My pleasant experiences here far outweigh the few times Ive had sub par service...9 out of 10 times, they are helpful, follow through to the end, are always helpful and make suggestions based on needs and what you currently like. They are also really pleasant about handling returns/exchanges. Definitely feel like a valued customer here whether Im spending $20 or $200+ dollars. The app is awesome too.
Went to pick up my birthday month gift. Ended up walking out with a new foundation. Best part of this was the fifty percent off the make up. I suggest everyone to join their loyalty program. You can also download the Sephora app on your phone. The only downfall of this store would be how small the place is. Its very cramped for the large selection of products.
Sarah was very personable and fun to talk to :)) They didn’t carry the eyeliner I was looking for but she knew what I was talking about and recommended a similar pen the Fenty eyeliner pen. It was cheaper and it works perfectly. Thanks girl!
I truly don’t understand how there are so many bad reviews for this location. for one, Sarah and Maya are the best. i always get the best product suggestions from them and they are always so helpful. i have also never had any bad experiences with any of the other girls. this is why i ALWAYS come to Sephora.Ulta, however (for comparison) - i am never asked if i need assistance, i feel ignored, and i always feel like when i do get product recommendations from someone, they’re just trying to sell me something instead of actually trying to help me find something that suits my needs.TIP: don’t go in on a Saturday when they’re drowning with business if you want someone to spend more time with you. go during the week!
Small store, usually kind of messy and gross but I have noticed conditions improving (!!). Im never usually able to purchase everything I want/need in one trip because theres always something they don t have in stock. The staff usually doesnt have much hustle to them and even if Im the only one in there shopping I still have to wait to be checked out. However, the girls there are super friendly and have been helpful the couple of times Ive needed help. Ill continue shopping here over the local ULTAs for the brands and customer service.
Very poor customer service. There were two girls at cash register. My husband and I walked up with items and card ready. The one girl was talking to the other girl how she was leaving in 15 minutes and giving her directions on what needed to be done, and then THEY BOTH JUST WALKED AWAY! Didnt even acknowledge us. I dont like to complain, but I have never received such horrible service.

Sarah makes this place awesome!! Every time I go in there and she’s there, she makes my day. She’s just so nice and non-judgmental, and also super knowledgeable!!I’ve gone to this particular Sephora for years, mainly because I usually only use the Sephora brand eyeliner (the retractable waterproof liner is great for people with lash loss, alopecia, or trichotollomania - it stays on all day).
This particular store don’t accept exchanges or returns if the product is bought on line. It’s sad that in-spite of complaining to customer service at Sephora and them agreeing that it’s not the policy for Sephora, no one have reached out to me after making complaints 3 times in 4 weeks. Very very poor customer service. Each time they say that the manager at this store will reach out to you which never happened in 6 weeks. Being a rouge member was expecting some resolution.
I have never had a bad experience here but it is so small and there is no room for anything, youre always bumping into people uhhhhh. Also the makeup testers were very messy and not well taken care of, but over all its not absolutely horrible.
Wanting to purchase several products.Was approach by employee talked for 30 seconds she said excuse me I need to ring out a customer my response no problem.After waiting 15 mins an her ringing out several customer she totally forgot about me and I was standing right in front of her.1st and last visit to that store to many other choices.
Youll notice a lot of negative reviews on this Sephora store. What you need to remember is that this store is staffed by Penney employees. Also, this store has neither the inventory nor the knowledgeable customer service reps of a freestanding Sephora. If you buy something at Sephora online, you *can* return it here, if you need to. If you need a foundation match, try the online site or even Temptalia dot com. There are comprehensive swatches and matching tools on her site. Or, check out the actual foundation company online and ask them for a match. There are many different ways to get what you need when you do it yourself. Be resourceful.
Went in w a coupon for free mini make over. Associate stated she couldnt help. Wanted to set an appointment the manager said she was unable to do so due to low coverage. Walked away with nothing and pissed.
Disappointed! Went to stock up on my usual things and was told that the manager dropped a lot of the products. My foundation was no longer a shade they carried along with other make up I get there. Seemed to me that they kept caucasian shades and dropped ladies with color. Thanks now I have to order online.
The employee didnt really want to help me and the makeup testers were a mess.
Honestly made me really upset today I went in to get matched with a foundation the girl told me to sit down and she will be with me as soon as she can. Well she started checking people out at the cash register next thing I know I don’t see her anywhere. I’ve been waiting at the makeup seat for 20 plus minutes and asked 2 other people to help and still didn’t get attended and I decided to match myself. Worst Sephora I have ever been to. Horrible service.
This location is the worst. The smallest Sephora Ive ever been in with limited selection and unattentive employees.
Absolutely horrible. The employees are rude and theyre constantly out of stock on mostly everything.
