I think this is a great place to buy a car at whether your looking for something used or new. All of the cars are taken good care of and cleaned very well. They also come at great prices. I went inside and they have great and fast services as well as amazing food! Their popcorn is SO GOOD, and get this... Its FREE!!! They also offer complimentary coffee, and free water. They also have a full vending machine. Their staff is exceptional and I was very satisfied with the car I bought!!!!!!

I received fast, informative, excellent service. My car needed more done than I expected, but it was explained carefully and fully to me why it was needed. I agreed. The shuttle took me home while the work was being done. It was late in the day, but the shuttle picked me up to take me back to get my car when the work was done. Friendly and caring staff!!!! Good quality service, but even though I scheduled an appointment pretty early in the day, service was pretty slow, took almost an hour to get a rundown and another hour to do routine maintenance, and longer than estimates. And the recall I had reported during scheduling wasnt prepared for, have to wait until next service for it.

I was impressed with the consideration, efficiency, and professionalism of Glenbrook Hyundai. It was my first visit and I was thoroughly happy with my SUVs tire rotation, oil change and inspection done in a timely manner. The serviceman told me of an ABS recall which I plan to return for., when the part is available. All told, including price, I give them 5 star, Triple A for total satisfaction.

I know: no one gets 5 stars, but this experience and team gets 5 stars! I had an oil change done and had some brackets replaced behind my front bumper and a fog lamp put back in place. Good price on the oil change. What made it great though was the car wash and the service. Everyone I spoke with was so nice and happy. They worked with my third party warranty company so I didnt have to and even though I did not have all work done that was quoted to me, they did NOT push me into anything I didnt want. I will be going back for more service in the near future and will start with them when Im ready to purchase my next vehicle. I received the kind of service that I expect but rarely see at dealership service centers. Thank you!

First off at the beginning service was great. With that being said I just found out that Glenbrook Hyundai pulled my credit AGAIN! After telling them that I was pre-approved by Profed. They even had the reference number. This is unacceptable. I also forgot my sunglasses in my old truck and told them about it. They said the found them and when I went in, they lost my $250 pair of sunglasses. They are not for the people. This is ridiculous. They will not ever get business from me again, or my reference.

My Sonata had acted strangely, engine light on, limited RPMs. Got an appointment 4 days later. The day after making the appointment, the engine light went off and it seemed to run normally. After a shaky start, where they couldnt find anything wrong, my engine light came back on as I was leaving. It wouldnt come on at the service center. I took it back and they immediately checked the car computer to find engine misfires.They made suggestions for the remedy and told me they could work it in before the day was done despite being terribly busy. Hats off to the service department. AND the cleaned my car up...

We bought a 2020 palisade brand new and less than 10000 miles we had bad pulsating when stopping. We took it in and they turned the rotors free of charge. That made it better but it never went away. It eventually has gotten way worse so we call them again and the guy on the phone acted as if they would fix the problem again, no worries. We make the appointment and drive the hour to the dealer and now they won’t cover it and want to charge me to do the exact thing they did before that didn’t fix the problem and Justin in service just wants to make smart remarks about everything you tell him. I wouldn’t recommend this dealer just due to the fact their service after the sale isn’t what I feel it should be after spending that kind of money there

Once he had the check he was on to the next person! He did not show me where anything was! It had NO floor mats ….he said they were being cleaned! Pls folks save yourself time and trouble…GO somewhere else!!! What a horrible experience! No owners Manuel!!! NO help! I hope this helps someone avoid this place! They were very interested in selling we extended care……it’s the worst experience I have ever had at a dealership!

Was extremely patient and there were no sales tactics to try to pressure me into buying a car after testing the car I wanted, but wanted to sleep on it for a night. I had some follow up questions and he took the time to research the answers and text me back. Jeff, the sales manager was just as amazing! I will go to them first when looking for vehicles, and if they dont have what I want I will ask Jeff to find it for me.
