehicle and took info on my trade-in. He was informative and not high pressure.In 20 min, we arranged a “tentative” deal on both the new car and trade-in and scheduled a convenient time to for me to make the 2hr drive to complete the transaction. When I arrived, the car had been cleaned and it was exactly as described by Jim, with one surface scratch that was not noticeable. Jim had all the paperwork prepared upon arrival, they inspected my car and gave me the value quoted over the phone.I was in and out of the dealership in 90 minutes and for the first time, felt like I got a very fair deal, great service and a rare, but enjoyable and professional experience. Our Lexus is a great SUV but this place let us down. No one but this dealership ever rotated and balanced the tires. Went in there for new tires this summer (Latitudes by Michelin again). Shortly after driving the car 100 miles or so I noticed the brakes pulsing when we braked. Took it back, explained the problem to the service rep and the tech. They would not make it right, instead they gave me a $350 estimate to turn the rotors. They said that the wheels were torqued properly and the pulsing was caused by hard driving this vehicle. I left and will not return for service or a new Lexus when we are ready. This vehicle is not driven hard.... improper torquing the wheels causes rotor warp.

Wade did an exceptional job taking care of the recent maintenance on my RX. He is very thorough, detailed, knowledgeable and has a great customer attitude. He completed the work thoroughly, was able to find a coupon for me and texted me to ask about additional services BEFORE he performed them. Both he and Zach are a real credit to Fort Wayne Lexus and a big part of why I now only drive Lexus vehicles.

I had to find a new Lexus dealer because the two germain Lexus dealers in Columbus, Ohio were a horrible experience. I live Between Fort Wayne and Columbus. I have an RC and an RX. I had a couple of issues with the suv Zach and Damien took care of the car really well. My problems were all Addressed in A-day and 1/2 they gave me a loaner it was quick in-and-out very satisfied thank you guys.

Wade was excellent at communicating throughout and flexible with the loaner. The car wash was really lousy...spots all over exterior including mirrors. It appears that they did not vacuum. Since this is all that is visible to me about the service performed it makes me question the quality of the maintenance and brake work that is not visible to me. It causes doubts ....????

The complimentary wash and vac with every service is a bonus. I have been to other service centers and I feel like Lexus really treats my car with care. Nothing bad to say. My car was serviced for the 40,000 miles. Met Zack who signed it in and there is s nice waiting area with TV. Zack sent me a message making sure I did not need anything!Service was fast and price reasonable.I will be going back for my 45,000 mile service!
I took my Lexus RX350 in for an 90,000 mile service check. It was accomplished quickly and efficiently. The service manager had everything ready for me both when I arrived for my appointment and when I picked up my vehicle. I am very pleased with their service and commitment to customers.

I brought my car in for a recall.Unfortunately the Wi-Fi went down and they were not able to do the recall work until the next day so they had to keep my car overnight until the following afternoon, thankfully they gave me a loaner car for the duration. I had plans to go to Indy the second day, so it was definitely an inconvenience waiting and juggling appointments.Thanks to the service department for taking care of the issue and cleaning my windows. .

Lexus was a wonderful place to shop prior to the new ownership. Now the level of accommodation when taking a vehicle in for service has fallen apart, the “manager” when told we would be in to pick up a forgotten item in the rental we received claimed it wasn’t there, (it was he hadn’t checked) called back and stated they did have our property and we could swing by, they failed to turn off the warning lights after the service requiring yet ANOTHER return to the dealership, then they only turned off 1 of the service lights out of 4. THEN we attempted to go look at cars on the sales lot and their staff just decided it was ok to close 40 min early.Horrific management. Argumentative staff. I recommend elsewhere.

Its a smaller dealership than Im used to seeing as how Fort Wayne isnt a big town, but regardless of size, I still get the level of service Id get from a larger dealership and then some. Glad its so close to my house too and easy to get to off of I-69. Extra bonus: Toyota is right there too for my xB!

I was looking for a new vehicle and literally was looking at a lot of SUVs, Traverse, Sorento, and the Lexus RX 350 L. After many searches, I did an online chat after I narrowed down my choice. I ended up at Lexus of Ft. Wayne. They had the color preferences I wanted, a light color exterior and interior. The later is very hard to find for some reason. I drove up to Ft. Wayne to drive the RX 350 L. As I drove by the dealership, I saw the perfect color for me...Satin Cashmere Met! I thought I wanted a white exterior until I saw this Satin Cashmere Met. It came with a lighter interior as well. Win Win The personnel there at Lexus of Ft. Wayne were excellent. Keith made my experience enjoyable. He is personable, knowledgeable, and not a pushy salesperson. I would Highly Recommend Lexus of Ft. Wayne. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I went in for an oil change and the service department did a great job. As I was walking around outside looking at some vehicles Charles Hooten came and assisted me and gave me some very descriptive information.
