I have always enjoyed this store. They have super cute things. *I do wish they would have more items in sizes L/XL. Their tags that say size: free do NOT fit like what they use to. I want the cute clothing to fit ladies that are regular 16-18, please.

I love this store especially now that the riff raff is out of there! Such a calm and welcoming energy. The girls working there are always able to answer any questions I have about merchandise and are very friendly. They have the best variety of incense and its the cheapest in the city! Their crystal selection is amazing and actually REAL.I have read some of the other posts and i have never experienced any of the negative things people have been saying. I shop here at least 2 times a week and each time was as good as the last. 13th Zodiac workers you are all awesome. The negative comments clearly made from malicious ex workers is obvious. I cant wait for your June sale!!

This store has a little bit of everything! It’s awesome, and the employees are so sweet. Something I’ve observed is a lot of the bad reviews come from a smear campaign that when confronted about in the store, clearly seems to be untrue. Go in and talk to the employees and they’ll tell you everything you want to know. Not only that, but any questions you have about products, their always ready to answer. All I know is when I go in there, I feel welcomed and I always recommend for tshirts, glass products, and crystals. Their body jewelry is great too!

I bought the moldavite stone from here and I promise you my life started changing some for the meat some for the worst I love this store and send people there for all types of things

This is such a great store for everyone from collectors to people looking for glass pieces and the metaphysical. The store has such a calm welcoming environment and such friendly staff.

Notice muliple accounts under the same name like. Seems pretty odd. Theres one girl who has used all her familys accounts to leave a 5 star review. Every current emp has done the same. Heck even most the recent reviews accounts havent existed before the date they were posted(thank google for that)Yall defend a store like they have done something amazing when in reality there is truth behind what these ex employees are saying. But when these current employees eventually get let go or choose to leave im ready to see their reviews change when they start getting accoused of stealing or get sent legal letters. What ever happened to freedom of speech... yall ever see a man work there other than the boss? How many people of color worked there (besides the last one that quit after finding out what was going on)? Yall ever google what those crystals, shirts, body jewlery, or incents cost? You dont think theres an upcharge?Yall are malicious

What I have realized going through these reviews are that most of them being made are from ex workers who got mad because they got in trouble for something and they couldnt be adults about it so they decided to give the place a bad review. The reason Im saying this is because their profile pictures are of them and I have seen them in there while shopping before.

The people that work here are very wholesome, and great at making conversation. I got everything I needed and they were very helpful the whole time.

Used to shop here all the time, but I went in last week and nobody in the store was wearing a mask including the employees. Will take my business elsewhere, where they actually care about the health and safety of others! Clothing is overpriced anyway and can he bought for much cheaper online.

Over priced can get same stuff online 25% the price they don’t care on the healthy and darters of customers or employees lol and the 5 star rating they have are from employees that work there now don’t be fooled

Not only did I have bad experiences working in this store before when it was originally called Nirvana Next Gen. It has now gone to the internet about the owner and his racial discrimination. Still not a professional business at all and will not ever recommend.

I love this store..everything I could ever want in one place, old hippie lady here😁☮️ I normally don’t leave reviews but I feel like this place really deserves it. The only issue I came across was one employee in particular, short hair and glasses. I was Christmas shopping for my granddaughter and that employee was yelling across the store that people could . not enter without masks. I am a mask wearer myself but she continued to talk badly, not quiet, about the customers without masks. Not very professional. I will be returning but I hope that issue will be dealt with, the others were lovely...All love ❤️

I´ve always loved going to this store for body jewelry, they have so many unique colors and designs! I´ve gotten a few nose rings from here without any problems, so when I got my septum pierced I thought I could get some cute rings here as well. Well, it started irritating my nose a bit and I took the ring out and it was GREEN. and it was turning the inside of my nose GREEN! Cheap jewelry unfortunately :( though I still haven´t had issues with their nose rings.

I had a real problem showing up to this store no less than 3 times now during this pandemic to see multiple signs on the doors and windows stating that customers are required to wear masks.Only to walk in to find the entire staff upwards of 4 different people at once, not wearing any sort of protective face covering whatsoever.I am happy to wear a mask in public, and do my part to protect this community from COVID-19, and to see a company blatantly hold such a double standard for customers and staff is frustrating to say the least.
