Went there Tuesday evening. Was told if i left the truck there they could get it in the next morning, so i did. Called the next morning for update, then they said afternoon. Called later that evening, they still hadnt started on it. Called Thursday at 11:30. They said it would be done within the hour i got there at 12:30pm, they said itll be another hour.... 3 hours later. .... finally done at 3:30. Took ALMOST 2 WHOLE DAYS FOR AN OIL CHANGE!!. & they did let me know i had a couple tires low, but ofcourse they didnt air them up.

Stopped in for a parts pickup for work. Guys at the counter are good guys, and are ready to help.

I would give 10 stars if i could!! The most pleasant repair experience i have ever had. Everyone was very courteous, professional, and efficient. The techs went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable while waiting. It was also very clean inside. Thanks guys for an outstanding job getting me running again!!

Have taken truck there numerous times. Very slow, non committal on diagnosis and not one time have i seen them scan my ecm for codes like i have seen at every other international dealer i have gone to. 2014 prostar was serviced for warrenty engine rebuild and dpf cleaning. Was told it would take 2 weeks. I show up 2 weeks later ( they did not call to inform me)and am told they had to order parts gonna be another couple weeks. Drove for 40 days i take it in for a pm service and get few things done and am told that i have 2 oil leaks and that they have nothing to do with the rebuild that was done a month ago when no one mentioned an oil leak. Also asked them to do a dot inspection and was told did not pass dot inspection because hood mirror is cracked, bendix cruise control started resetting self and oil leaking to the ground after they did pm service. Went to shop to pickup truck and said show me issues we walked to truck and hood mirror not dot item, bendix did what it was supposed to and reset itself and no oil was leaking to the ground.May be a good place to take truck if you have a fleet of vehicles and cost and uptime can be diverted elsewhere, but as a single truck owner not so much. Trucks been sitting 2 days same spot and no oil leaking to the ground.2/4/2019After receiving a call from management that was very polite and apologetic for my having a bad experience i have upgraded my rating. I believe i am more angry with the truck i have chosen more so than the service i have received.

Friendly helpful staff who go out of their way to make sure you are receiving great service.

For an international shop I figured they would have been able to properly diagnose and fix my rig. Nope. They played with it, replaced a part, broke down, went back, they tinkered with it some more and stuck a used part on it but I broke down yet again an hour after I left. At least the second time I made it out of state. If they would have hooked it up to the computer it would have saved me a few grand in tow bills and lost revenue.
