They have the best customer service and genuinely care about their customer’s experience. I’ve had nothing be excellent service from Copper River and highly recommend them to anyone and everyone!

Had Art from copper River Cabinet company out in our new build to repair some cabinet bottoms that were not their fault to repair. He did an excellent job and even fixed a few things that were not on the work order. Easily one of the best contract workers Ive ever dealt with. Give that man a raise and keep up the good work Copper River Cabinets!!!

Working on my kitchen remodel with Copper River was a true pleasure. Every step of the way, the staff and installers were helpful and took the time to educate. This was my first big remodel project and they made me feel confident in my investment.

They stand by their products. We built our house 17 years ago. The cabinets have held up beautifully. Have started having problems with some of the hinges wearing out. I went down to get some replacements. They went out of their way and replaced them for free. I was blown away. Very friendly, very helpful.

We checked around for counter top options in Fort Wayne and chose here due to pricing and EXTREMELY helpful staff. I consider myself pretty creative but the suggestions given here were truly unique and changed our space for the better. Allow staff here into your home to see your space and you’ll be blown away by what their minds come up with regarding your options!Very wide selection of products and services. They adhered to any appointments and obviously care about their work. Large business but it had a very local feeling. Pricing estimates are extremely accurate too with NO gimmicks like we had at other places.Best money spent in our remodel project!

I stopped by the showroom today in for a replacement latch that holds the glass in my Copper River Cabinet door. I was greeted with a smile and explained what I needed. The gentleman was very friendly, knew exactly what I needed and was able to provide me with the necessary material. I appreciate the level of customer service, knowledge and helpfulness. Thank you!

Update to my original review below!Owner called us and took care of us. We understand there are a lot of moving pieces to remodel projects and we appreciate the partnership. Again we love our new kitchen and the installer did a great job! Thank you!Disappointed in the customer service. We had two issues with our remodel. We specially talked to Danelle about two things for our kitchen in part of the details. The first issue was we pointed to a certain silverware drawer that we wanted and because we didnt know how it had to be spelled out in the contract so we thought we were signing for the correct thing it was not so when we contacted Danelle about the issue we were told we signed the contract for the thing we got and we would have to pay for the correct piece which then took another month to finish the kitchen. The second issue after they finally finished the kitchen we realized a detail again was not completed per a conversation we had at the house when the pieces of the contract were being written. We emailed Danelle who actually claimed to remember it this time but then made up a story about us coming in after and saying we did not want it which did not happen and the contract again was thrown back at us and was told it would cost us over 500$ for the part and for them to come back out!!! This part was just a peice of wood going across above the window!! We had to take a loan out for this project because it was very costly and to try to add money on later was not ideal. I understand having to pay for the silverware drawer even though we said we wanted it in the first place but for 500$ for a piece of wood when that was not our mistake was the last straw. Also through out these mistakes Danelle never apologized. Our new kitchen does look nice and the man who installed everything was very nice and thorough; however, we do not care for how Danelle treated us.

We had a very good experience dealing with Copper River and particularly with Brandi Glover. Whenever we made a change to the project, Brandi had a revised quote back to us within hours. We had a couple of issues come up while the work was being done and Brandi was right on top of the situation, making sure that we were completely satisfied. We had an issue with our sink becoming unattached to our Cambria countertops, I will always call Copper River with any of these types of concerns. They sent a crew out and my sink is better than new. Here is the deal, I did not buy my countertops or remodel my kitchen, yet, from Copper River, and they still gave me excellent service, they were fast, clean, affordable. Our laundry room had good space, but no cabinets. We knew we needed a custom job to fit the oddly shaped room. We wanted it to not only be functional from a storage standpoint, but also visually appealing since its the first room in our house from the garage.Bill Pontius was nothing short of amazing to help us design exactly what we needed: 4 sets of cabinets & shelves, 2 counter tops, 2 drawers, 1 trash drawer and a seat! Since we dont live in Ft. Wayne, he didnt hesitate to send us detailed sketches, styles, colors and more over e-mail. He was careful to keep our budget in mind and offered us high quality cabinets, counter tops and hardware at a very fair price! Everything is a perfect fit and we couldnt be happier! So much trouble with these kitchen cabinets doors. Had them replaced twice, some doors 3 times. Still waiting on some replacement doors 6 months later. Trim didnt match cabinets and had to be changed out. We had to keep contacting them for updates on the replacements. They didnt keep us informed. Afraid of what these cabinets are going to look like in the years to come.
