I stopped in this morning, my tire going flat on me since yesterday. I had purchased my tires from this establishment....less than a ten minute wait they had my tires patched and fixed....FREE OF CHARGE!!I I will continue to purchase tires and warranty from Tire Barn!! Just wanted to drop a comment about this tires plus. I had to get my car towed to this shop because my half shaft came out of the transmission so my car wasn’t drivable. Conrad, Sam, and joe were very helpful and tried there best to get my car back up and running. They had to get a flat bed truck to get it into the shop. My car needed new struts and a new tire. My car needed a lot of work done to it but with their help they got to work with the price and got it down to a fair price. Conrad even got it down to the point where he got me four new tires so i was very pleased with how my car started driving after I got it back. I’ll definitely be taking my car to this location from now on. Thank you guys for the good work!

Car came out worse than when it went in. Super sketchy business. Don’t go there. I have a good feeling that they sabotage parts of your car so that you spend more money there.

I went to get my wheels aligned and after moving my appointment TWICE. An hour later, Conrad calls me to say they couldnt align it because my tie rod and wheel bearings needed to be fixed. I found that odd since I only have 40k miles on the car, so they should be in relatively good condition. Altogether, the charge would have been $800. I took my car to Patriot Tires and they aligned my wheels in under 30 minutes for only $15 more than what Tires plus charges. Heres the kicker, when I asked Patriot Tires about the bearings and tie rod they said they couldnt find any problems! Dont go to Tires Plus.

Had a oil change they told all the previous customers their total before ringing them up they waited until my card was in the machine, then I get home and realize they charged me for 7 quarts of oil..my truck only holds 5...stay away!

Great purchase experience, pricing better than most. Where they really shined was service after the sale. I had a TPMS issue and they scheduled me in and fixed the problem, free of charge. Ill gladly pay a few more dollars (although I did not have to) for good customer service after the sale. Michaels tires plus went above and beyond in the customer service category.

Took my truck in on a Saturday. First they told me an inner tierod I just replaced was bad which had zero play in it then when I shot that down they point out a bad wheel bearing which can be changed without messing up the alignment. So I just had them pull my truck out. They obviously didnt want to work. Getting out of my truck I watch as the huge technician gets out breaking the plastic that holds my seat adjustments he looks at it reaches down, likely to make it look not broken which he failed miserably at!I will never go back to this location or this company again. I report the issue on their website I get an offer for $50 off my next service. I turned it down because i will not take my vehicle back to them.My recemendation... got to Belle Tire!

I love this place, all of the employees are very friendly and seem to know all of their customers by name. I dont know much about cars and they always take the time to explain to me exactly what the problem is, even drawing a picture of my engine to help me understand. I never feel forced to have the work done or spend more money than necessary to keep my car running safely. I got a great deal on tires and I feel very safe going here knowing that they will do a good job without overcharging me.

Waited 1 week from them to order tires only to find out they didn’t have them when I showed up for my appointment. They “reordered” them and I waited a second week for an appointment. Still no tires. Save your self some time and go to tire barn next door.

My mom went in there. They quoted her like 950$. She went somewhere else to get another quote. They told her that this place was charging her for three things she didn’t need. Never again will we go there. People Don’t do business from this place.

They have good sales, offer more service than just tires and a Michels Tires credit card too.

Update: I got a battery here less than 2 years ago, and it recently took it here to get it replaced as it was dying but still covered by the warranty. They turned me away saying it was just a loose negative connection. It’s less then a week later and now I have to get it replaced after almost dying on me, when the should have replaced it when I bought it to them in the first place.Old review: Very helpful

These guys took really good care of us. They far exceeded our expectations!

I would like to start this review off by saying that I am a long-time customer of the store on Jefferson. I have bought several sets of tires from this location. Including just recently four Firestone Firehawk all seasons and before that Bridgestone potenzas. Until recently i always had a good experience. The manager Joe was supposed to order an oil filter for my Volvo and never did. After several days of waiting I broke down and called and talked to an employee named Nate. Nate knew nothing of the oil filter being ordered and it was obviously not in. He offered to order me an oil filter from the dealer and said it would be there this afternoon. If it was that easy and they were able to get an oil filter there the same day then why have I been waiting several days almost a week now for an oil filter that was supposedly on order. Joe said he would call me when the filter was in and he never did. The other store was also able to order an oil filter for my vehicle and have it delivered within hours. I believe Joe is purposely Turning Away business and my guess is they just did not want to change the oil on a Volvo. I will be contacting the district manager and letting him know that the manager of the Jefferson store is turning away business and lying to customers

Took the company patrol car in for a tire repair. They did a good job!

Went to get brake pads and oil changed for which they wanted $265. They claimed that the roters and calipers needed to be replaced also totalling $560. Then some how they finished the whole job in under an hour. 2 weeks later I had to take it to another shop to be worked on again. I dont believe they even changed the oil correctly. BEWARE. They are the cheapest for a reason. If you dont know about cars they will take you for a ride. Go to Yoemans. They will fix it right the first time and dont treat you like an idiot.

Went for an oil change great service

They went above and beyond to find me a tire when I was trying to leave for a trip. I had my tire for a great price and was out of there within 30 minutes!

Good service and knowledgeable staff. Your Firestone card works here and they can pull your Firestone sercice records up.

I specifically checked online to find out if they had tires I wanted. When I arrived I was told they never carried these tires. Seems a little fishy to me.

2 new tires & an alignment, quickly done and we were on our way!

I got 4 brand new tires here, when I purchased them Thomas told me since I bought new tire it came with a free Alignment. We scheduled the alignment, and my boyfriend takes the care in and tries to charge him 418 dollars to do the alignment. Thomas stated it was a free tire alignment inspection. Well thats not what he told me the first time and I will never go back to this place for business.

They gave me a great deal full of discounts to have inner and outer tie rods done on both sides and only charged 450 dollars...I will continue to go there for any of my auto care needs
